I find these features much better than the Martinsville Post Office. I use this post office for a quicker pickup as opposed to the branch in Brooklyn. I drop off mail here when I want to "get in the loop" faster. This post office accepts passports applications as well. This post office is open all day during normal business hours as opposed to the Brooklyn branch only being open a half day Monday through Friday and a couple of hours on Saturday.

While their website is impressive their product is terrible. The sides of the bed collapse in places and the bed itself has a horrible smell. Our dog wouldn't have anything to do with it. We had seven neighbor small dogs and none of them would try it, they just sniffed and moved away. It would cost to much to send back so it was put in recycle. The bed doesn't deserve one star! I spoke with the Postal Service several times. They contacted DHL and DHL said the would pick the package up and deliver it to me instead. They also said I would have it by the end of that week. Instead the package was either thrown away or just deleted out of the system. The package never arrived, tracking stopped, and DHL never attempted to contact me ever. I finally called Ray Ban and they reimbursed my order. However, I can't get my replacement parts because they would have to go through DHL again. So a $400 pair of prescription glasses that only needed a temple are now in the trash. Now I know why DHL disappeared from the American market the first time.

To top it off, I found someone else's package in this same UNSECURE area that is attached to the mall. This is a back entrance to our complex so it makes no sense that a mailman is leaving our packages there. Luckily, I picked this package up and dropped it off at the leasing office or else their package could have gotten thrown away or stolen from anyone at the mall. I will not be using DHL on any of my purchases moving forward and will not recommend it to residents that life in apartments as our packages are left outside of the building.
