I went to this USPS because it's close to SJSU & City Hall. It's on 3rd & Paseo de San Antonio, across from Tengu Sushi. One counter open & 2 people in front of me. It moved pretty fast. I picked up: Pixar Forever Send A Hello Stamps 1 sheet (20 stamps) for $8.80 Go Green Forever stamps 1 sheet (16 stamps) $7.04 American Scientists Forever stamps 1 sheet (20 stamps) for $8.80 My total $24.64. Charged it. I wanted more Pixar stamps, but they didn't have anymore. Must check the other USPS soon.

This USPS is super small and it can get very busy inside! There's usually a long line and a long wait -- only one or two workers at the front...most of the time it's one person working and it just takes forever! But this place is conveniently located across from SJSU, so I stop by here whenever I need to return my rented textbooks, packages, or if I need any stamps. Also, this is a great place to come get your money order if you need to pay rent or whatever, but there is a dollar fee! There is a lobby with mailboxes too, so come here if you need to rent a mailbox. Overall, place is okay, I just come here when I need to. There's no parking lot, only side street parking, but I always walk here from campus.

Closed for 15 minutes to get change.

Only one person working, bad attitude, the line is always long, you definitely need patience for the long waiting time.

This is my first time going to this Post office (usually I go to one close to work) I worked with Deborah the clerk and she was so kind and helpful.

Passport services, yes sir!…read more We had a great experience at this post office yesterday while renewing our minor son's passport. The process ended up taking longer than expected--we went through three application booklets due to using a blue pen, making a mistake, and not completing part of the form correctly. Harry was the gentleman who assisted us, and he was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to guide us through each correction and made sure everything was completed properly before we left. We never felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing him. Thank you Harry and staff. There was a line. They were open to 6:00 pm. The website said 3:00 for walk-ins. I stormed in there as if I was late for my appointment. lol So glad we took care of this before our big travel.

Carmelina provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, professional, thorough, and very informative. She explained the passport process clearly, answered all of my questions, and even gave me additional information so I knew what to expect after submitting my application. She made the whole experience easy and stress-free. If you're getting a passport, BOOK AN APPOINTMENT and BE PREPARED. RESPECT people's privacy and don't wait inside the room during their appointment! The process was quick, efficient, and the excellent customer service made it even better. Thank you, Carmelina!

It is located in a strip mall, between a Thai restaurant and a pizza place. There is generally a lot of parking in the strip mall but at that time of day, just before 7pm, the parking lot was full since there are a lot of places to eat there. There was almost no one in the UPS store and it was just before closing. I step up to the counter and show them my code. There were 2 people behind the counter and both of them stepped forward to scan but they could not decide who would scan my code. Both of them were, " you go', ' no, you go'. After 4 times of this, I picked one and asked them to scan the code. The woman behind the counter, under cover of her mask mind you, mumbles about how rude I was. They could not a simple decision about who would scan my code and she then had the audacity to take offense. Not worth the stop. You should take your business elsewhere if you want someone who can make basic decisions on how to help their customers and does not then turn on the customer! Update - the business owner commented on my review that I interrupted an associate, when they were helping another customer, when I found my code, that I could not initially find and that if I am in a hurry, they offer a kiosk. True, I could not initially find my code but when I saw people in line, I stepped aside to find my code. Bottom line is that if I am in a hurry, I should go else where because the associates not being able to make up their minds on who should help is the opposite of helpful and timely. Note that the owner never addressed the indecision (and hence holding up people) or calling me rude in front of other customers but is gaslighting me about what the real issue is.
