The Spring 77379 Post Office is awful. I consistently have packages arriving DAYS late. The hell of it is, USPS tracking shows that it is on the truck for delivery usually around 1130am. By 830pm I give up, and the next morning it simply says "delivery status not updated". No shit... I recently paid for 2-day service and it sat at the post office in Spring for 3 out of the 5 days it took to arrive. On top of all of this, our mail usually doesn't arrive until 7 or 8 pm. I don't know how this woman Naomi has a job after so many years. I've witnessed her being rude to other people almost EVERY time I've been in and today I was on the receiving end of her rudeness. I had an appointment at 1:45, 2, and 2:15. I got to the post office right at 2:15pm waited in line for her to call someone ahead of me and then waited for her to be done. She wouldn't see me and process at least one of the passport applications. I finally took the picture of the time when I was leaving, after the whole fiasco, it was 2:22... SPRING POST OFFICE OFF 2920... As I sit on hold (almost 47 min now), I wonder why this post office is still open. I mailed off ten packages on the 13th. The carrier remembers picking them up, but she doesn't remember if she scanned them in or not. ALL ten packages show "awaiting pickup". I cannot get any help by the local post office. I tried calling the 800 number and sending an email issuing a complaint... I feel like I am just going in circles. Of course, I'm told the Post Master (Ms Anderson) is out of town and the clerk doesn't have the number for the District Mgr (Mr Kemp). TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE... this is a good paying job with incompetent people getting the salary. read more

Worst Post Office in the city. NO matter what time you come - there is only ONE clerk waiting on a long line of people. Obviously these workers do not care about customer service. The self machines do not allow shipment of media mail - so I'm forced to stand in a LONG SLOW line. That's Obama's government for you !!! read more

Long lines, rude employees, and the smallest selection of stamps I've ever seen. I waited in line for around 20 minutes to get my wedding invitations weighed only to be told (extremely rudely) that they don't carry any special stamps, even though they are advertised above the desk. The guy also said "well we're open on Saturdays and most post offices aren't" as if the privilege of waiting in line for no reason on a Saturday should have been enough. I've had to visit this post office twice in the last week. The first was to pick up a package. I had to wait over 40 minutes to be helped. Finally after 30 minutes other clerks started asking if they could help track down packages. Their help sped the process up dramatically. Today I needed to mail a larger item. The post office was a mess and it was impossible to find any usable boxes that my item could fit into. The only reason I come to this post office is because I'm zoned to it. I actually live closer to the post office off of Gosling. I think I will go there from now on. It's less crowded and the clerks are more helpful. read more

Rude. Rude. Rude. The staff here are so rude. Never smile. Not very helpful. Also, when the line is almost out the door they only have one window open and they are slow, slow, slow! I don't know why this Post Office (77379) has so low rating. It seems to me as if the people are rating some other office. I have been living in this area for the last four years and have been using this office to send local, national and international mail, letters and packages. I have never had any problem, difficulty, or bad experience. I can mention specifically Mr. Hoang as very pleasant and helpful associate. But my last visit to this Post Office vas exceptionally positive. The associate was a young lady, Ms. Jackie, whom I handed an improperly sealed package to be sent by certified mail. She explained to me that I have to reseal it with paper tape. It made me so unhappy with my fate that she offered to reseal the package by herself. God, I wish all government offices were so helpful, or at least half so! read more

Dont ever expect to receive a package by this facility and its employees. They simply do not care about their performance or the responsibilities of their jobs. I cant tell you how many times I have tracked a package that was supposedly delivered, and its nowhere to be found. This place has found the most incompetent, dumb, and lazy people on this Earth as employees. Pay the money for a commercial carrier as any experience with these people is absolutely miserable. This branch serves my home and they bend EVERY piece of mail in half! Magazines and cards are destroyed. I spoke with my mail carrier and she said it's easier to fold them in half to group them. There's plenty of room in my mailbox for them to lay them flat. It's so frustrating. read more

I have never been treated so rudely in my life! I went with my mother to renew her passport today. She had all forms required as listed on the department of state website but the lady insisted that those forms couldn't be used. When my mother showed her (Naomi) the print out of what is required, she said she was not going to read that because she has been doing this for 15 years. She then pulled another employee over to talk to us and he said my mom could use me as a witness of identity and gave us the form to complete. She then said "well your going to have to make an appointment and come back some other day because I am not processing that for you". I shouldn't use the word said because she actually yelled all of this at us. The whole post office was shocked at the way she handled it and the other customers were actually more helpful and told us where we could go to get the issue resolved. read more

This is SERIOUSLY the WORST post office that I have EVER been to!!! The Post Master at this location SERIOUSLY needs to lose his job. The line is ALWAYS out to the door. Only ONE teller has been at the counter for several weeks now. This location is always dirty with trash on the floors, most of the form bins are always empty. Dozens of flys are buzzing around while waiting in line. Half the time they do NOT take cash as payment. This location delivers my mail and several times per week I have to track down my own mail because nobody will do their job correctly. This location is really this bad, I am NOT exaggerating. I mail out packages from 2 post offices. This post office location repeatedly has taken 10 days to scan and post any tracking information on my first class prepaid packages. I used this location because it is close to work but I will never use it again. I mailed a package from this location on 2-6-15 it delivered 2-24-15. That is absurd! And the package was not scanned in the system and posted online until 2 days before delivery??? I mailed a package from the other post office I use on 2-22-15 and it delivered 2-26-15. I will NEVER mail anything from this location again. I called and reported this and they said it was unacceptable how long it was taking them to scan in and deliver. I pay extra to have my packages delivered by a certain date and they are taking an average of over 10 days more than they should. having used this post office for many years since its opening, and having a po box there as well, I can tell you the service for the most part is not fast,not courteous,and not efficient...when they first opened, there were 3 clerks at all times on the front desk, they knew you by face or name and they were much more personal..as the years have gone by,only one of those people is still there and she is at the passport window..she never smiles,she never recognizes you, and she has,like the newer people, become quite rude..i was told a few months back by some employee i had never seen before,at the pick up window,that as long as she was there at that window i would do as she said..i was kind of shocked at her "me general,you private" attitude,because for all of the other issues there, i had never encountered that!! in any case, its the post office for my zip code, so I have to do business with them...!just be prepared !! read more
