It's based solely on the booking process. I was able to book an appointment on Sunday for Monday morning, but they called early Monday and said they couldn't make it until Tuesday. That caused me to miss out on other companies that had Monday availability and wasted valuable time on something we needed done as soon as possible. They need to get their scheduling system figured out.

Their "Priority Scheduling" is a scam and so is their service agreement (which clearly has no value): Customers exist for their convenience only and they don't hesitate to blame the customer for the company's failures.
