I always go here and they are always giving me a good customer service. However, today the clerk Naomi(ironic that my name is Naomi too) was so rude and with no customer service. I understand what she was saying, but I was trying to tell the person I was on the phone that I was having the worst experience to hold on that I was going to call him back... the first part was in English and the second part was in Spanish... why Naomi had the audacity to make a comment about me speaking Spanish, and acting like it was her need to comment about what I told the person I was speaking with... I was not speaking with her, and she was so racist about the comment. Telling me "i do not care if you are speaking Spanish and whatever you can say in Spanish" it's not her place to even make that comment.... that's why I am giving a 1 because the way she handled herself was not profesional.... I wish the person that always takes care of me was there today, because this left a bad taste and Naomi needs to get some anger classes or she needs to understand RACISM is not okay! It's holiday time so of course the post office is a mad house...so in attempt to avoid all the people, I stopped at the post office after hours to ship something at their self service kiosk. Great idea, right? It would have been great if the self service kiosks worked...but I went to two post offices tonight, and both said that the service was temporarily unavailable due to technical difficulties!! The lady miss Naomi I'm not sure if that's her real name or if the coworker is trying to cover her up but I've seen that a lot of people on the reviews have said that she is rude and it's really unprofessional and especially for working with a lot of people. I was already having a bad day and she had to ruin it by being so ugly with me because I couldn't hear her when she called me. I couldn't understand what she was saying because she had a clear shield mask. I wasn't sure if she was talking to me and then she yelled at me. I went over to her and I wish I just left the building but it just got worse from there. She was also smirking with her coworker which I believe it was about me and said what did I tell you. I don't even want to give it a star but apparently you can't review without a participation award. So the star is that it exists and that is it! This is the most horrible place EVER!!!! One person to tend to the whole 40 people that must stand outside with absolutely no urgency or courtesy on their part. Service (only one man there is decent if by the luck of the lottery you happen to wait AND get him). The lady that barks at everyone with an attitude and thinks it's her house needs to work the back or not at all. It's not our fault you hate your job! Extremely rude. It would be well worth the drive to go to another post office. I can see why the post office is on the way out. It was very hard to remain cool and calm while the lady working the passport desk raised her voice at me and told me to go sit down. FYI there are no chairs. All because I was only 10 minutes early (instead of 15). They called me 2.5 hours before my appointment to tell me they were unable to take the passport photos because their machine was down. read more

This post office is horrible!! It grounds on the outside are in need of another lawn company, for some reason they don't like the weed eater. The trees need trimming. Most times everything is just overgrown. The inside needs a good cleaning. LONG lines out the door isn't uncommon. A couple of rude employees. I try to avoid ever having to use the post office due to the fact with in the last three years, I have had to go inside they have consistently been rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. I'd rather travel outside my area to avoid them at all cost. Not to mention the place appears and seems filthy constantly. None of the services they provide are clearly marked nor are you allowed to ask questions or even try and understand what options may work best for you without putting the person behind the counter out and them behaving and conduct themselves as though they have better things to do. I hate to see that this post office has such low reviews! I literally live down the street and come here ALL the time. I have family in Hawaii, Guam, Germany, and California. I have never had ANY issues with sending or receiving packages from this post office. They were VERY helpful when I changed my permanent address, and every single time I go, everyone is super friendly! Tran Hoang is VERY nice, he is personable and seems to really love his job. There is also a younger girl that works there, I can't remember her name but she is very pretty with curly hair, she has always been nice to me. I will continue to go to this post office. read more

I come here often to do EDDM mailers for my business. The postal service has gotten a lot more tech in the last few years. I always book my mailing routes online and just come here to drop off my bulk mailers with all the labels printed. It is a lot cheaper than those postcard companies that charge an arm and a leg to mail business postcards. The staff here is very helpful and try to work as fast as possible because this post office is always busy. They have post office boxes that you can rent and lots of self service machines if you don't want to wait in line for a clerk. read more

