Hands down best storage facility in the Boston metro area. Maybe anywhere. Stop looking and do…read moreanything you can to get a storage unit here. I looked at 20+ facilities all around the metro area and nothing comes vaguely close to the safety, cleanliness, and service provided here. Drive through bay for your car and truck makes you feel super safe even if you're a female going to and front the unit alone (most storage facilities are terrifying). The bay is also clutch for moving trucks especially if a rain storm or blizzard hits on moving day (we had one of each). It's well lit and bright. Units are all super clean as is the rest of the facility. It's well staffed and Leo is wonderful. Climate control will keep your precious belongings safe even in frigid Boston winters or humid summers. We tell everyone we know about ezstorage. I had just resigned to the fact that all storage units are terrible, sketchy places often with homeless people living in them if you're anywhere near Boston, oh and they'll rip you off too and raise your rates or never stop billing you. Storing your goods does not have to be misery, people!! Go to EZstorage now. They're honest and wonderful. You have actual peace of mind knowing your stuff is safe. Yes I really am that pleased with a storage facility. It is THAT good.

Today was the last day with EZ Storage -- several months early due to their manager. Overall the…read moreplace is clean, well laid out and easily accessible. Having had a small business in the same vicinity believe me my tendency would be to be as supportive as possible but the treatment I received was inexcusable. 1. I never missed a payment. During Covid, I mailed my monthly payment within days of being due ( even though my own vendors were months behind) and due to the mail service at the time being very slow, I was slapped with a late fee which took some discussion to remove despite the whole world at the time being exempt from late rent and eviction. 2. More recently I went to move items out and had an accident where my face was bleeding profusely-- no one was in the office or reachable by phone ( I sat by my phone with blood all over my clothes , crying and trying to reach a family member. Why the manager did not forward his phone to his cell in this day and age is beyond me and should be a security requirement, but the fact that I later learned it was he walking by me numerous times without an inquiry was unbelievable! The man with him later turned out to be quite kind and got me ice once I figured out that the manager was on the floor. 2. The next time i went to the unit was the 5th of the month and my check had been mailed on Monday the 3rd. I could not get in despite the fact there is a 10 day grace period. The manager told me he could override the controls but only if he were in his office which, based on past behavior, could have trapped me there. I was in the process of getting him a personal cc ( would also need to cancel my check) when he hung up on me-- seriously? 3. I was pretty upset when I called back and mentioned his neglect when I was injured and lack of safety to which he replied " I am not here to serve your beck and call." 4. Fine free country -- CUBESmart is awesome!!

I just recently used Mozart Moving for a move from my 3rd floor Brookline apartment. After 15 years…read morein my place a move can be a major stressful undertaking. Stephan, Ivan and Den took so much of the stress out of the process. They showed up exactly on time and set to work immediately on arrival. They worked so quickly that we had to keep up just to give them directions when they needed it. They were a marvel to watch work and they completed the move in record time. I would not hesitate to use them again for the next move another 15 years down the line. Thank you!

The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice. Our unit was originally mis-assigned. We were assigned to a unit already in use. We told the…read moreoffice about it and it was supposedly corrected, but then I received notifications that my unit was unlocked. When I arrived to gather my belongings, my key did not fit the lock, and I learned that the lock had been replaced with a facility lock. Thankfully I came during office hours or I would not have been able to get in. Once the unit was opened by the facility personnel, we found that MY lock had been CUT OFF and was laying inside the unit. Therefore, someone had entered my unit, and replaced the lock and NEVER NOTIFIED ME OF IT. We were shocked and terrified that we would be missing our things, but so far we haven't determined anything missing, but there was significant damage.... Our boxes had been infested with mice and several items ruined including towels, socks, bedding, etc. I considered demanding a refund for the three months of payments I had made, but we were exhausted and simply relieved that we still had our belongings. If I had it to do over again, I would have done so. Needless to say, we will choose another storage company for next year.

I tend to think long and hard before leaving a bad review of a business as a small business owner…read moremyself. But the travesty of poor business management I experienced needs to be information available to others - if only so they know what NOT to do when renting storage units. Never. Assume. Anything. Always confirm everything and GET IT IN WRITING. First, the unit ceiling leaked for several weeks each time it rained after we first moved in, including antiques. I was just lucky I had to go get something from the unit and found water all over the floor and on a few items that fortunately for me did not suffer from being wet. It took weeks to arrange for it to be repaired, including convincing staff that there actually was a leak from the ceiling. Had to take pictures and send them in order to get them to believe me. Then when I moved out of the unit - 4 weeks after the unexpected death of my husband, so not apparently not my usual thorough self - I had 2 10 mins discussions with office staff in person about moving out and what I had to do to clean it properly. I went into office and told staff that I was done moving out and cleaning, and asked if I needed to do a 'walk thru' with them. They said no that they would take care of that later. I was not given any further instructions and NEVER told that if a lock was left on the unit that they would keep charging me for it. No one contacted me to advise me that there was a lock still on the unit - turns out my movers must have put it back on when we were leaving. Even so, they never said all locks had to be removed. The monthly charge was going to a rarely used business account my husband had that I only reviewed at tax time for any business transactions. Come to find that the unit charge - $331 - was coming out every month since Nov 2019. Funds that I thought were going to be available to help pay for some desperately needed business expenses - gone. All because EZ Storage could not pick up a phone or send an email back in November to check on why I said I was moved out and cancelling my unit, but there was still a lock on the door. As someone who has run all kinds of businesses over the years, that is such a glaring and irresponsible oversight that I can only recommend that NO ONE ever use EZ Storage as I assume the same practice is used at all their facilities. Staff were always pleasant and helpful, tho not fully informative it turns out. So 1 star for the staff. Outcome was a refund of this month's unit rental - out of kindness presumably. Apparently EZ Storage uses the rule "the customer is always wrong."
