I rather come here than the other post office cuz its less crowded and even though theres only 1 staff working, he was very fast and efficient. One time when i was in line for 5 people ahead, i only waited in less than 10 min. Whether if you needed stamps, pay your package or drop off something, this guy is fast! I love this little post office. It has nostalgia written all over it, while still getting the job done. The main mail clerk (not sure what the title is here) is always friendly enough and very efficient. There is enough parking for the area, as it is in a more residential neighborhood and on the outskirts of town. There are some gravel spots for parking as well. I try to go on the off peak times, therefore I have never had much of a wait. I like that there is a convenient drop box just outside the office. I can drop my out going mail off on my way out of the area. I often need to mail small packages out of state, this is and will remain my go to post office for all of my mailing needs. Small little USPS in the middle of Moreno Valley and so inconvenient especially when it's simple in and out service. The older white man and the young kid who slicks his hair up who works here are both lazy and really slow. Which in a small place is rare these days that they still act like they live in the 1950's No reason why Moreno Valley doesn't have a Mail Box or a Stamp Vending Machine inside it could be a small one. I've personal have sat outside on a Monday waiting and they have been 15 late. They could put a drop for Outgoing Mail but obviously that's to hard. Never go on a Friday around 3:30pm because the line is way to long and then he will close the gate right on you. They could solve many issues if they just put a Damn Drop Box. Thanks. read more

No postal drop off boxes outside or in. No need to drive to this location if you plan to mail anything after hours.

This is the most inconvenient post office my tax dollars if ever gone to. It's never open in the mail drop off slot it's only big enough to slide a piece of paper under. That does no good for people sending packages or even stuff the envelopes. The doors are usually locked and there is no other option to mail anything off in this town. Talk about the neighborhood location. This place is legit. The building is the size of a one car garage. If you don't look out for it, you'll pass it right on by. Actually not - it's literally on one of corners at Alessandro and Redlands. Even though it's small, there is a steady stream of people that use this post office. They even have post office boxes if you need one. Likewise, there is a 'lobby' that can take care of your postage needs. They don't have an automated machine. But then again, there's no room for it to fit. read more

I hate coming to this post office! If it wasn't so close to my house I would never come here. The man that's working there is always very rude and short with me. If there was somebody else working this place it would be 1000 times better. Please re-evaluate your workers and get somebody in there with a friendlier disposition. read more

Don't expect small talk from this neighborhood post office. I will send my letters but not packages. They only pick up once a day at 430 while the other post office on allessandro picks up at 930,230, and 445ish. They have lost 3 packages on 3 different occassions. I don't think the white older man working there likes his job. Always has a plain face. Not happy nor sad... Just there.. So if u use this post office, make sure you go priority and get a confirmation( that's what he suggests). read more

I have been to this place several time since it's only several blocks from my place. It's very small. There usually is a line waiting to drop off something. I like that it's close to me but I don't like that it's so small. I also wish the workers there were a bit more friendly. I will continue to go there only because of its location. read more

Here we go once AGAIN! The post office won't deliver a pkg that my sister mailed to me on February 13th..Today is February 27th. I'm on hold for 45 minutes right now!!!! I have the tracking number &everything. I don't understand Moreno Valley Post Office; my Father worked for USPS for 44 years!! He's probably sitting up in his grave about all of the problems that I have with the Moreno Valley main office!...The pkg is small enough to leave in my box. Friendly workers who helped me ship a 60+ lb box to Hawaii at the cheapest rate possible, which came out to about $110. It was a lot cheaper than going through fedex or ups. The line seemed pretty long for a Thursday afternoon, but got to the register quickly. read more

Small outpost of a post office on the very east end of Moreno Valley. It's convenient if you are passing through into the badlands and or live on that end of town. Someone works inside so you can buy stamps and they offer other postal services. read more

I paid for a P.O. Box in April 2018 because I was moving. I needed my mail to be forwarded by the end of June 2018. I filled out the application and here it is February 2019 and I'm still not getting my mail forwarded from my previous residence I spoke with every manager who claims they took care of the problem I asked for the post master and they always tell me they have no number and he's never there. They are sending all my mail back to sender. My insurance company sent me one of the letters they sent back and it says "no automation"...."sort manual only" unable to forward. This post office is in a very convenient location for homeowners of Zip 92555 in Moreno Valley, CA. However this tiny post office needs to be updated only a size of a 1 Car garage and handles regular mailings. For Zipcode 92555 who pays about $6000 to 10,000+ on property tax and assessments alone which is comparable to Highend properties in Los Angeles, CA, we deserve a more updated version than this post office offers. Very limited parking, dirt road and it's like a prison cell from the 60's. The post office clerk is well knowlegeable he/she does a quick job and no BS...in and out in 5 to 10 minutes tops. Overall great service for the area but desperate for an upgrade. read more

They left the shower curtain but they took my ugly Christmas sweater and my shower curtain liner that were both in one box?
