I attempted to claim the loss against them since it is due to the fact their staff made mistakes and wasn't following the necessary procedure to confirm address with me. But the owner declined to pay for any amount beyond UPS's shipping insurance, basically they just want to pay for nothing from their side for their fault. I wouldn't trust this business anymore and would suggest anyone to be cautious of this store.

Finally, I came across Revere Business Center, called the office and the gentleman on the other side greeted and treated me like a human.
