His response is also not saying that the guy showed up looking for the lug wrench that came with the car. He's also not pointing out that although he had some equipment. None of it fit the tire. They were at my house in less than an hour. Darnell in truck 002 came and tried to begin the jump but the relay wasn't sending power through the jumper cables so he got on the horn to the office and they said that another truck is on the way. Perris arrived in truck 007 and he was successful in jump starting my car. They are the sweetest guys you'll ever meet and forgive me for being unable to remember the dispatcher's name, but he was very patient and understanding. Definitely a keeper in my Emergency Book.
