Found this gem online and have had the best experience! Mostly because of Robyn W. Robyn is the fun aunt I never had. She's so helpful and has the best personality! I could talk to her all day and wish I could! Our unit and the entire facility is spotless. We always have an area to park and unload when we arrive no matter the time. I have rented a storage unit in the past, and the biggest issue was waiting for the elevator... I've literally NEVER waited for one here. USSC bought/took over the previous company this year, so I didn't even meet the new managers until I moved out this week. Robyn made checking out easy and seemless. It's a SECURE facility, climate controlled and music playing throughout. :) CLEAN too! They even have a team coming in to buff the floors. You can purchase storage boxes, packing material and locks at the front desk. There are carts for your use - just trade your ID for a key and get it back when you're done. read more
