Well I took out the battery and after a short while I put it back. And that fixed the problem. That was in Jan. Well three weeks ago the battery trick would t work so the folks at the store reset to factory and it was charging. For about three days. So I took it back and it was still under warranty so I chose to use the warranty. Well it's been a week and a half. No new hot spot yet, no reliable internet for three weeks. So will I have to pay the $83 dollars or lose my whole service? I have ordered things from cell phone online and it's never taken over a week to come back n the mail. I listened to an employee accept a trade in from a customer and he failed to notify her as well. Now I spent more money and got stuck with a worse phone because they wouldn't give me my phone back despite it still being inside the building.
