This location was actually the wrong location I wanted to get my new P.O. Box from. I waited in the line for about 10 minutes before being called to the Postal workers counter. Unfortunately the gentleman didn't know how to help me so he told me to wait for a Senior Postal worker. Now I saw this lady, and I know she saw me standing in the front but she never acknowledges me. Now 20 minutes had gone by, the mail woman left her post and was in the back. She finally comes back up to the front. The male Postal worker says to me again, Um she'll be with you. Do you think that she ever called me up to service me at the counter? Heavens NO!! This postal worker did everything but assist me lmao. She was taking shipping boxes off the counter and putting em' inside this rolling cart. Thirty minutes has gone by now and the male postal worker then asks, His boss to assist me, I understand that things have been put in place for our protection and all but it's crazy how the people that are looking to get the services that they truly need get the bad service. I ended up not being able to get a Post Office Box because of my ID not being of the same state that I was in. When I contacted Customer Service was told,It's at the Postal services discretion to refuse anyone that may not have all that's required to get a Post Office Box. However someone else that didn't have as much pertinent information could waltz in and they'll give them anything they needed. This world has become more complex to navigate through. I wouldn't recommend this location but that's just me and my experience. read more

For more than 2 years, our large mail boxes have been disabled. They are locked and there are no keys inserted. This has caused the letter carriers to hand deliver large packages to the doorstep of the recipient. I asked the mailman why the large boxes were not being used, and he said that people were not returning the keys, which is not possible as, once you use the key to open the box, the key cannot be removed. A second annoyance is with delivery of small boxes to the standard box. The package is small enough to fit into the box from the rear, but too large to be removed from the front. So I have to either use some tools to cut open the box or wait until the next day's delivery. read more

I usually have awful experiences at post offices but Sergio was so kind and patient with me. I needed help exchanging some CO2 filters for soda stream but they forgot to put the packaging label in the box. He didn't make me feel rushed or guilty for holding up the line, he was so friendly and gave me great options. I recommend this location without hesitation! read more

This place does its job if you do your part. Don't come in without knowing what you need or what they require. That's where their annoyance with customers is. Everything they require is on their website. The staff was very professional and kind when I came prepared. I didn't have an appointment for my passport but I got there early enough to do a walk in. It may have not been in and out, since I did have to wait a while, but the people who did have appointments were in and out. Just don't expect it to be quick if you come in with just an ID and an idea. read more

Came here today for the first time and was delighted with the service. First and foremost the parking lot is large with enough parking for this station. The post office is nice and clean and there was a sufficient amount of help too. They have passport services here from the hours of 9 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday . The Carrier for our route out of CEN/NLV station is the worse and the station Management is on par with the carrier, the amount of misdelieveries are amazing. They care not one bit and if you talk to them, we will informed the carrier to be more careful in the future. On Next Door in the last week, 16 missing packages in Sun City alone were reported. I came here for the first time on Wednesday around 2 PM with the expectations that it was going to be crazy. I was pleasantly surprised. This place is on the bigger side with very friendly employees at the counter. Making small talk with the woman who was assisting me, she told me that they are actually pretty slow most of the time and they would like more business to keep them busy- no problem! I was surprised to discover this full-service post office so close by. It's clean, neatly organized, quiet, and has easy in-and-out parking. I came on a Tuesday around 9:30 AM. What annoyed me was that I still had to wait at least 15 minutes when there were two clerks and only one other customer ahead of me who was having some kind of problem with not having proper identification. The second clerk appeared to just be taping up a box when she could have opened her counter and processed my package. All I had was one flat-rate box to pay for that took less than 5 minutes when I finally got to up to the other clerk, who I think noticed my irritation and apologized for the wait. I'll have to come back and see if it's really this slow on a regular basis. read more
