Ok went here because i was in the area and short on time I asked for a manicure and pedicure, it started out fine until , the lady doing my pedicure she said you want heal extra 5 dollar, I said ok to shut her up. I was trying to relax after all it was me time. Then she said you wan hot roc ? I thought ok she said extra 5 dollar. Horrible dry hot sharp rock dug into my shins, I was like what the hell are you doing?? Stop. leave me alone. Then she kept asking if I wanted design on my toes, I said no, for my nails the girl kept insisting I do shellac or pushing design on my nails I said no thank you. My 25 manicure pedicure turned out to be a 50 dollar mani and pedi which i did not enjoy, overall I will not be back. read more

My friend and I saw the sign for $15 pedicures at USA Nails. We walked in the door, and the first thing we saw was a big hole in the very dirty carpet. We should have turned and walked out at that point, but decided to give it a go. We were taken upstairs to a very hot room with gnats flying around, but I got a good pedicure. My friend did not....the massage wasn't done well. When we were leaving, I asked how much the pedicure was, because I thought I overheard the woman tell my friend it was $10. She told me $10, also. I gave her the debit card and she promptly charged me $20. When I left the place, I asked my friend how much she was charged. She also was charged $20. We both tipped, too. When we got back, I called the owner and he could not in any way explain why we were charged $20 instead of $15, or $10, for that matter. He said something about a 'seal' and when I questioned that, he said I was mistaken. It was a nasty rabbit hole of a conversation and I finally gave up trying to understand what he was talking about. I have been going to USA Nails for over 10 years. They provide the best care. They are skilled in all of the services that I have had i.e. manicure, pedicure, and waxing. The staff are kind and compassionate as well as a high skill level. I have recommended several people to try this store and all have come back and been pleased with the service. This is my go-to place for waxing because they're super detailed and spend a good amount of time making sure everything looks good. For eyebrows at least, after they finish the waxing, they clean off your face with this pineapple smelling cloth then use tweezers for all the fine detailing. Then, they put vaseline on your face, which I find kind of weird (they used to put something more cooling but now they use vaseline), but hey, if they know what they're doing, I won't question it. For nails, however, I wouldn't say they're the best. The people there are nice, but they can get pushy. Even when I'm there for just a wax, they ask me if I want my nails done. And if I do get my nails done, they always ask if I want something more (aka more money to be paid). They don't do a bad job on nails, but it's nothing spectacular. read more

I've been going here for 7 years. Top notch service!! You are PAMPERED there! Just pampered. You sit in the high massage chairs and they'll do your hands and feet at once (two people work on you). They line the feet part with a removable and one-time plastic sheet. Walk ins are welcome! I've never made an appointment. The people who work here are ultra nice! Danny and a bevy of women work here and are the owners. The only one call out is that sometimes they will ask if you want another service you'd like while you are getting a manicure, for example, the removal of callouses from your feet, but they may fail to mention that it's an additional fee (that one is $5)...so you may be surprised at the end, so be sure to ask 'Does that cost extra?'.) They don't do it on purpose, but it'll happen-- for example back massage (it's $1/minute, or hot rocks, etc.). The standard mani and pedi on Tue, Wed or Thur is $25. It includes a foot and hand massage. If you want Gel on your mani, it's $35 making the mani/pedi with gel on mani for $45. You can't beat the price for the service you get!! They may not accept VISA, I always pay in cash and tip generously b/c it's so inexpensive. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I physically walked out of the salon after the first 5 minutes of being worked on. They literally had no idea what was going on. I had came in with an appointment and saw one woman getting a mani-pedi and 3 other employees playing cards. I was told to have a seat and wait for the guy to be done. It took 15 minutes before one of the women playing cards decided to help me. I had already had acrylics on and wanted the only set taken off and a completely new set put on. It took the workers almost 5 minutes to actually understand what I wanted. The woman than proceeded to attempt to take my nails off. NEVER in my entire life have I wanted to correct the technique the woman was using. It actually HURT. She was struggling with them and kept hurting me after I repeatedly told her it was painful. After suffering through half of two nails I couldn't stand the pain and asked for the original guy because he seemed to be the boss. He then took 2 minutes to understand what I wanted and proceeded to attempt to do the same thing as the woman. After that I was so fed up that I walked out of the salon to saratoga nails a few doors down. The immediately took me in and took one look at my nails and were shocked. The treated me with care and used acetone to soak the nails off. Much friendlier atmosphere. read more

On my way to pay $20 for an eyebrow wax at JEM skincare around the corner...only to find out they're closed on Sundays! booo I was pretty desperate and didn't want to pay $30+ at Harmonie Spa, so I somehow ended up at this "hole in the wall" salon. I can't believe how lucky I got. The lady that helped me seemed like she was the owner. The place probably had 5 other clients in there getting mani / pedis. It is small, hence my "hole in the wall" comment, so I had no idea where her waxing room is. Well, there is no room..only a cubicle wall caging you into a narrow corner. Came here after my Mom tried it out since she liked her Pedi by Lisa. I called at 12:30pm on Sunday and asked for a Mani/Pedi/Leg Wax at 1pm. No problem. Anna did a great job with the super-easy half-leg wax (either $20 or 25, can't remember) -- they use some sort of roller that I haven't seen before. She also did my Pedi while Lisa did my Mani. All very professional. To clear up the confusion from other reviews, it's $30 Mani/Pedi (cheap) BUT $25 for the combo on MON-WED (super-cheap!!). I chose the extra $5 scrub/mask/hot-stone which was just OK. All-in-all the whole package was way cheaper than my usual place (so I gave a larger tip) and I think I'll switch over to USA since it's closer. Minus 1 star since the place isn't too well ventilated. I got used to it, but it might bother other people. read more