I opened the door of the post office and yes YELLED AT from across the facility. I was told to "walk out the door and close it behind me". There were no visible signs posted stating I was to wait at or outside the door. No directions posted regarding their Covid-19 policy, and no one available to answer questions without waiting in the long line in 100° heat. Without any explanations or signs and general lack of organization period, I do not feel they had the right to not only myself that way, but they didn't need to speak to the other customers in that manner either. I should not have to walk out of a service business with my 6 year old son asking "why was that lady mean to you." I'm sorry you have a crumby job, but that is not my fault nor my problem, and I certainly do not deserve to be spoken to in that manner. read more

Omg if I could give this hell hole zero stars and fire all the illiterate donkeys that works here I would do it in a blink of an eye. They have the worst customer service and they will yell at you, humiliate you in front of others and disregard you . I went in to mail a package and the only thing left I had to fill out was my city, state and zip on the package. I was next and was going to finish filling it at the counter. But NAOMI The coward witch of Klein Branch USPS, throws the package back at my chest , tells me to come back , calls another customer to come up and I told her it was only going to be a second for me to finish writing my city,state and zip. But she cuts me off and tells me to get it together. So I told NAOMI that she didn't have to be rude about it and I got back in line and another clerks helps me and everything was done. Went to get her name and told her whatever that's up your ass you need to remove it and then she tell me to remove whatever is up my ass cause it's apparently way up there!... Wow, then I called made a complaint demanded the supervisor to call me and told me it will be about 24-48hrs till I get a call. Well I got a call 3 hrs later and the manager was extremely upset for what had happened and apologized profusely for what had happened. So that's what happened! I hope she gets fired so she can sit her rude-ass at the unemployment line begging for a check! God forbid if I even have to step back into this hell hole. read more

We moved here three years ago and at that time, this post office had what I considered very good customer service. Sadly, it has deteriorated steadily to the point that I dread going there--and when I do, if at all possible, I use the automated machines to mail letters and packages and to buy postage stamps. Of late, those machines have become almost as unreliable and unpleasant as the human beings who are paid to serve customers. With one single exception--a lovely woman named Naomi--this is the rudest, most lackadaisical staff ever. Besides that, the facility itself looks like hell inside and out. Although we have lived in this house for 16 years, this post office took it upon itself to machine-print "RETURN TO SENDER VACANT UNABLE TO FORWARD" on a postcard the Harris County Appraisal District sent to us last December. When HCAD received it, they deleted our homestead and other exemptions from our account because the USPS told them our house was "vacant". My husband is having to take time off work to scurry around and get all that HCAD requires to reinstate the exemptions to which we're entitled, all because the post office marked and returned this ONE piece of mail. RIDICULOUS! Our home isn't vacant, we get the mail out of the box every day, and we received bills, Christmas cards, junk mail and other mail throughout the period in question. WHY or HOW did this happen??!! read more

So I'm on the phone right now... trying to get in touch with someone so that they can hold a package that is already 2 days late... the call is "being transferred to the operator" and someone picks up the phone and audibly hangs it up without saying anything. I'm shocked to say the least. This happened twice in a row. Do I expect anything more from USPS? No. Not really. Disgusting and filthy location. Lawn is overgrown and full of weeds. Paint peeling from building. Sidewalk and entry in desperate need of power washing. Outside trashcan overflowing with garbage. I hate standing in line at the post office. It moves so slower than a sloth. So I opt to use the self-service machines. There are three machines so I rarely stand in line. Its so easy. Follow directions on the touch screen. And send your package and buy stamps. read more

How do you loose a package that should be in the lock box and you record it as such?????????????? Then when you try to call for help, you never get anyone willing to help or you get transferred into space where they take all of your information and give you a case number. The case number is a joke because they never followup on the issue nor do they make notation of where they are in the process. But yet, they send you a survey to complete. I sell on Amazon and had sent a package to a customer I had shipped to previously. The first time the customer received their package with no problem. This time, the tracking was showing as being delivered but the customer said they did not get it. It was very hard to get anyone to pick up the phone. I called at least 4 times during the hour and several different post offices within the same zip code. Tim Moore answered the phone. I told him what was wrong. He confirmed the tracking, said he would speak with the carrier and call me back. Within the hour, he called me back. They had identified the problem. The customer needed a key to access their parcel locker. The carrier retrieved the package and took it to the customer personally. Problem solved. Happy customer. I spend thousands of dollars each year on postage. The USPS has always been reliable and in 99% of the cases, my packages have been found. Tim was efficient and did everything he said he would do. Hope his supervisors take notice. Thank you USPS. read more

