LFG is very different. If you're there to look cute then my opinion this won't be the place for you. If you want to get in shape, have waterfalls of sweat, improve strength, stamina, and overall fitness then you've come to the right place. No where on this planet will you find a gym offering 21 days for $21. If you do find it, when you start, you may be welcomed on the first day but nothing like the personal attention I have received from LFG, there is no comparison. I work nights, get off at 8:30am after a 12 hour shift and love every minute of rushing to get to my 9am class! Everyone likes to feel appreciate. At LFG although am getting my butt kicked daily, I feel appreciated by my trainers just for showing up. Although training is conducted in a group fashion you will receive the personal attention from your trainers to ensure you have the correct form always! Although all the trainers are great, I have to say Victor Mendoza is an excellent trainer. His energy, his attitude, and he spread himself through out class like an octopus to ensure everyone in his class receives the personal attention and he make time to correct form. I have attended 15 days of my 21/$21 plan and it's the best purchase I have ever made! No pressure, no unwanted feeling of not belonging, and, no judgement. The energy is welcoming and a good workout is filled with congratulatory remarks by others from the class that you don't even have to know. You will leave with a sense of "we are in this together" daily. Go try them out!

We normally have buddy weeks where we can bring someone new to the class for free, for a whole week. This month we have free 4 weeks but you need a code. And any trainer can give you one or you can request one from me as well. It's like a boot camp you need a mat, your dumbell weights and lots of determination. You can do this. I've been attending for 4 months now and my stamina is amazing. Although I did die the first few weeks I can proudly now do push ups , sit-ups and much more core work without dying lol. All the trainers are awesome and they also show you the right way to do things so you don't hurt yourself.

I'm not happy with the service at all.

I think he was new. I knew exactly what OTF was all about because of him! Thank you! I did try the free class at this location... however, OTF recommends you sign up at a home location where you spend the most time.. whether it was close to work or home. I'm in this area quite often... This is a very busy location. Personally, I think you can call your home gym where you feel the most comfortable or welcomed. They did a great job! My wife and I, along with many others, are having a lot of issues when it comes to canceling our subscription. We canceled months ago, and orange theory continues to try and charge us. We have called and filled out paperwork multiple times. Whether its incompetence or unfriendly business practices, orange theory has some issues it needs to iron out. They have lost paperwork, refused to reverse charges, and have been unhelpful. Again, the workouts were awesome. It really sucks that orange theory has such a poor customer service experience on the back end. Stay away...

There are a few parking spots available outside. Might have to park around the corner if you are late and another class is going on.

Out of curiosity I looked up how many ninja gyms there are in the US... 191. That means, if every gym was equal, they would send less than 1/2 of an athlete... Iron sports sent NINE! BOOM Do you want to be a champion? You can be one here. If you just want fun, oh my gosh.... when my daughter had her 6th birthday party this year, my favorite part of the entire event was watching the looks on all the parents' faces. Every one of them was beaming. It is FUN watching your kid do this stuff. And inspiring too... cuz guess who started working out??? Me. The coaches are supportive and encouraging. When they see SuzieQ working on something (not in class, just on her own) they whoop and cheer her victories. They say hello when she walks in. She's six, but they say hello. They acknowledge her. That's vital because it builds a sense of belonging.

Anywho, they were nice to escort me to the locker area. It was nice and tidy. Had a ladies shower and a restroom. The gym is a bit laxed, so it started off a bit rocky in that I didnt realize that the class has started without me. We started the class running laps outside. And came in for some heavy stretching and overheas bar work! That's when things got real. Tip no. 1 dont wear gloves, use plenty of hand/climbing chalk. It makes a great difference. Also, when you want to store things in the lockers, bring your own lock! They dont have any there. We transitioned into squats and intense leg work... Woooooooooow (Im still feeling it today). We moves upstairs, where I found a Ninja Warrior's dream. It was everything from Rock Climbing Walls (easy, medium, and hard), to overhead bars, overhead balls (of all sizes). It was aweeeeeeesome!!! The instructors, Sam & Sam, were doubly awesome! They made sure that an amateur Ninja Warrior like me did not feel left out, modified exercises to help me build my endurance and strength, and helped me make sure I did them correctly to prevent injury. We finishes the class by completing an intense ab workout!!! Although I am super sore today, I loved the class and will def be back!

Inside there were lots of windows that allowed for a nice breeze and great views of the climber's. The staff were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. There were 10+ children and in our group and I was impressed by how organized the process was. After checking in and signing waivers, we headed to the treehouse to see the birthday girl. After most of the party had arrived, the kids first lined up for harnesses, followed by the adults accompanying their children on the course. We then headed to down a set of stairs for the safety briefing and to learn how to maneuver the course. I was surprised how quickly the children grasped the concepts. Once everyone passed the evaluation, we headed back upstairs to line up to enter the course. It was much higher and challenging than I expected. I'm not terribly afraid of heights but to transition to and from each obstacle took a tremendous amount of core and upper body strength. It was so cute seeing the kids clip on and move freely. This was a very fun day and I look forward to returning for a night event as we enter the hotter months in Texas.
