Glad I came when I did. We reneted 3 units and it was super convenient and easy access. Although we are only renting for approx 4 to 6 months, I think we'll end up renting 1 unit indefinitely since we always pass by and have a lot of clutter at the house. I was there to grab some of my daughter's stuff out of my parents' storage unit. I like that you need a lock code to get in and get out. It was pretty empty the whole time I was there. I felt safe the whole time. Super easy to find the unit that they were in. it's very clean and I don't even know how that's possible because I could not find one trashcan to throw something away. Later, when I met my parents there to put some more of their stuff in, there were some other people from their particular building around, but there's plenty of parking to pull up and still have access to the door to go into where your stuff is. One suggestion, it might be cool to have a few dollies or carts or something for people to bring stuff from their car into their unit. read more

Enrique was great. The whole process was efficient and clear. Having use of their van at no cost for move in was a money and time saver.

The staff is very friendly and facilities are clean. The downside after being there 4 years with an awkward 4'x5' my unit went up to $115. I found the same size unit at Extra Space off the 110 freeway and PCH for $50 less per month and much easier to access from the freeway. Also, unlike other storage facilities this one does not pro rate a refund if you move out early. It might be possible to do a partial payment at the beginning of the month. However, I was told today there's a pro rated move in, but not for move out and that since I paid in full for the month US storage will be keeping the money for the remaining 12 days. read more

A good price for the parking spot, with adequate room between the rigs, and included amenities (dump station: electricity up to 4/hrs daily, etc.) Excellent access hours (6a to 9p), including holidays. Last week I received a reply from someone at US Storage Centers offering their apologies and requesting that I email my contact information because they were interested in resolving this matter. I still have not heard from anyone as of today. It makes me think that the apology and statement that they want to help me was all false and a ploy to attempt to make them look good after I gave them a bad rating. I am still very unsatisfied with the way that they are handling my insurance claims and would not recommend this facility to anyone. The pictures don't lie. read more

We had a rat infestation in our storage space and the ones adjacent to ours. Robin was helpful with setting traps. Have to check this month to see if it is any better. The new manager doesn't seem as helpful as Robin. She use to let the use the moving truck when it wasn't scheduled by anyone else. We would just use the truck twice a year for a few hours to move our Xmas decorations back and forth. It was a nice, friendly atmosphere when Robin and her husband were the managers. read more

Too bad there's no zero star option!! BEWARE! This place raised my rent 20% in the first 6 months!!! That's right 20%! When I called to inquire about such a steep rent hike I was told, "that's none of your business!" Wow... is this the type of place you want to do business with ?! In addition, they will only prorate 5 days of rent upon move out! So if your 10day move out notice happens to fall on the 6th of the month.... guess what?! ... you will be held liable for the entire months rent! Seems odd since they had NO PROBLEM prorating 2 weeks of rent for me to move into the storage area! This place is a scam ! In my opinion... run away as fast as you can!!! read more

I would not recommend this storage facility AT ALL. Let me start off by saying that the actual unit itself is nice. Spacious and clean. However, there two major problems with this place. 1.) The astronomical price increase is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen. We understand that price increases happen. We know this BUT they raised our monthly price 4 times in one year. Every 3 months. And it wasn't a little increase. At least a $50 increase every time. Beware of random huge price increases. Never missed a payment, never late and a customer for almost 3 years. 2.) The customer service here is horrible. The management's lack of communication, wrong information and unwillingness help certain situations or rectify any wrong doings is unacceptable. We were extremely prepared for our departure from this storage unit when the time came. Called ahead of time to let them know the date when we will be leaving. We were told we had until 9:00pm that day to clear out. On our last day the male manager told us that we had until 6:00pm that day to clear all our stuff out or we will be charged for the entire month. WTH. That was the last slap in the face we needed to make sure no one else goes through what we experienced. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. read more
