Response to my complaint.

After reporting the clerk who was very rude, I actually got a response from a representative. Please request that people's rude behavior is documented or they will continue to abuse patrons. https://emailus.usps.com/s/personnel-inquiry

This place is the definition of RACHET.

This place is the definition of RACHET. Workers say that they cannot SCAN any packages so if you sale stuff through eBay or any other websites they obligate you to drop of when and good luck with your package getting delivered. It is sad to go to a post office and being also discriminated because of your color.

4 windows but always just 1 cashier. ALWAYS a loooong line and it's always filthy. Whoever manages this place should be fired!!

Its like a qualification to work here is to have a bishy attitude. It went 0 to 60 just like that bishes stay angry even for drop off.

The workers need a little more training I feel... But overall it's okay. Nothing special. Gets the job done.

At first glance I saw a long line out the door and a gentleman loading hundreds of boxes just outside the door. Disappointed I am thinking the worst. I am going to be late for work, it is going to be close to 30 minutes to clear the line. Just then while in line I notice the face, I have seen her before, but I can't put my finger on where? I a few minutes the man was finished the customers ahead of me were too. I was up with my small package. Done I exclaimed wow you're fast. Then I ask her name and if was ok to use it on a positive post or review. Erica, I remember that young lady, didn't she work on Long Beach in Lynwood at the UPS Store? She was fast as lightning there and hasn't gotten any slower over here in Huntington Park. She made my day, I was able to pick up my tool shop a bit more stand in a longer slower line than hers and make it to work on time. I recommend Erica at the UPS Store in Huntington Park, she will get you on your way and your package too.

I had a really disappointing experience at Southgate Pack N Ship…read more Before I came in, I spoke with the Cesar over the phone and explained that I had 190 Forever stamps I was looking to sell. I told him the price I was hoping to get, and he told me to come in because they would buy them. When I arrived at the time he told me to come, he wasn't there, so I had to leave and come back later. When I returned, I waited for him to finish a conference before showing him the stamps. Almost immediately when inspecting the stamps, he asked if I had been kicked off Amazon, which caught me off guard. Throughout the interaction, he repeatedly laughed at me and at the price I had originally mentioned over the phone. He said he could get stamps for $10 a sheet at the post office, and each time I tried to explain my reasoning, he would laugh, walk away, and then come back to continue the conversation in the same way. He even started speaking in Spanish to customers in the store about me. The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable and belittled. At one point I explained that I was simply trying to sell the stamps so I could go home and visit my dad. His response was, "Oh, to Minnesota, huh?" I also explained that the price I had mentioned was simply my asking price as a reseller, and that I understood a buyer's offer would naturally be different. When he finally made an offer, I politely asked if there was any flexibility. Before I could even finish, he interrupted me and said, "Actually, I wasn't going to offer anything." After I accepted the offer and was paid, I decided to buy a couple sheets of stamps. As I handed over the cash he had just given me moments earlier, he told his employee, "Make sure to check for counterfeit." That comment was especially uncomfortable because I was using the exact cash he had just handed me. I completely understand that businesses are free to make whatever offer they think is fair, and I have no issue negotiating or even walking away if we can't agree on a price. What bothered me wasn't the offer--it was the way I was treated throughout the interaction. I expected a professional conversation, not to be laughed at, interrupted, or made to feel embarrassed. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.

They offered many different ways to pay for their services. There is a list of fees. But truthfully I appreciate a due diligence in a profession. What I mean is they checked and rechecked each others work. , seriously, checked your application, triple checked and checked again to get you the most accurate results. If you need another copy of the application the representatives will help you with that. Just be polite in any language. Please just know too that they take 5 walk-in daily and only 5 walk ins with those without an appointment . They run a tight ship, that they are open 9:00am sharp!!! Please be kind, mature and respectful and everything will work out in the end. Communicate always. Advocate for your needs to all of the employees. If you hear your number and your not ready just let them know. I had a 9:00am appointment and arrived at 8:30am and waited in their lobby. I was done with my appointment at 9:24am. Doors open at 9:00am. Both lobby of legal documents and The full post office opens too if you need cool stamps for your collectors out there. Anyways . Thank you to each of you . You made what could be a stressful appointment really manageable and not stressful at all. My appointment was right before Easter and my representative reminded me of my mother. A hard working woman in a tough job.
