I went in for my passport appointment at 10:45 am and was out the door by 10:56 am. Yes, the entire process only took 11 minutes! Mind you, I spent a good 5-6 minutes waiting in line, filling out the first page of my passport application again (messed up the first time), having my picture taken, and waiting for the clerk to get change. Both of the clerks were very nice and accommodating, one of them was especially patient - even though I messed up my application twice! If you need to renew or apply for a passport in person, this is the post office for you! read more

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THE WHOLE USPS THING IS A JOKE. I bought a phone through T-Mobile and because there was a mix up, I had to return it back to the company. They told me to use either USPS or UPS to return it. So since USPS was closest to me, I returned it through them. I paid for the standard shipping and that was that. Months later, they send me pieces of my package saying that it's "missing". They're telling me I can't make a claim for my 700 phone that was stolen through their stupid fxcking company because I didn't have "insurance". DIDN'T THINK I NEEDED INSURANCE TO SEND SOMETHING BARELY A STATE AWAY. That insurance shit is a scam so that they can take your stuff. And this is what my tax money is going to? FXCKING RIDICULOUS. I LOVE this post office!! I've become a regular, sending out bills and care packages to troops. I have never had a problem sending anything. If you fill everything out right, you're in and out in no time! The staff is super friendly! I wish I knew the lady's name who is always there, she's awesome! I had to make two trips to my car to get boxes and she kept an eye on my stuff and had it ready to go by the time I got back! It's very clean. Very organized. Parking is okay, it's in a shopping center so obviously it's going to be busy. They have your best interest at heart and if you ask for a suggestion on which is the best shipping method, there quick to help! I'll keep going back, no doubt! read more

I go to this post office often to send packages to friends/family. The service here is always quick and efficient. All the workers I've encountered here are polite and friendly to me. There is an African lady with short hair who I try to get every time I come in because she is one of the sweetest workers I've ever encountered and always manages to make a good day even better. I'm visiting from out of town and had to send my mom a bunch of stuff... Showed up on a Saturday at 9:30 when they opened. The clerk in the lobby helped me stuff a giant box full of my mom's stuff. Why do we even have a postal "service?" I'm surprised the contract hasn't gone to FedEx or UPS. Went in with a box that to ship it via the slowest cheapest method possible was over $26. We said, screw that Mr. Postfool, and took it to FedEx. FedEx did it for $15 and will have it there twice as fast and I can actually track it. If it's for the people at the mailing service, I would give them 5 stars. They are always pleasant and helpful. THIS ONE STAR ( AND IF THERE's 0 STAR, I WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE IT TO HER WITHOUT A DOUBT) IS FOR THE LADY AT THE PASSPORT SERVICE! I can't believe, there are still few people like her. She doesn't know how to approach and talk to a kid nicely. So rude! As I was in line, my daughter asked me if she can go check their greeting cards and I said sure since it's just in front of me! She held one and put it back and the lady at the passport section in a loud voice with a lot of people listening said, "Excuse me ma'am! Don't joggle those!" My little girl was so embarassed with the way she talked to her with a lot of people listening! Seriously? It's just one piece that she held and put it back where it should be. I'm teaching my kids respect and manners so I'm quite sure, she wouldn't be doing anything like joggle their precious cards and boxes! It's a little kid she's talking to. Gwen should be fired. I saw her treat a pregnant lady and and old lady poorly for no reason. Have you ever watched Mad TV? Well, if so you are no stranger to Bonquiqui. Gwen is the real life Bonquiqui. Not to mention that She assured me she would affix my postage to my letter since it was overnight that I paid $22.95 for. The package never arrived! This completely screwed up me and my life. Never again will I use this post office. The only reason why I went into the line is because their Kiosk was done. Horrible, I use this post office all the time because it's close but I think I'll drive to a different one next time or just stop using them altogether. The Filipino man working the counter was very rude and was not helpful. I asked if they renew passport and take the photos there the man said "yes, just fill out the form and if you answer yes on the first page you can send it today with your old passport." I followed that with "do you take photos here?" He said "yes." Awesome, so I took the time to fill out the renewal form and when I went back it seems like he was finding ways not to help me. I handed him the form and he asked if it was complete...which it was, he would've known if he looked down at the form, then he ask if I have my passport..again! I replied "yes." Then he told me "we don't take passport photos on the weekend." Now I don't know if that is true, but why can't you take passport on weekend!!?? Furthermore, he told me they did. And if they didn't do passport photos on weekend he should've inform me beforehand! I think this type of service and people are bringing down USPS. read more

If I could give them zero stars, believe me, I would. The staff here are incredibly rude. I had an issue with my PO box and when a worker walked in, I tried asking him about it and he ignored me the first time, I guess it was because he had his earbuds in, so I asked him again and he simply replied "come back tomorrow when it opens." He literally took off his earbuds for less than a second and I don't even think he heard wha I said. He put his earbuds in before he even finished what he was saying. Rude. I did come in after the post office closed, but the PO boxes are open until 6, I came in about 10 minutes after 5, meanwhile the post office closes at 5. But that doesn't give them an excuse to be rude to their customers. If I rudely turned away the customers that came to my shop, I wouldn't have any business at all. And not only did he ignore me, another lady working there was walking by continued walking by and didn't even give me a second glance when I tried to ask her for help. Honestly, I can't believe this place is still running, I'd expect them to be out of business by now, how can people tolerate being treated like this? Never coming here again, I'd rather drive the extra miles than deal with the employees here. I would definitely NOT recommend this place, to anyone, even my worst enemy is to good for this place. read more