Really love this place! My friend took me about a year ago to get my eye brows waxed. ONLY 8 bucks, they did a great job trying to fixed my horrible plucking job! I normally get my eye brows done in a place in Los Gatos for over $25, but definitely stopped going after I found this place. I got a pedi here and was very disappointed in the quality of service. Even with an appointment I felt rushed. Very basic service for $20 with a lot of up selling for callous removal, foot mask and massage turning the pedicure into a $30 treatment. That would have been ok if it was quality - which it wasn't. They even thinned out the polish right in front of me which means the polish will immediately chip. Staff was not very friendly and spoke poor English. read more

It is only for certain days, which they will only make clear when it is time to pay up, more than you expected. No complaints about my pedicure, it was well done, but my french manicure looked like I had done it myself. I suppose I should have spoken up while she was doing it, but I hate feeling like I'm being nit picky to someone who should have a better sense of how to do nails correctly than I do. These guys convince you to get more services and don't clearly state the cost. Instead of enjoying my nails, I am upset for getting ripped off and supporting a dishonest businesses. OK. I admit it - I'd rather save money than throw it around BUT not on mani-pedis or waxing - cleanliness is the most important thing there. But this place is great - clean AND not the most expensive place in Saratoga (a place not known for bargains). The folks at USA nails are friendly and sweet - Tammy runs the place but everyone is great. I get a mani-pedi every 4 weeks and it always lasts the whole time. Virtually never chips. This place has been so great UNTIL THIS SUMMER! I went here for 3 years and do not even live close. But I hadn't have one appointment this year which satisfied me and after my sixth crappy experience I am going to say good bye forever to this shop. 1. According to them they changed their products- i can see that because several times my pedicure chipped after only 3 days. 2. My mom payed for the foot scrub and mask, but when we came home we realized, she did not get a mask. 3. Their massage chairs are not only dirty but they must have been to expensive in power because now they no longer plug them in. 4. Not only their massage chairs are dirty. The brush they use to clean their tubs is so filthy - the brushes are bend all the way up and nobody can tell me, you can clean anything with it! 5. Stopped letting them do my eyebrows a while ago, after they turned out completely crooked. 6. Very often long wait even if you have an appointment. 7. The color choice is not only limited but you won't find any trend colors there, too. Yesterday has been the worst experience ever! The owner did my nails!!! Yes I wear my nails short but yesterday she cut wide into the skin of my toe and the nails just look ridiculously. After this she cut into my fingernail skin, too! She did not even say sorry! She used exactly the same towel on my hands as she used with the customer before (scared me when I started bleeding). Got the food scrub but my heel looks exactly like it looked before- cracks are still there- no need to pay extra $5 for this! The hot stones where way to hot. Did not pay attention and nearly jumped out of the chair by surprise. They had a big sign in the window: ManiPedi 25 dollars. When I went to the cashier she requested $30 (+$5 for scrub and hot stone) and commented, this offer is no longer valid in September. Maybe you should not have a huge sign in your window than, which says so!!! Go somewhere else - you will get at least the same service anywhere else- probably even for a better price! read more

Just walked in here for the first time and I already love this place!!! Super affordable but at the same time, the quality and service and I received definitely was worth more. I only got a pedicure for $25 because I'm not supposed to have nail polish on my fingers where I work, but I totally would have. Mani/pedi for only $25 Mondays-Wednesday's. They sit you in a massage chair and just go to work on your feet while you sit there and relax. They trim your toenails, remove your cuticles, massage your feet/calves, and I chose to get my calluses scrubbed off for $5 more. Danny is so friendly!! Horrible place!!! The owner was very rude and the nail polish they used was very old. When I was finished with my french, I decided to pay with a debit card but they peered into my wallet and pointed at my cash and told me to pay with cash. Motherf****r I get to pay with what I want. But they decided to charge me an extra 10 bucks because they said they had pit some gel to make it last longer. My French manicure didn't even last that long (only about a week). I just moved here and LOVE this place. It was open on a Sunday, which is apparently hard to find in Saratoga. The staff was friendly and attentive. You have to pay the extra $5-10 for the hot stone massage package treatment. It felt amazing! I'll definitely be back because this is the longest lasting mani-pedi I've ever had without chipping. I just visited USA Nails today for the second time and had another fabulous experience! Everyone there is friendly, the staff does an excellent job, and the prices are very reasonable. I last went just over 3 weeks ago, and the girl who helped me asked if I wanted her to paint a little flower on top of the polish of my big toe.
