Hello, all. I have been renting storage units periodically for over 20 years. A couple months here, a few years there, and, usually, there's always a reason to move to yet another storage property....(I'll spare you the many reasons, as I'm sure you've made your own list.) In regards to the many reasons to find another property for storage, at US STORAGE, Laguna Niguel, CA there are none that I can find. Here's why... The monthly rent is fair. The property is clean. The Units are easily accessible: wide halls and elevators. The security is well equipped: individual unit alarm; cameras; gates; strong rolling unit doors & locks....the temperature on all floors is optimal (also, climate controlled if need be). And the gate code hours are reasonable for access. 24hr access can be arranged. I don't use packing supplies much, but they also have them, at a nominal charge. You can even use their moving truck on the way in FOR FREE. (Pay for gas) As if that's not enough, what really knocks it out of the park is the staff. The manager Julie D'Attilo is an all around delight. Professional and welcoming. There are other notable mentions such as Tony and Chris. Just. Super. Cool. Thank Julie and Chris for helping me with the storage. I have called around the South OC area for a storage space. Julie is really nice and helpful to talk with. She is a lot more professional than the others I talked with. I told her about the volume I have, she assured me that her recommended space would store it. Sure enough, I maximized the space. I went to the office and met Chris. Chris is also very nice to work with. The office is very clean and organized. He showed me different spaces because I never rented storage before. The storage space and environment are really clean. I did not see any dents or damages on the doors. It gives me a safety feeling. Also, Chris and Julie mentioned that they never had break in. Tony and Julie were true professionals when dealing with my storage needs. As a long time tenant, they went far beyond my expectations for managing the storage facility. I stored not only business documents and filing cabinets but personal items as well, and always felt they were in a safe place. They know what a tenant needs - a safe and clean environment, plenty of platform dollies and trucks, easy use of getting in & out without any hassles and a clean usable bathroom. I never had to wait for a platform dolly or truck and when you're in a hurry, it's great to get in, grab your stuff, load it up and go. And when I needed packing material, I could always go to their office and get it at a fair price. I have utilized many storage units in the past but this particular storage unit, US Storage Center in Laguna Niguel has been by far the best ! They have excellent hours of operation and is very very clean!!! My best part of using this storage unit is the staff. They are knowledgeable about needs of the tenants along with being very efficient when signing up for the storage units. The entire staff is there to help with the needs of their tenants and truly go out of their way to make moving, which is stressful, the best experience. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and a cheery hello. This truly makes my experience of going to the storage unit a pleasant experience. Used this storage property a few different times over the last 10 years for various reasons... moving, just need a safe place for some extras, and even when my daughter came back home to live (a few times!!) Their free truck is very easy to drive, convenient and an additional value. Extra long access hours - always really clean, secure and well lit. They even accepted deliveries for me for my business. Great low rates for top shelf storage.. All the managers are very helpful and nice, always giving good customer service. They have this program where you can donate items that you're "done" with - and help the community while the proceeds from their charity auctions go to kidney cancer research! It's a cool feeling to help. I'll continue to use this property and refer others to them. read more

We have rented units here at US Storage Centers few different times as needed and have always had premier customer service from both Julie and Tony! They both go over and above to satisfy! Every time is an easy and pleasurable experience. Julie always goes out of her way to find us the best option at the best rate for what we need. Everything was done so quickly as well. Tony was always available to make sure all was going well during our loading and unloading process. The units are always clean and we've never had any problems accessing our unit during normal operation hours. We like the ample security and never worry about theft. Wish all storage places were like this one but their not. We will only use this facility for our needs. We are treated like family here! read more

This facility is absolutely TOP NOTCH, very professional and courteous, yet it actually feels like family. I am so pleased with the units, the location of the facility, the accessibility for really large moving trucks to get in and out, and the climate control is just perfect. The area is very safe and secure and constantly monitored. I feel safe going in and out of there and also having my possessions stored in the units. You get all of these perks and then to top it off the prices are unbeatable and I definitely did my research! Chris at the front desk is the nicest guy you'll ever meet and so incredibly helpful and accomodating. I only rented for a short time, but there's no question this would be my choice if I need a rental space in the future. Chris checked me in & couldn't have been more accommodating & professional. Julie helped me when I gave notice. She is so personable & nice. I visited my unit often during my move, bringing more things in & then taking things out. I always felt safe, even late at night. Dolly's are always available for moving things, the building is well lit inside & out, it is very clean & well maintained. You also have your personalized pass code to enter & exit. While I could have chosen a location a little closer, this was so easy in & out of there & no traffic hassles. I totally recommend US Storage in Laguna Niguel! read more

US Storage Centers is the best storage facility in South Orange County. They offer competitive prices and great customer service, really making you feel like part of the U.S. Storage Center family. My husband and I just sold our house and have not found a new one yet, so we had to put all of our belongings into storage. To top it off, I am pregnant so I could not help my husband with much of anything when it came to actually moving. US Storage Centers accommodated our situation by offering us to use their moving truck (which they allow every one to use moving in) and finding us a unit close to the pull up area. Laguna Niguel US Storage is HIGHLY recommended! Julie and the staff were so supportive and helpful throughout our two month stay. This was our first time ever needing a storage unit. Whenever we had questions they were answered so quickly and efficiently. The facility is very well maintained, we always had a variety of cart options that were in great condition, and the pull up elevator access made it super convenient to easily get everything to our unit. My name is Joe. I typically can't stand making a deal on rental of any kind let alone the frustrations of storage, HOWEVER.....Julie and Chris were amazing to deal with! Do your homework for 5-10 minutes and you'll find that they are not only the best deal in town but are excellent people to have take care of you. Your best bet is storage for 2-3 months but when you refer someone they will extend the initial pricing. I ended up $100 cheaper per moth then 2 locations with in 2 miles of them. I rented a storage unit to store my daughters apt furniture while she was in-between moves and the staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and took a personal interest in making sure my storage needs were met. No matter what I have needed while storing the furniture at US Storage Julie and the other staff members always made sure my questions were answered quickly and completely. Julie was awesome in helping us clearing understand how everything works. This place is well maintained and clean. Love the idea of alarms and all the security systems. Prices were better then any other storage places that we looked at. They even have large carts to help with moving all your boxes. They even have a box van truck that you could borrow for the day and only have to pay for gas. I'm not just saying this, but this was the best place and by far the best price.
