Not a good experience at all. Went in for a fill-in and a pedi. Hailey and Nick both came off as though I was an inconvenience. No effort at all on the pedi, I asked for the "Gold Standard". She paid more attention to other people than to doing my pedi. Matter of fact there were still 2 unopened containers for my pedi when she was done. Never used the sugar scrub at all. And my nails were so messy underneath the nails. I don't think I'll be going back. $225.00 w/ tip... I'll spend that kind of money at a business that pays more attention to the clients and cleans up my nails. read more

I literally just got gel polish two hours ago, and it is now chipped. They rushed me out because it was close to closing, and I was the last customer. I paid $30 for a deluxe pedicure. Worse service I've ever seen! After 3 days my gel polish was peeling off and chipping! Went back for repairs TWICE in one day, 3 days later chipping and peeling again! The main lady tried to tell me it was my fault! I've been getting acrylic nails with gel polish for 10 years off and on and I've never had any problems! Salon is dirty, their small children are running around, and I absolutely hate the constant talking in their language! Do they not realize we would like to sit and enjoy treating ourselves! Crazy!!! I went in for a refill and pedi. They told me one person would do the hands and another the pedi. No problem but when they asked me about the same polish I said no because I wanted to try a french with a colored tip on my hands. They thought I said I didn't want my hands done so they couldn't do them because the person who did my feet had an appointment. They refused to acknowledge their error or correct it. Instead they acted like they did nothing wrong and even had the audacity to have horrible attitudes. Customer service is awful. I paid for my feet but never again. Save yourself a trip and money. Do yourself a favor and get your nails done somewhere else! I went to this place to get a pedicure because they are the closest nail salon to my house. I would've been a regular customer until... While The pedicure tub was filling up with water, I asked the Nail Tech if she was going to put some bath salts into the water (which is the norm). She quickly responded: that's extra five dollar. For a teaspoon of bath salts... really?! since when?? So I declined. Determined to get this extra five dollars out of me, after she finished with my pedicure, she put some scrub on my legs and begin to scrub them. She did not ask me if I wanted this, so I assumed it was a part of the pedicure package. When my credit card was charged I noticed My bill was five dollars more than I expected it to be. When I asked about it I was told: The sugar scrub to my legs was an extra five dollars. The Nail Tech did not ask me if I wanted this service nor did she tell me it was extra charge. She just did it anyway and then turned around and charged me extra! It's not the amount of money that angers me- it's the principle. That's a bad business practice! Because this lady was so determined to get an extra five dollars out of me, I hope it was worth her losing a customer that would've consistently came to her every two weeks for a pedicure like clockwork. My sister also told me she got her upper lip wax there earlier this year and they ripped some of the skin off! PLEASE do yourself a favor and get your nails/waxes done elsewhere. If you want to go to a nail salon that does work like the age of a THREE YEAR old then I highly recommend. Oh yeah, and I'm pretty sure that they don't sterilize anything they use . The lady cut my cuticle too low on my big toe to were it started bleeding ..I put my foot back into the water like she said and this happened ... A RASH . The person as well as this address, which they stupidly placed in my online account, has been reported and is currently being investigated. I went to USA Nails because they were recommended. My first visit was a positive one and I was looking forward to going back. The nail tech was very nice and professional and I was very happy with the service. The second time was not very good and I probably won't return to this salon. The nail tech did not speak to me or make any eye contact. She filed the skin instead of the nail on a couple of toes and it hurt when she dug under the nail. When I flinched and said "Ow" she giggled and thought I was ticklish. I did not even receive a "thank you, come again." I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
