The woman exploded and stated yelling about how I had said that I wanted to place a hold. The gentleman was trying to ignore her as he went to get my mail. He is probably used to her. I'm sure that they have video surveillance and I hope that they have audio so they can hear how this woman speaks to people. I am an emotional wreck at the moment with my husband and all.
