The Holyoke post office holds my mail against me. My payment was not due until today. And all month…read morelong they would lock my mail box. So I had no choice but to stand in line for an hour or more just so they would unlock it. I ordered a new card from my bank due to theft. And it was not until two months later they put all five cards that I had to continue to ask to be reordered in my box the same exact day....there's no way each card was ordered a week or two apart from one another and all got there the same day... They sent my mail to my new address instead of holding it like they should have. And I have been waiting on a paycheck for an exact month; my employer said the checks already went out. The first check for this employer was the mail that got sent to my apartment instead of held at my P.O. Box and this second check is no where to be found. This place has behaved so sketchy for a place that was suppose to keep my mail safe from being stolen.

After the transaction, i went online and discovered any electronics containing an integrated (non-removable) lithium ion battery may ship via priority express or higher however these items are barred from OVERSEAS or INTERNATIONAL flights ( due to past acts of terrorism ) -- ...well, when i read this i was pissed having exposed my laptop to 7-days of unnecessary shipping and possible damage!!! MTS Siding and Roofing came to my home for some damage due to high winds causing damage. I needed…read moreto get repairs immediately due to rain and snow coming and I did not want to get any further damage to my home. Matt contacted me asap and advised me he could come out the next day and do the repair. I sent him pictures of the damage and he responded with the price right away. He and one of his workers came the next day to inspect the roof for any other damage he may have missed in the pictures. Repairs were done that day with no other problems. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a good roofer and siding looking at some pictures of his work.
