Robert seriously needs to be checked by USPS management because at this point it's ridiculous. My package was marked "out for delivery" YESTERDAY at 7:35 AM. Robert showed up to our apartment complex around 10 AM, sat on the property, and somehow within 30 minutes decided my package suddenly had an "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS" and returned it to sender without ever attempting delivery. Mind you, my FULL address was listed correctly, and I've received multiple packages from this same shop before with zero issues. So no, the problem is not the address. The problem is Robert. Every single time there's an issue with mail or packages, it somehow traces back to him. He either doesn't care, doesn't pay attention, or simply doesn't want to do his job. Delivering mail is the bare minimum requirement of working for USPS, yet Robert acts like bringing a package to the correct apartment is some impossible task. Meanwhile, the other carriers here manage to do their jobs perfectly fine. One lady is incredibly sweet and helpful every time, and another younger male carrier is always respectful and actually delivers packages correctly. Robert is the ONLY consistent issue. And trying to contact the post office after dealing with him is just as bad. Nobody answers the phones. I had to get FOUR different people to call before someone finally picked up. The woman who answered was kind, but it genuinely felt like she was trying to rush me off the phone instead of fixing the issue. Honestly, at that point just place people on hold because clearly nobody calls back and nobody answers. Robert clearly has no problem returning people's packages to sender, but somehow delivering them is where he struggles. USPS should seriously reevaluate who they have representing them because his attitude and work ethic are embarrassing. read more

They will steal your mail and packages. They are hoping you don't bother to file a complaint by calling the USPS customer service number, and that you simply reorder a replacement. They then keep your goods. It's all over the Nextdoor app. Start using UPS, FedEx, and Amazon for deliveries for real tracking and photo proof of delivery. read more

Very friendly staff. It's a small office, but efficient, the line usually isn't too long. I go a lot and never have an issue. Top notch!

Putting packages in the wrong bins which make it hard for you to get your own package because you don't know where it is

This is one of the smallest post offices I've ever been to. They also do not run the AC making the wait that much worse. Usually only one person working. The waiting area is about the size of the average bedroom. Plenty of post office boxes you can rent and you'll find a copy of the free local paper. Not my favorite post office to come to, but it's close to home and works in a pinch. read more

In recent years, I've lived in a good number of places across the country and experienced a number of different post offices. Some were excellent, many decent and a few terrible. Unfortunately, the Manor post office branch is at the bottom of the list. Except for a couple of pleasant employees, most are rude and unhelpful. I've never had packages go missing from the lockbox but that happened with this post office. I received no help from the Manor Post Office despite the fact that I had a delivery confirmation showing the package was placed in the lockbox but I never received it. I realize the town has grown exponentially in recent years and they are probably understaffed here and crammed into a facility far too small to accommodate all of the growth. Nevertheless, there is no excuse for discourteous service. Still wondering here how the postmaster keeps their job. read more

5 stars for Caroline who is actually very friendly and helpful! Negative 5 stars to the gentleman working the front today. He was extremely rude, impatient, and not helpful. He also yelled at Caroline in front of everyone! I understand they are understaffed but that's no reason to act so unprofessional. I'm sad that this is my local post office. I still do not have the correct mailbox keys and cannot pick up the package that was supposedly delivered yesterday. read more

Worst experience ever. The staff are rude and only care about keeping the line moving and not actually helping people with genuine concerns. One employee in particular took her frustrations out on me and snapped at me simply for asking to 1. Pick up a UPS Delivered package that they signed for and 2. To know what time mail runs in my neighborhood. They do not care to be there. The other issue with this office is the mail carriers. Too often, they are incorrectly delivering mail/packages, which is extremely frustrating. I do not recommend using this post office at all if you can avoid it. There is no reason to be rude to confused and, rightfully so, frustrated customers. read more

Its a small town post office. Its a nice size bldg given the town is so small. However, the town is growing quite a lot. Plenty of parking and it neighbors an area with a daycare center. My only complaint here is the driveway and accessibility I'm pulling into the parking lot. It is very obnoxious. The driveway is literally in the shape of a sharp s and you cannot access it from any main road you have to hit a few small very bumpy road in order to get back here. Ehh could be friendlier and a little bigger in lobby space. I respect how busy USPS is but if your employees act like Robots because they dont have enough time in their day to offer warm, inviting customer service, maybe its time for USPS to hire more help. This is the most useless post office ever. it's never open, the people who work there are so apathetic they really coudln't care less. It's impossible to get telephone help from everyone, even to just check to make sure you package is going to be at the post office. The carrier will either loose your packages, or simply choose not to leave them for you, even when you're home and waiting, because their to lazy to come to your door. I have lived in Manor for over 6 years and I have been okay with the service - never top notch. I recently moved, down the street, and I put in a forwarding order. I have had a few pieces of mail delivered so I know it is in effect. Just recently I had a package addressed to my previous home, the mail carrier failed to forward the package and left it in the mailbox of my previous address. I went by and checked with the new tenant - no package found, right?....I called the PO and they were going to go and see about "pulling the package out of the box and CALL ME BACK", yea right! 2 days still waiting - I've called and called - no answer. Finally went back to the seller hoping I can get resolution there. Thinking I am just out $50. USPS at it's best - the long standing rumor of terrible service is actually fact. read more

They can't seem to deliver to the right address/mailbox. Tracking information will say it has been delivered but it isn't. I don't know if the mail carriers can't read, or don't care but it is a consistent problem. I wouldn't gripe if was a rare event. read more

Don't expect very much friendly customer service if there's a question regarding the whereabouts of your package. I spoke with a lady 07/21/2015 around 3:45 PM regarding my package that i've been tracking since the 17th that has been in a pre-shipment status and hasn't changed. Unsure of whether it was USPS' faulty tracking system, a USPS delivery employee not doing their job bg SIMPLY scanning the package that CUSTOMERS PAY FOR, or perhaps the possibility that there's something delaying shipment due to unknown reasoning, i remain polite. The priority of my package is urgent.. OBVIOUSLY very important... i kept my composure while the lady over the phone reminds me in a snide manner, "we do have a long line of customers etc. etc." as if i'm not of any importance or a customer either! Keep in mind i hadn't said but a few short sentences before she then proceeded to make sure to "be falsely professional and courteous" enough while asking if there's anything else she can do. She was outright rude and unknowneldgeable. Now at 4:15, no one answers the phone as the phone rings OVER & OVER. What a coincidence. Miss 'ol b*** can quit her day job if it's that hard to keep your sour attitude at home. read more
