I brought my wedding dress to Tien 2 in August of 2020 for alterations and to put cups inside of it. One of the owners shortened the dress and took it in. I went back for the final fitting and she pinned cups into the dress. She then took the dress, sewed the cups in, put it directly in the garment bag, and gave it back to me. I didn't try it on again, but I paid her for the alterations and left figuring I could trust her and her work. After rescheduling my wedding three times due to COVID, I'm finally getting married in September and I tried on the dress last week. I was horrified. There were stitch marks all over the front, the cups she used made the dress look misshapen, and the sides were gaping open. There was also a red pen mark on an area of the dress that she sewed. I can't believe that as a professional she would present this kind of work to a customer. I called her shop and left a message and also sent her an email through the website contact page. She finally responded to my email and said that she couldn't see me until the following week. In the meantime, I brought the dress to another seamstress who was able to see me that afternoon. She was also taken aback by the poor quality of the work for what she considered basic alterations. While Tien 2 did offer to look at the dress I don't want to bring it back to them and risk more damage to it. In short, I already paid Tien 2 quite a bit of money and now I'm going to have to pay even more to someone else to fix what she did. Incredibly disappointing and the shop's lack of concern about addressing the mistakes that they made quickly was very unprofessional.

With the purchase of a $35 tote bag, I get one patch free to put on the bag. If I want more, I of course can purchase however many patches I want. Thomas was HUGE HELP and very pleasant. He helped me with the placement if the patches and explained everything in great detail! Once everything is placed in its desired position, he will go ahead and get everything pressed. I loved it! You walk inside and your eyes immediately go up to the enormously gorgeous witch statue that is hanging from the ceiling. I had seen photos and videos, but it is more beautiful in person. It is a tribute to one of the owners and her battle with cancer. The inside is decorated spooky with tons of orange and black everywhere - I wanted to stay here forever. They even had a life size statue of Edgar Allen Poe. They offer a ton of merchandise from apparel to mugs to even stickers and magnets. Everything is pricy as you would expect, but you can only get their items in store so I think it is worth it if you're looking for something unique. BlackCraft Cult also does a haunted house on the weekends during the Halloween season with live scare actors - you can tour it during the week too, but they do not have the actors then.
