They have really nice outdoor seating with picnic benches that make it enjoyable to eat ice cream while being outside. It is kind of a delicate pasty - but I would have liked more ham and cheese inside - it seemed to be light on both. Also - it was not as hot as I would have liked. I made a bit of a mess eating it in the car - as croissants in general like to flake quite a bit. Other than the temperature issue with the Croissant - service was good! You grab a tray, place a piece of wax paper on it, grab a set of tongs, and select what you want from a very large array of baked goods. I chose three items to get a taste of things: Quiche Lorraine, 4 Cheese Quiche, and Hash Brown Bread with Ham & Cheese. And a small cold brew with Half n' Half. When I got to the register - I requested my baked goods be heated up - and paid with Apple Pay. I took my meal to a table and sat down to eat. All 3 of my items were barely warm. They needed to be significantly hotter. I don't know if this is their standard - or perhaps I should have gone back up and requested they do better. But I was hungry - and so ate the two quiches - and I tasted the Hash Brown Bread. I could not tell if there was hash browns, ham, or cheese in it. It was rather disapppointing. The cold brew was the highlight of the visit. It was strong and tasty! Service was good. I doubt I will return. #ParisBaguette

It's a nice, fresh, herbal kick. I think the beef was my favorite of these two, but I'd get both again. The cheesecake was also tasty. Dense, but not too heavy. Pistachio is relatively mild, but the addition of the nuts on top gave some more impact. I was trying to figure out what is on top, almost like a fondant, but I'm not sure. I spent time on the phone with them going over what we were looking for and what we did and didn't want as part of the quote. I was told they would provide the proposal/quote between 7 and 10 days. 13 days went by and I hadn't heard anything so I sent a follow up email. I then received the quote the next day. I spent time reviewing the quote and then sent an email asking for clarification on some things and asked if we could schedule a tasting. A week went by and I never received a response. I sent a follow up email to make sure the email was at least received. Another 3 days went by and I finally received a call, however it was to tell me that they were no longer available on our wedding date. If someone else inquired about the same date before us, then I feel we should have been made aware that they (Pampas Fox) may not be available if the other couple/individual decided to book. If someone inquired after us, then they should have done the same for them. Had Pampas Fox been quicker to respond to us, then it's possible that this would not have happened. It's frustrating when you spend time trying to plan something, but communication is lacking from a company.
