Try and get through to them by phone when you have an issue with your mail carrier delivering mail to wrong addresses on a weekly bases! Their phone is busy all day long! Right!!!! This is an ongoing issue the Post Master has yet to address! I have already made several complaints! Sad that this has been going on for a year now! If you are having issues you can report to (Postal Investigating General) I'm hoping this solves the issue! I have not received mail in 3 days now since I addressed the issue right on the mail itself and put it in mail slot for the mail carrier! If I'm getting others mail who's getting my mail! Incompetent people that care nothing about the US mail! I know I will not get a response from the Post Master! So sad! I hope you're reading this! read more

As if my previous review wasn't bad enough, it's gone even more downhill since. There is an African-American woman that works there and she is the horror story of post office experiences. My mailbox ended up too full with custom gifts that I ordered. They arrived all at once and I didn't have a chance to pick up the mail before they took it all back. I understand that's the procedure so I went to pick up my mail within the 10 days grace period. I ended up having to deal with that unfortunate employee mentioned above, and she did everything in her power to make the experience a complete nightmare. Not only would she not give me my mail or even go look for it, she blatantly lied and said it was all sent back already. I told her I was supposed to have 10 days to pick up the mail why did it get sent back already? She told me I only have seven at that location, so as I was leaving I tracked the packages to see when the attempted delivery was and I was only at six days since they had been delivered. So I walked back in and told her I'm not even at the seven days yet why did you send the mail back and she had no explanation or advice to get them rerouted to me. I spent days trying to contact USPS and the shippers of my packages to get them re-routed back to me but apparently they were never sent back they were sitting in the back office bin of my local station where this creature works. After two weeks my usual mail lady told me she found my packages sitting in the bin marked with "wrong address undeliverable". My address was correct on all of those packages that by now arrived past the birthday of my loved one. And after four weeks the sellers told me they finally received the package sent back to them. All because that wretched excuse of a human being and employee wouldn't walk back there and grab my mail. It's horrible how much power these post office employees give themselves. read more

I had no problem with this post office at all. I went today and they were extremely busy, they had a line almost out the door. They had two people doing check out and they were moving fast and efficiently, they were very friendly the answering everybody's questions. And a person came up from the back repeatedly to ask people if they had notices for pick up packages. I can maybe see people doing complaints about the postal carriers maybe not leaving their mail at their house and this and that, but as far as this facility, in this location I could find no problems with it. They constantly deliver packages to me that aren't even addressed to me nor have my name on it. In the last year I've received 10 packages that belong to the same person and different address they keep delivering to me. I end up driving in my car to bring it to them. After this last time, that's ridiculous. You need to read your packages. When I called to report it, no apologize whatsoever that this is recurring and just I'll send the postman to pick it up. I'm not pleased with my experience here today. I waited in line for about 40 minutes to mail a flat-rate package and get information about a change of address. There were so many people packed into the tiny store-front, the manager realized how ridiculous it was and opened up a separate line for pick-ups only and I have to say he kicked butt to get people moving. We will see how the whole 'putting a hold on our mail' thing works once we get to our new address and try to receive mail again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I submitted a change of address online effective 4/11/15 and I was to receive a package yesterday 4/8 but they started forwarding to my new address. You apparently can't call this post office even though they have a number listed. All you get is a fast busy tone. So I finally was able to reach this post office. I hd to call another post office (after calling multiple) and found one willing to give me their number which is 951-679-7886. Still not satisfied with my situation. My mail was forwarded previous to the date I requested. I was told to put a hold on my mail for my new address which I can't do online and I work hours outside of this locations hours. So I'm pretty much screwed and hop that my package doesn't get stolen off of the porch of my new address or hope they don't attempt delivery until I've actually moved. read more

The absolute worst post office. They have lost my packages over and over. It is a joke in our neighborhood that we more often than not have to deliver the packages that have been incorrectly left on our porch. I received a notification that my package was delivered today came home and nothing! $89.00 item lost. We opt to pay more to have items deliver by a different carrier just to avoid this post office. I have even contacted the post master and he assured me that he would talk with our mail carrier.... I guess that did not happen. HORRIBLE!!!! read more

missing 1 star because the customer area is soooo small. Every time I come here, the only irritation is the random other customer who asks the same question 10 times, or complains about something that can't be helped and holds the line up. Otherwise, I have to say these employees are extremely efficient. I usually feel worse for them than me, when the lines are long. The Cherry Hills office is way bigger so use that one if possible. But both offices are consistently friendly and speedy. I have been using both for 9 years. I had a supervisor helping me once to find a lost package. He fixed it and followed up with me. I've been coming to this Post office for years when they opened and every time ALL the workers are very friendly and helpful​. Even when they are busy with lines out the door they apologize and have a cheerful attitude. I am always asked if I need any additional help or supplies. I'm surprised by the negative reviews as I frequent at least a few times a month. Keep up the great service. read more

We have been receiving the neighbors mail ever since they put new mail boxes in on Lazy Creek. Now we are kind enough to then take the mail to our neighbors however we don't know which neighbors get our mail but the kindness has not been reciprocated ... there have been items missing from our mail, which I am left to assume it was delivered to the incorrect address. I missed out on 3 gift cards for my birthday and who knows what else. I work from home so there are important documents I have been waiting on, and of course I work during normal hours and cannot sit on hold for 10 minutes.... (I just tried to call during my break so yes actual hold time). My elderly neighbor that I deliver her mail to, has called in on multiple occasions to complain about her mail being delivered to us.... yet today I just picked up and I have 8 items of mail for her and 2 for us.....USPS how do you suggest this gets resolved? read more