Went to this hell hole Post Office on Louetta this morning to pick up a package. Rang the bell 3 different times with no answer. Finally sat on the bell for the 4th time. A 55+ year African American man opened the door and took my slip and tossed it on a table and closed the door. He turns the bell off. So, he decides to punish me for ringing his bell for service and makes me wait 20 minutes. In the meantime, a line has formed behind me. A man was so frustrated that the bell was off, he started beating on the door. So his power play making me wait made all those people behind me wait. The incompentent worker opens the door and looks at my slip and says there is no street name on the slip. Which proves he made me wait on purpose!!! He goes to the back and makes me wait longer and comes back with the wrong package. He goes back again and makes me wait even longer and comes back with no package. I asked for my slip back. I was told that I would have to talk to the postman. What a jerk!!!!! I took his picture but it's not worth the backlash of posting it. I hate that place. Now to take it up with postman. Wish me good luck......In the last 10 years the USPS has lost 47 billion dollars. It has been documented that a large portion has been paying those incompetents retirement. read more

Multiple employees treated my mother with disrespect and were downright rude at different times she went to mail packages. Like other reviewers stated, they hurt her feelings, bullied, and treated other patrons the same way while we were there. Management needs to be fired or demoted, because the culture at the post office is obviosly intolerable. No one deserves to be treated the way the post office customers are at the location. My mother refuses to go back and pays more at UPS and is treated like a human being, not something on the bottom of someones shoe. After watching my wife fill out the entire form she sarcastically says that she must use Black ink not blue. When the forms are all filled out she then proceeds to tell us that the photo equipment is broken and we need to provide a photo from some one else. This was a complete wast of everyone's time. Her attitude was less than stellar, in fact she was down right rude. Helpfull would not be a word I would use to describe this place, just a quick look around at other customers bleek and hopeless faces and one can tell this was the kind of place one would come to expect if they were waiting in line at the gates of hell. To start, I had a death in my family and turned in a change of address form last year to insure the mail came to me. I was never asked for a copy of the death certificate but I did show it at the desk. Found out last week that a bill was returned to sender so I came in today to "renew" the change of address since it has been about a year. Most of the forms were either empty or almost empty and there were no change of address forms, so I waited in line for about 20 minutes to ask for one and turn it in. The lady told me I would need to provide a copy of the death certificate for their files, although this was a renewal and I had a piece of mail showing the mail was already coming to my address. I explained I did not need to provide a copy previously and I didn't have a copy to give her but I do have the original. She replied they do not keep the original. I told her I was not giving them the original to keep, obviously, but sure she could make a copy. She continued to tell me it's policy and a copy is required. She obviously was either so dumbfounded she couldn't comprehend the simple request, she doesn't know her job or she didn't want to do it. I couldn't stand the ignorance so I left and will not be back to this location. read more

Mailed a Priority envelope to Huntsville, Texas from Spring, Texas; checked tracking, for 2 days it was in route to Huntsville, then tracking stopped, two days later it was in Anchorage, Alaska!!! I filed a complaint, they said It was being investigated, no one has followed-up and it's been over a week; I will use UPS or Fed-Ex from now on because this has cost me a stop payment fee on a check and late fees! read more

I downloaded yelp just to write this review. Absolutely the worst post office in town. NEVER have I been so frustrated and surprised at how rude and unprofessional an establishments staff can be. Employees rudely yell at customers from across the room, offer ZERO help in assisting with packing and taping a shipment (I have a broken finger, and the Asian man just stared at me and told me to go to another counter when i asked him to help) just unbelievably ridiculous.
