Every single time I have mailed an item here it NEVER shows the tracking. This is greatly negatively impacts those that sell online and customers feel like you're lying because the tracking show it's not been mailed. I visit this post office almost every day to drop off my prepaid small packages, and I've consistently had a great experience. When it's not busy, I go to the counter to have my packages scanned and receive a printed receipt. If there's a long line, I use the self-service kiosk to print the receipt (a manager kindly showed me how to use it), then leave my package at the counter. The employees are always friendly, polite, and professional. They are patient when answering questions and consistently provide excellent customer service. One experience that really stood out was when I accidentally dropped off a package without the house number on the address label around 9:00 a.m. I realized my mistake a few hours later, and when I returned around noon, the staff was able to retrieve the package before it had been processed so I could add the missing house number. Worst place ever, Went to drop off some clothes i'm selling i am new to all of this, walked in to put clothes inside the envelopes they give us, mind you both workers saw me didn't say anything, i walked over to the counter, the guy there saw my envelopes no word, scanned my QR code for the label, printed the label out and says "we can't put them on this envelope" i look at him because you see the envelope and still printed out the label, than goes on to say "you need to buy boxes from us" my boyfriend asks can't we just get the labels and he says "no buy the boxes" if you see someone putting stuff in a wrong thing speak up don't wait till they get to the counter. read more

My complaint is about how unprofessional the manager and another employee named Chris are with their fellow colleagues. While I was there to pick mail it was a busy day with long lines. Don't have name of the employee involved but this male customer service representative asked manager for help because of the long line. He was ridiculed by the manager and another worker named Chris making mockery of him in front of customers. He did respond to them justifying the need for help. I found that unpleasant and unprofessional. This happened 1/23/26, today being 1/29 I have not seen that employee since. read more

Surprise surprise surprise. Dumb me had to go to the Post Office both on the 23rd and the 24th. Not a fun thought. Went in the afternoon on both days expecting the worse. Much to my surprise, both days had only a small line. Three one day and four the other. Four tellers both days ready to go. Go in and out of there in 5 minutes or so both times. The wait at this location can be very long because a lot of the customers arrive with unprepared packages, which they take up 10 - 15 mins with the USPS employee. To make matters worse, there's usually only two employees in the front, which creates a bottleneck when both are preoccupied with customers who haven't sealed their packages, filled out the necessary forms, or attempt to repackage their items to a smaller box. On another note, a lot of the other locations I've been to allow you to use their packing tape to seal or attached the address slip to the package. However, this location doesn't do that and so you must buy their packing tape if you need to seal anything. The parking lot is small, but has a decent amount of slots available. Unfortunately, sometimes you'll have customers who just park on the curbside for a "quick trip", thus blocking in cars parked in the spaces. I usually park on the street to avoid this issue from happening. read more

For more than 12 years Mrs. Sosa refused to deliver my Mail making me get a O.O. Box in another City due to retaliation of a postal complaint aboyt Alan which was my regylar mailman for years. He callesd me a Bitch when I filed the complain and lied and said I tried to run him over with my vehicle when the truth was I said why do you continue to intentionally deliver my mail to wrong streets and addresses. I am paying $100.00 every six months for a small P.O. Box. Now I find that Alan is a Supervisor and has told employees not to Deliver my mail after last year that I was told by the postal inspector this issue was resolved? I want to share an important situation that has happened so many times and now it's getting out of hand. All of my mail has been delivered to the wrong address when it's not that much of a difference to be very honest. And luckily my neighbor is kind to hand deliver mail to me every time it's delivered to her apartment instead. So that makes your mailman not worth to work because, they can't complete a simple task like this. Just because we're both the same apartment number but, we have different building number. Because most of these mails are very important for our everyday life for school and work so this isn't a joke of the matter. We live at 502 North Nicholson Ave. But we're combined with 500 North Nicholson Ave. but your mailman employees seems to not know where to deliver. Went in for my passport renewal on 2/3. They don't do passport appointment unless you're a new applicant. The fee for passport renewal is $130 including 2 photos taken. Prepare your personal check or money order with application. You can pay here either cash or debit card. You will have to fill out everything by yourself. Quick service! This post office has very nice employees and the place is very clean. There's plenty of parking and two mailboxes in the front for convenient mail drop off. This location can get busy, especially during the holidays, but the lines goes by fast. The postal employees are extremely efficient and friendly. read more

The workers here are really friendly and I love how this is one of the few post office around the area that opens on a Saturday and opens late too. Most of the post offices close at 2 or earlier but this one closes at 3 which is very convenient. Come here and you will be in line forever. No matter what time of day, there will always be minorities (unfortunately Chinese) who are having a language barrier between them and the postal workers. I would see them struggle as they are using frantic hand motions to describe what they are saying. Often times, they will have a 3rd party translator on speaker phone who knows slightly more English than the customer, in hopes of them getting their message across to the postal workers. I feel bad. I feel bad for all the parties involved. As a result, that has caused me a 30 minute wait in line. Now it is cutting into my time and that is not acceptable. read more

