Over the last 6 months 2 employees have gotten less friendly and ingratiating, while the others remain polite and friendly. There was a female who I haven't seen in a couple months and a male (A) who has gotten to the point where all you get from him is a mumble. I made a drop off today and greeted him with "Hi there." His reply was "mmmmm." When we were done I just got a mumble that may have been a thanks, not sure. This is in such contrast to the others. I suspect the manager/owner opened up the store for a few weeks or months and is now somewhere else. This would be REALLY obvious to someone who worked there even for an hour.

The receipt they give you has the sticker number on it but no description of the item you just returned. So how do I know if the correct item is getting returned back to Amazon for a refund? Now you have to assume the correct item was scanned and will be returned by Staples back to Amazon. I asked why and she said cause she's busy although she was ready to help me. I went to the self serve scanner and start doing it myself and two other people walked in and she helped them. So why couldn't she help me is the question and they were served. I felt discriminated and couldn't understand why I couldn't get her help and they did. This was unacceptable and bad service. And don't tell me to go somewhere else when the girl was ready to help. Crappy service all around.

Other times they are extremely busy and only one person is at the front desk. Other days there's no line and it's quick so it's a hit or miss. Edit: Today I came to this post office at opening. I found out that not only do they close early, but they open late. The sign and google says they open at 8:30am, but I was waiting there for 15+ minutes. The hours posted are very inconsistent. One good thing though is that the workers are very nice and welcoming - I've noticed this every time I go ship something out. However, I still don't think that makes up for the lack of punctuality.

I miss the previous staff; being an Afro American girl and an Asian girl; last time I seen them was 2020 when I worked the post office myself at a different location. Now, you have this firm/rude lady with glasses sometimes fed up, and I barely go in for questioning stuff.. then a cool Asian/filipino dude I'm tight with. Was in there today asking for a package and yes the girl with glasses was there and she knew who I was.. and she's just .. I dunno rude yet firm or something I just asked to check on a package of checks, she fired back asking if there was the yellow card slip and I said "no, but there are times when no card is in" and she's all "well I NEVER miss.. let me check for you anyway; your P.O. Box up on that shelf there I see nothing." And I haven't had the best week so far and this ruined my morning somewhat - these checks are untrackable but with an eta of ending June which passed. America waited on me as I attempted to return several items I didn't want. She told me that I was supposed to have my return items in order and my return skew wasn't sufficient for all the items I was returning to the same online store. She scanned the code from my phone and only allowed me to return the only item she could identify. I asked if I could come back at a different time and she said "We're always busy," so it wouldn't make a difference. I complained to the online store and they sent me another skew and directed me to use the postal service which turned out to be effortless.

Also you are given a month to either pay the price increase or move your items. The bare minimum would be informing your tenants with a reason for the increase especially if they have been with your company less than a year. One increase is understandable but two in less than a year? Going from $154-$186? An explanation should be in order or an option to downsize units. Bad business practice for those of us who are active duty/veterans with limited time on moving our items or eating the cost of the price increase. Transparency is needed.
