This is the USO - NOT THE AIRPORT. Most of the reviewers probably don't even know what the USO is. But its not their fault. Yelp has them confusingly labeled as "Orlando International Airport - USO" and "Orlando International Airport - MCO" respectively. Probably 90% of the reviews and pictures are for the airport. The USO does NOT have TSA or long lines and does not lose your bags. I've suggested an edit correction to Yelp HQ to use their official name - USO Central Florida, but they didnt seem to listen. As for the USO, its your standard (good) experience - free food, places to relax, computers to use, TVs and video games, a quiet room etc. Stop posting reviews for the Airport here! Please LIKE this review to make it go to the top to help stop the confusion.

This airport is so fun! It's got a ton of different shops and restaurants to enjoy. It's also filled with a ton of comfortable seats, all of which have their own outlets. DIA is practically perfect, but I definitely wish they had as many outlets at MCO. The only real downside of MCO: it's confusing. Thank goodness I came here with my mom, otherwise I probably would've gotten lost or gone through the wrong security line. Thanks mom!!

While making a quick stop thru the Orlando IAP, I made a short visit to the USO. It is located in Terminal A on level 1 (near the rental car counters). This is a new location and was nicely decorated, everything was new and clean. The decor was a nice balance of the local theme parks (Disney & Universal) and national scenery. It has a several sections that is focused on all type of USO visitors. There is a video game area, kids play area, movie area, tables and counter top areas with plenty of outlets to charge your electronic devices. There is also monitors that displays flight information for your convenience. They have a K-Cup coffee machine, microwave, fridge and some snacks for everyone help themselves (free of cost). The staff are volunteers and were very friendly. After signing in, a staff member gives you a quick tour of the center and makes you feel welcomed. Although my visit was only long enough to eat my sandwich and charge my phone & laptop. The place was nice and I was very appreciative of the volunteers' work to maintain the upkeep of the center. I wish I could've left a larger donation, as every USO kindly accepts donations to help provide services and products to service members, military families and retirees.

This place is well-stocked, clean, and easily accessible. Nice large space and extremely friendly staff. No wait or crowded feel. Great stuff! Also a big space for kids built in - perfect for a tourist travel stop.

Friday night 2145 My two rides were vying for who could be later in picking me up from the airport. I had already painted on three coatings of nail polish so I decided to look for a USO. Turns out this USO has barely opened for a week and it was all sorts of sparkling. + Their fridge wall is impressive! They stock my favorite vitamin water (the inventory probably changes) along with a big display of fruits, yogurts, drinks, and microwavable foods. + Pantry is also well stocked + Plenty of tables, chairs, couches, and walls separate patrons from each other + Litany of reading material all around the USO + Separate sleeping room with dim-able lights and reclining seats + Beautiful layout and decorations + Very relaxing, but possibly because nobody else was around Since the USO was still putting up one face of the wall and needed to stay several more hours, the staff permitted me to stay until I had to leave. The USO is a bit of a walk, but well worth it for the pleasant staff and relaxing experience!

I am not sure what folks are talking about... this place was wonderful!!! I had read a few negative…read morereviews and stories in the newspaper about airline lounges but this was a bit crowded but so clean, such a wonderful staff.. read on! The staff MADE me a delicious vegetarian sandwich, they had delicious salad options, plus fun/silly options like gummy bears, chocolate-covered pretzels, brownies, sizzling snack mix, and other vegetarian-friendly choices. There was also soda, juice, club soda, cold water with cucumber, and great coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and teas, and the bar offers a full selection of alcoholic beverages (tip the bartender please). A special thank you to Ali, who made this visit exceptional. He remembered my sister and my family from their last visit (I look a lot like my sister), which made us feel so welcome. Ali is incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to clear tables and keeps everything spotless. If you have a chance chat with him. I also enjoyed using my Spanish translator to chat with some of the staff, and everyone was warm and friendly. My middle school Spanish is embarrassing but they are all so polite!!! The hospitality here is what really stands out and Siham, the manager ensures also that your entire time is perfect, if not just ask. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. If you're traveling through MCO, this lounge is absolutely worth visiting just for the wonderful service and welcoming atmosphere!

If you think that you are going to get the experience you get at Centurion, Delta Sky, Al Safwa, Sakaura, or ANA then you best be prepared to tamper your expectations. It is really just a place to get a free drink, alcoholic or non, the choice is yours. Also depending on the time of the day to have a little snack to keep the hangry side of you in place and not lash out at anyone. The one in Orlando was ok. We were on an early flight, and they had some breakfast options but because it was very early, they were not serving alcohol until a certain time. Food selection was equal to what you see at certain hotels with the already made omelets and oatmeal. Nice little spot to grab some freebies before your flight. Is it the best lounge out there? Of course not but they stay in their lane and do not try to compete out of their weight class. They know their place and I don't see them ever moving out of that place.

While the clubs used to be spacious with decent food and drink offerings and excellent service, the clubs have become much busier with fewer seats available and average food and drink options. It seems that everyone has access to an Admirals Club nowadays and brings their entire families. This particular lounge is a decent-sized location at the Orlando airport near gate 55 in Terminal B. It is the only Admiral's Club at this airport. There was a waiting line to get in outside the club though that line moved rather quickly. It is two stories with you coming in on the top floor. This floor has a restroom, a small enclosed workspace, snacks and drinks, and comfortable seating options. The lower level has a bar, more actual meal food, and more communal or work space seats other than the bar. I'm pleased to say that I have recently begun to see the efforts made to improve the Admirals Club membership which includes complimentary hot food throughout the day from soups and/or Mac and Cheese, sandwiches, meatballs, and breakfast items (not all at once though). There are charcuterie offerings, dessert trays, a salad bar, hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, and then house drinks. You can pay more for premium drinks and prepared meals. Access to the lounge is easy to get whether through the Citi Executive World Mastercard with free access for you and up to two guests. You can also pay $175 for up to three authorized users each receiving their own lounge access (with up to two guests). Also, One World alliance flyers with a certain status can access Admirals Clubs. There are also Flagship Lounge and Flagship First Dining locations, which offer much more than just Admirals Clubs. I'm confident that making it easy to get Admirals Club memberships has led to lounges being overcrowded though now that you have to pay for authorized users instead of getting them for free in recent years, that may help. You can also redeem AAdvantage miles for membership or access to the Admirals Club.

The food downstairs tasted bland to terrible, the "chicken" soup was thin and tasteless as if out of a can; the Asian chicken was rubbery and sour. Day old high school cafeteria food looked better. It's a very tiny , loud, cramped and uncomfortable facility...you have to go down a steep spiral staircase to get food on small crappy plates with plastic utensils, and climb them up to leave or find seating. I left early because It's more comfortable to just wait at the gate. AA should be ashamed of themselves
