I wouldn't normally go out of my way to write a review about a storage unit center, but this one is unique. It's clean, organized and efficiently run. What stands out the most is the staff. Their proactive helpfulness and positive attitudes are noteworthy. I tend to take note of employees that "hate" their job, or just have overall impatient attitudes when dealing with customers, but I have yet to feel that vibe when I'm there. I used US storage for over a year. Absolutely immaculate. I love the storage area I had. It was large and spacious. Very secure as well. My belongings were safe and locked. Always felt safe in the area if I had to go alone. Great carts so you can move your belongs if need be. Julie, Chris and Tony were absolutely wonderful. Answered all of my questions. I would like to say they were always on top of safety issues to keep the customers safe during this Pandemic. The prices for units are very reasonable. Every size and shape to meet your needs. If I ever need a storage unit in the future I certainly will use US Storage in Laguna Niguel. Thank all of you for making this a wonderful experience and for going above and beyond. The place is nice and clean and that's where the good thing about the place ends. Got a storage last year , within 3 month got notice that my rent will increase in 30 days. If you don't pay on the 1 st be ready to get hit with lots of late charges and endless text messages daily from different nbrs so you can't really block them. Quite a shady business practice. But facility is nice and onsite manager is nice as well. So my beef is with price increase and the shady daily texts about bill. read more

We were greeted and welcomed so warmly as if we were old friends. Julie was very accommodating in showing us different spaces and holding 2 spots for us because we were unsure of our needs. When we figured out that the original space we moved into would not work Cris helped us find a bigger unit and was so helpful making the switch easier. This place is clean and well-maintained. I'm fortunate enough not to have needed many storage units in my life, but the few I have utilized bring some adjectives to mind: hot, dark, dusty, and generally unpleasant. Not exactly Hannibal Lecter's unit in Silence of the Lambs, but icky nonetheless. This facility is nothing of the sort. U.S. Storage Center in Laguna Niguel is bright, clean, cool, and meticulously maintained. Access is easy on the first floor, and even though the first floor isn't climate controlled, it absolutely feels like it is. Julie, Cris, and the rest of the staff couldn't be nicer, more polite, nor more accommodating. They must be proud of their facility, because it's nothing like the others I saw in South County. I am so pleased I decided on this facility and am certain my furniture and boxes will be safe and dust/bug free when it comes time to remove them. read more

I got a 10x10 storage space at US Storage on Camino Capistrano last week in preparation for our move. The office and the storage space is very clean, air conditioned and well monitored. Office manager is very helpful, friendly and reliable. One thing I really liked is the rental of a truck right at the facility. The truck is actually free for first 50 miles and the $0.5 per mile after that. Compare to renting outside, that is practically free. I moved a bunch of stuff from my home in Orange and paid only$1.5 plus $18 gas!! That's a great deal. Overall, I have a had excellent service so far and recommend it to everyone. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this place!! After searching for multiple storage units I finally settled with US storage. Prices are very affordable and the customer service is beyond amazing. We're only here for a month because my boyfriend and I are just using it to transition between moving. But if I needed it, I'd definitely commit to staying longer! Cris is great! There's also a lady in the office who is very friendly but I didn't catch her name.
