I finally called the customer service line because my mailman said they could put a trace on the package. The hardest part was due to my eyes. I had to enter the tracking number. I did get a wonderful employee named Dora. My package is being returned to me. She doesn't know why but the return process started (coincidentally) July 2nd. She signed me up for text messages so I can get texts regarding my return. It will be very convenient. She also offered to connect me so I could order more stamps when I said I need more. I rather go to the website and select what I like. I find that is a very convenient service too. I guess I'm just glad my mission for today is accomplished! I'm still a fan of USPS since childhood.

A customer was having difficulty operating the machine, yet the two employees behind the counter were engaged in personal conversation and did not offer assistance. There were no other customers in the post office besides myself and the woman using the machine. After observing this for a while, I approached the male employee and asked if he could help by taking my packages.