For almost a year now we have had serious issues with getting our mail. It's pretty bad when our neighbors have to deliver OUR mail that went to them. Our income tax return? Really?? Medical cards?? I have written notes to our mail carrier asking them to be more careful and for a few weeks everything was fine. Until this last week and then it has started again. Today was the final straw when we got a stack full of mail, NONE of it belonging to us. We drove to the Post Office and spoke with the Post Master but he didn't really seem to care and told us that he has "new employees". Would give a 0 if I could. I have also sent a complaint to the postmaster general. The woman at this location is incredibly rude and does not give a sh$T. I tried to mail some ebay packages and brought the items to be mailed in along with the prepaid ebay postage. She looked at me like I was crazy and immediately gave me an attitude as neither item was boxed. At any other USPS location the staff have always been nice enough to offer me a box since the postage is prepaid. I understand they don't have to..but to but outwardly rude on purpose in such a manner is not what customer service is. Carrier delivery service has sunk to an all-time low with mail left at wrong addresses and rarely delivered before dark. Some evenings 7 o'clock, some 8 o'clock and last night's at 9:15! We're in a primarily senior area and neighbors are grouping together to get their mail; AFTER going out numerous times to see if its there. This also means any outgoing mail picked up at the boxes cannot possibly go out until the next day. We're seeing more boxes hit with theft, mail thrown on the ground and/or all doors to boxes hanging open. This week, a truck was caught on camera at 4 a.m., driving slowly with a male walking behind it pulling out whatever mail is in any boxes. I've never believed in outsourcing government jobs, BUT it couldn't be any poorer than what we're getting! If I could give 0 stars I would. Our mail carrier is vindictive and wouldn't leave anyone's mail at the community mail box yesterday. His note stated "Car blocking mailboxes, cant deliver mail, code enforcement". Well the car supposedly "blocking the boxes" was a joke. I easily parked my car behind it (still in front of the boxes) to check mail and my car is bigger than a dinky mail truck. My neighbor said he filed a formal complaint last week because packages kept being delivered to the wrong house. Try to call the post office to complain - the number on the official USPS website is wrong and the right one is busy 24/7 like they leave it off the hook. I'll be going to the post office after work (thankfully I get off early enough I can get there before they close at 4!!! and don't open til 10. I want those hours!) with photographic proof that the car was not blocking the boxes and will be filing a formal complaint myself. read more

Given the tiny customer area of this postal annex it is amazing how well the staff are able to deal with their customers. Customer parking is limited and I have often had to park outside the facility. I strongly recommend using the Cherry Hills Blvd. branch for everything but pickups, it is larger and has very efficient counter staff. read more

Like most post offices, this ranks among the worst. People there are rude and uncaring. The carrier service is horrible. I frequently get someone else's mail and complaining is a big waste of time. People there must really hate their jobs. How hard would it be to be polite once in awhile. I blame the horrible service on management. They are very slow. I usually have to plan to wait an hour or more in line because they usually have only one person working the counter. I sure wish I had a choice on different ways to get my mail. read more

They can't deliver a package yet again. Many times we have had packages that are supposed to arrive and get a signature. I am home majority of the time. They never pull into the driveway and honk, they just put in there system that the package was undeliverable. Never get a pink slip saying they attempted a delivery. We have complained many times and nothing changes. The group of mailboxes is right in front of our yard. All you have to do it park in the driveway and honk, but guess that is asking to much of you! My husband ordered a mothers day present for me, and for a few days now he has been calling and trying to get the package delivered. They keep saying they tried which is a big lie, and he even asked the supervisor to leave the package off the truck for him to come personally pick up today. The Supervisor told him yesterday he would and that it would be available today. Turns out the Supervisor called and left a message saying its on the truck and will be delivered today. Not holding my breath!!! If we don't have the package by tomorrow afternoon, they will be getting a huge complaint. I have never been so pissed off in my life this postal store in Sun City ca,they said my package was delivered. In fact it wasnt,they gave me the run around,and didn't do a thing to claim responsibility, in fact this is what they told me " I will check with the mail carrier, he tells me,he doesn't recall delivering it, well what kind of bull#### excuse is that, I know they track every package with GPS tracking,so. Janet certainly deserves 5 stars for her consistent quality service . Unfortunately this review is not only about Janet but overall review for thus far what I experienced with other personnel. One day I went to pick up my vacation hold mail. Another lady spent approximately 10 minutes in trying to find my mail unsuccessfully, Then Janet intervened and Janet knew exactly where my mail was. Some weeks gone buy and I came to this post office gave Janet another request to hold mail until certain date. Unexpectedly when I return home a few days early from a vacation I opened my mailbox and discover there were whole week's mail was in the box rather than waiting in the post office. I find it very disturbing when you all the listed phone # for the us postoffice states the # you have dialed is not in service,please ck your # & call again. Why put a # that the world can see & call in the computer that doesn't work, I'm going to get the guy that does errors on the tv & run this by him as another wrong doing that a business can get away with, especially a federal funded business. I've tried to resolve a problem I had with not receiving an important piece of mail from dmv that was mailed in March & also a follow up reminder letter that I did not receive which cost me an extra chunk of money for penalties which I happened to stumble upon this error by accident.
