I' M DONE. Nail Fungus! have been a customer here for 3 years & recommended it to friends! Never again. The last couple times I had my nails done here (I always get a regular pedicure & gel manicure) They came off faster than usual. It happens sometimes I get it. But my last experience is why I'll never be back. I wanted a gold glitter polish in the book. They couldn't find it. They did chrome to get the gold then put glitter over it. It worked it looked good. A week later it started peeling (minor) and I was traveling so I just left it as is. Another week goes by and a little bit more peels off my nail was GREEN underneath. (2 of my nails total) I took of 90% of the rest of the gel off my nails (the very top was incredibly hard to get off even with acetone soaking so I just left it) I went to the nail salon today (once I was back in town) to give them the benefit of the doubt since I had been coming for 3 years.. I quietly told them what happened requested they take the 10% of gel polish off my finger nails free of charge (usually it's $5) considering I can't get my nails done again now until the fungus heals. They agreed. At the same time I wanted to get a pedicure without polish. They told me it was the same price as if I had polish. $50! What? Why? They wouldn't be doing the same amount of work? I started to leave at the front desk asked me what was wrong I explained and they said I paid $50 last time and I said yes but this time there isn't polish to take off and I'm not getting polish on them. especially after what happened fungus wise I was shocked. You'd think $10 off to keep a loyal customer would be reasonable. The front desk lady was nice as she tried but the owner wasn't there and there wasn't a manager I could speak to, they were on vacation. They should have left someone in charge. read more

They take their time, they actually soak your food. They do not make you feel uncomfortable in any way. The staff is so nice and welcoming. They treat everyone the same. I used to love coming here but the quantity is horrible.. The last few times I went my nails lift and are ready to come off after 5-7 days of me wearing them. Went in today for first time. Lisa did an excellent job soaking off all the previous nails and performed a great manicure. I Was a bit taken back by not soaking in warm water and cuticle softener for the manicure. Instead, technician placed my hands in a plastic sandwich bag with a tiny amount of cuticle softener. When I asked about soaking for the manicure, I was told that's how they do it. I've been going there for years they do great work on my nails but I have to say the prices have gone up and up so I may have to jump ship on them. I've been paying $65 - 70 (not including a tip) for my nails whereas my friend pays $45 (same style) for hers. I'm going to give her shop a chance in 2023 to see if the quality is there (nothing worse than breaking a nail). I started getting my pedicures at this shop and they do an excellent job and they're $20 cheaper for gel/callus removal & the dry skin scrub....if they do good on my nails, they'll have a lifetime customer. I was getting my nails done by Jennifer, USA Nails. I was getting the acrylic on my natural nails, from March, 2021 until November, 2021. I was sick and could not make my two weeks appointment in November. It was then that I noticed my right thumb nail had fungus. From March to November, Jennifer never changed the acrylic as she stated she would, when I initially started. I never had acrylic on my natural nails and just assumed, she's the expert. During that time I noticed Jennifer was nice in the beginning and as time went on, she had an attitude, especially if she did something previously that I wasn't pleased with. Jennifer's work was better in the beginning, but for the most part, I was satisfied with my nails. Jennifer's had attitude from the middle to the end of my services. I booked two appointments one for a male manicure and the other for a female pedicure. The receptionist confirmed the TWO appointments upon arrival. The owner change our appointment to the same tech so I ended up waiting in COLD water while my husband received a manicure. In turn he waited in the car for me to have the pedicure. I called the error out to the owner and she claimed "miscommunication" and did not call over another tech for my pedicure. Appointments and customer service does not mean anything to this place!! I have been coming here for about a year now and I have been through 5 Nail Technicians and 4 Pedicurist maybe more. First thing you are met with is a " Mi Mi" avoid her at all costs. She runs the place with her husband but doesn't have a clue as to what is going on. On my very 1st visit I changed Nail Technicians 3 times within 15-20 minutes @ Mi Mi's direction. While I was completing this review at 8:30 Mi Mi finally strolls over to me and takes ownership for the major mayhem she caused. I was so upset leaving this place. It had been my first time and my last. I went in for a pedi and full set, the pedi was amazing but when it came to the full set it was bad. I chose a coffin design and told them I didn't want it to be filed too skinny because my natural nail is wider, they didn't listen and made it super skinny and when I told them they said that was coffin shape like I didn't know what it was. I've been doing my nails for many years, I know what a coffin shape is. The nail tips were too lifted, the sides of the polish looked bubbles. And then to top it off they changed me $65!!!!. I've been to several mall shops in this area but hubby and I are happiest here. He goes every 6 weeks for a pedi and me every 3 weeks for gel. They are gentle and my polish seems to last longer when I come. They are busy but so far I have never waited. Parking can be tough but that is the only complaint. read more

I came by on the Friday before Christmas. They were slammed, however, that did not interfere with my experience. They were fully staffed and I was seated immediately. The salon was cleanly kept, they have about 12 stations for manicures and about 12 chairs for pedicures as well. Per usual, I am always indecisive on what color I want, so my technician started my manicure as I continued to look at colors. She was very sweet and knew what she was doing. Finally I picked a color and sat back to enjoy my gel manicure. I was in and out in about an hour. My manicure included nail cutting, buffing, shaping, cuticle trimming with the cuticle gel, warm hand heaters while the cuticle gel was on, hand and arm massage, plus the gel nail color with a base and top coat. The cost was $25 + tip (typical of any nail salon). They do offer numerous types of pedicures, SNS, acrylic nails, waxing, brow and eyelash tinting as well. I have visited other nail spas in Loganville, as my office is in this city, and USA Nail was definitely the best thus far. They truly care about their customers. They use MMA which is illegal and literally melts your nail it's the purple liquid they use for acrylics you can Google it. This salon doesn't care about their customers. My pinky nail was already cracked in half so when John glued the tip it was half skin / half nail. He wasn't paying attention while doing my nails which caused him to drill my cuticle which took a chunk of my skin ( caused a scar ) he proceeded to put alcohol on a cotton ball "cleaning" my cut then Mimi put NAIL GLUE on said cut to keep it from getting infected then charged $55 and left me with a scar of a life time read more