I'll just add something more positive on here. I would suggest (if it's possible for you) to go first thing in the morning when they open at 8:30am. There weren't any lines for me and it was quick and easy. At that point of the day the clerks have not had to deal with crazy people for hours so they were very friendly with me. A gentleman named Bryant helped me out. Also, I didn't realize this until after I left but there is a side lot with additional parking!! Nora was the rudest sales clerk I have ever encountered. I came in the post office today to mail my tax forms, and they were out of certified. REALLY? I waited in the super long line and when I got to the sales clerk Nora, she told me to fill out the certified. I went to post office on a Saturday in October to dropped mail and buy stamps. I drove by their parking lot and no space so I drove around the block to park up front. Next I dropped off the mail inside and lined up to buy stamps. I didn't wait too long to reach the cashier. They had variety of stamps. The cashier was cordial and quickly got me the stamps. I ordered something that came from Nevada, cool. Put my CORRECT address in. 3155 charlotte ave Rosemead. It's a house not an apartment. It's just behind 3153 charlotte ave. Was supposed to be delivered on the 27th of this month. It arrived at this specific post office.... They returned it back to sender bc the mailman was too fucking lazy to look for the house. Wow, Bryant has really made me NOT want to come back to this post office. Not only was he rude, aggressive, but RACIST! Although I know there is a huge population of Chinese people here, he blatantly mocks them for not being able to speak English, with one encounter I remember him saying "Ni Hao, Japanese!" while waving at a poor Chinese lady who didn't know how to ship packages back home. Not only that, when I was filling out my passport form, which the lady said I was able to do at her desk because it was my allotted time which I scheduled an appointment for, he rudely smacked his hand on the table and said "YOU NEED TO LEAVE, GET OFF MY AREA" but fortunately, his boss reprimanded him instantly, which means this isn't his first time doing this. My local post office, got a love/hate relationship happening. Sometimes its crazy crowded, sometimes its a ghost town. Same with the parking lot, sometimes you have to park a block or two away, sometimes there are spots. I went recently and luckily it was one of those quiet Saturdays. I had to return a shoe box with spinning shoes, but couldn't find any bag that would fit. I asked the guy if I could just return it in the box and he said yes but I would have to purchase tape for $3 and tape on the label and tape it up. It's annoying because I had shipping tape at home but whatever. It felt like he could have easily lent me a little tape but I guess if you do that for one person, you'd have to do it for everyone. Shoebox size post office is always high on foot traffic particularly for passport services. The plus is that the staff moves quickly; they don't waste any time. PROS: Automated self-service terminals can save you valuable time! If you are shipping a package or buying stamps, use the self-service terminals. Staff will usually ask you why you are in line and escort you to self-service terminals. (Media mail shipments however, cannot be processed at self-service terminals). CONS: Parking is IMPOSSIBLE! Only 12 spots plus 1 handicapped space and closest street parking is a block away. Save time, park on street off Avondale Ave and walk. Passport services are first come, first serve so expect a long wait. City of Industry Post Office @ 15421 E. Gale Ave. is much larger and takes appointments so consider that alternative. Be patient! Came to this post office since I was In The area, was able to get a flat rate mailing box and in a friendly manner asked the register to allow me to have some tape to ship my box and she said " we don't have tape" I said I can see your tape next to you, She said "no that's not for costumer" I explained to her I would tape my box and ship it on the spot, all I needed was about two feet of tape, Still she said NO!! I came here a couple of weeks ago for a passport appointment I scheduled. Parking wasn't horrible, I ended up parking on the street and there was plenty of spots on a Saturday morning. I have to say, the level of service I received here was exceptional! I must admit, it might have been due to the fact that I actually had an appointment, so I suggest making one if you need to come here for their passport services. As soon as I stood in the passport line, a lady came and asked me if I had an appointment and as soon as I said yes, she directed me to the counter to talk to someone. Both of these ladies who helped me out were SUPER helpful and patient with me. I regret not remembering their names... Turns out I didn't need to apply for a new passport like I thought and instead just needed to renew by mail. I even pre-filled the application and made copies of my own IDs and everything (big oops on my part). They walked me through the process without the tiniest hint of annoyance, and they were very kind about the fact that I made a silly mistake. The woman behind the counter told me to fill out another form and helped other people as I was doing this. When I was done, she came back to helping me again and I was able to send everything in via mail. The whole process took under 30 minutes! I didn't read the other reviews but I see the overall score is low on the Star ratings. I never had any problem with this post office. Yes the lines are long but it's not that the clerks are slow, but it's because it's a very very busy location in a very populated area that has lots of residence and business in the area that utilizes this location. So it's natural it will be very busy Every time I go to this location the staff are friendly and helpful. If they see the line is too long they will have someone go out to the line and help them mail their package by using the self-service machine. They also ask if anyone is there to pickup something to make the line go quicker. I have no complaints, so far so good there. read more

I want to give them zero stars. Our community's mailbox had a safety problem, they removed it two months ago, so we had to go to the post office to bring the letters. Usually we have a lot of letters per week, but in the last two months we just had a few. I lost some important letters from IOS or other agencies. I went to the office, they said no letters. I was really worried about the letter from IOS, then yesterday I knew the letter from IOS we lost, I don't know if the post office received the letter from IOS, but I have never missed the important letters from IOS. Ugh Ugh Ugh! I normally don't rate USPS bad ratings, but this one is almost CURSED. Perhaps it's the volume of mail that they receive, but I have lost mail getting sent out, and if they are sent out, it takes FOREVER to send out. FOREVER. It's the closest USPS office to my house, but I will/have definitely driven out of my way to go to a further office. Oh yeah, another thing is-- When you just want to buy postage to send your letters out, they want you to put it on yourself! I was JUST about to walk away after paying and she points at the postage sitting on the counter and tells me to put it on. Okay lady, you need to realize it's just 2 stamps you have to put on and NOT... 13091329012. It takes 3 to 5 seconds tops! I can understand if there were more and you got your hands tied but if you have the energy to point and tell me twice to put on the postage myself, that's just laziness on your end. Rude employees. Got a paper from my mailman saying that I was $.15 short on a payment for a item I was receiving in the mail... yes 15 CENTS!!!
