I've been tracking my package and it's set in Lexana, Kansas for 2 days I believe and then I called customer service and then for some reason it all of a sudden updated to Overland, Mo for 14 hrs, so at this point I'm like look just let me pick it up at the warehouse I'm like overland is only 15 minutes from where I'm at so he said no it was due to go to another Warehouse and he'll let me pick it up from there because that's its final stop and they'll call me in the morning to come pick it up well this morning came and went I didn't receive a call I didn't receive a package either so now we're going in today number four I'm wondering what is up with all these lies why lie and you can't fulfill there promises . The shipment company sucks, customer service sucks and if I have my choice I would have never went with FedEx ito begin with. They make you so upset that you just don't want to be bothered with them at all on any type of platform. Well it's about to be day number four, I'll keep you updated on how many more lies customer service will give me and then how long the package will actually get here

I put the stuff on the expansive empty counter to her right and she demands I put it on the tiny counter to her left. Then she says AT&T has a contract with them as the AT&T store next door wouldn't take their own equipment back. Doesn't make it any less annoying after trying to return this stuff 3 times. I finish and then she demands I take a picture of the equipment to prove I returned it. All that proves is I took a picture of this stuff in a FedEx store. Why ask somehow how their day is going if you're just going to make it worse by being petty?

The attendant was extremely helpful, I had boxes all ready to go, so she weighed them and gave me my options of shipping time and prices. I was impressed at the prices- much better than the pot office! They did not have much in the way of packing supplies, so if you need that, you need to go to a bigger FedEx location- which I had to do a few days later.. This place is great- quick and convenient, and helpful staff!
