This review is long overdue. I've been coming to Campbell Nails and Spa ever since I moved here in fall of 2025. The very first visit, they all welcomed me to the neighborhood. Everyone is so kind and extremely talented. I primarily always try to book with Lisa for gel manicures, and she does an exquisite job. She is detail oriented, dedicated and talented at what she does. She often will indulge me if I bring in a photo of what I want. I often go for French Gel manicures (it just looks so classy) but she's done other designs for me as well. If I change my mind about the shape or color the technicians are always receptive and helpful. I also feel that for the price the quality and experience is above and beyond. Even though I'm based out in East Bay, I will always make the drive to Campbell Nails and Spa. All the ladies are so sweet and all do a great job. My favourite and go to tech will always be Nancy though! She does every pedicure with care and effort from beginning to end. From the removal of my gel polish to the massage at the end, I know Nancy does her best. Cant recommend the salon enough! read more

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE PAIN!!! I came to try this place because someone uses this business. (Let that individual know, there are better!). HUGE MISTAKE!!! Cut three times, twice on the same toe! First cut told the lady to leave the toe alone. Second cut was in the process of speaking and she cut me again! Proceeded to burn the crap out of my toe with green stuff and charge me for it. With another person for basic manicure. No base coat polish, no clear top coat! Talk about bad business practices! Doesn't deserve one star! Yelp needs to let us leave zero stars if they want honest evaluations! read more

I've come in here various times for pedicures and the last time I was there the person who was doing my pedicure was wiping my cuticles on top of my foot which I disapproved of when she could have wiped it on the towel and I told her so and she then started to wipe it on the towel but in the course of clipping my large toenail my toenail broke and I didn't know this and she didn't fix it with glue or anything and it starts to give me an ingrown toenail so I returned and the manager there fixed it for me. So I haven't been back in a while but I just went back in there and they were not busy at all three ladies were sitting in the back and none of them would help me They said they were too busy. I know what this was It was because of the issue with the nail breaking and my complaint about that and that they fixed it that they didn't want to service me again. I have not found anything favorable in their customer experience they mostly don't speak English they're not friendly they're not helpful and now they just reject you if they made a mistake Instead of trying to make a happy customer read more

Such a great pedicure!! $30 for a standard pedicure, but I bought the hot stone & oil massage pedicure which was $37. The woman who helped me did a great job! Chairs were very comfortable and Salome as extremely clean. Will definitely be back :) read more

First time here & I got a gel french tip pedi. The ambiance here is so relaxing and the staff is so sweet and friendly. I made an appointment ahead of time and got service right away, but it seemed they were able to accommodate for walk-ins quickly too. Rose was my nail tech and did a beautiful job with my pedi and french tips! She is very kind and detail oriented and did my toes exactly how I wanted them. I do my own nails and did my own toes before so I am a perfectionist when it comes to nails. Rose is very experienced and gave me a wonderful service! She did my whole pedicure + gel in about an hour or less, very efficient. I am so glad I had her and will be back for more!! If you visit please bring cash & remember to tip your nail tech since they basically make minimum wage + tips. The staff works so hard and definitely deserve it!! read more

BEST KEPT SECRET. This is my new favorite nail place. Very clean, amazing color selection, pleased clientele. Rose is amazing. I am SO picky about my gel manicures! She is meticulous and knowledgable, and takes time to explain any questions you have about colors/shapes/etc which is super refreshing. Prices are on great for this area and the mastery is the BEST I've found in Campbell/San Jose hands down (no pun intended). Update: chipping after 4 days- this is gel. Super disappointed after coming here. Short version is after spending $70+ here, I was left with nail beds dug in so deep that they left space when she did the refill- on one hand. Also raw skin cut and was extremely painful when she cleaned it with alcohol. Now I see areas where the skin was not cut and cleaned like I know it was suppose to, since I asked. Color also did cover all the edges/sides all the way. So now my manicure looks inconsistent and hurts like hell from the raw skin and the extra uncut skin isn't pretty... I also feel like she rushed at the end because they got busy. Everyone around me, 3 girls got massages with their manicures but me. I paid a lot, more than some and I didn't even get an offer or a goodbye. She just move on and was already working on someone else's feet. The technician who did my pedicure was nice enough, a tiny but frustrating thing was she didn't speak English (no big deal) but the relay to her boss and back to me....seemed like she was irritated. Same with the other tech when I politely asked her to file down or buff the jagged nails she left me with. Finally, she never cleaned up the nails like she said she would. The ambiance was alright, calm music, and appeared clean. The ladies weren't flat out rude...to be fair. But between what happened and how it still my nail beds look and hurt, I will not be back. read more
