Amazing Experience at Utopia Solon I recently visited Utopia Solon for a haircut and had a wonderful experience. My stylist, Katrina Doney, was fantastic. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions. I felt completely comfortable and confident in her hands. She even taught me how to style my hair when I got home so it would look just like when she styled it. The salon itself has a great atmosphere--it's welcoming, clean, and modern. Love coming here! Been going to the salon for maybe a year or close to it now. I lovvvvveeeee Jasmine. Can't even describe how I feel everytime I get out of the chair. It's amazing how much ease I feel, knowing that Jasmine cares about my worries and even remembers me each time. We have tons of laughs together and quiet moments, too. It's never awkward and always such a respectful environment. Jasmines head massages put me to sleep. Their expertise on hair products and how to care for your type of hair is just beyond my mind. Today was my first time at Utopia Salon, and I met and saw Sophie. It was snowing and the salon was fully of wonderful and happy women. I came in to have a root touch up and trim. I'm big on first impressions, and when I met Sophie I was impressed. I love her hair, the color and how she presented herself. It made me feel confident knowing my hair was in good hands. I like to do two tones with my hair, so I like to have someone who is comfortable working with fun colors. She was very kind, made sure I was fully aware and comfortable with what we were doing before doing it. I appreciate that so much. She was fun to chat with, and did a great job on my hair. I was so nervous about my appointment as it was my first time to this salon and I had a lot of work to be done. Anastasiya calmed my nerves by her confidence and knowledge. She explained everything with the utmost patience and detail. During my service, we chatted like long lost friends. She was very personable and professional. Upon revealing the new color of my hair, it turned out better than I could imagine. Lastly, when it came to the cut, before she did any final styling, she had me check in the mirror to see if wanted anything tweaked. I had a hair appointment with Jasmine today and let me tell you... she changed my life! No lie! My hair is often complimented by others, but it's always been my best frenemy. It's thin, it's got a mind of its own... it's incredibly difficult to deal with in general. So I admittedly don't care for it the way I probably should. But I knew it needed more help than I could give it. I walked in with a lifeless mop of hair and walked out looking like an absolute goddess! I am a busy mom and I don't get a lot of "me" time and that made my experience even more special at Utopia. I went in for a massage and from the moment I walked in their friendly staff took great care of me. I have had many massages in the past, but they can't compare to how Vivianna made me feel. Im so weird about my hair. I have cried literally every one someone has cut or colored my hair. The first time I randomly decided to cut my hair short a year and a half ago and Taylor killed it!!!! Since then I come Back every several months when my hair grows long and she kills it every time. I'm not lying when I say I how her one photo, she looks at it for 12 seconds then duplicates it. She's easy to talk to if you wanna chat, she shampoos like a goddess and always makes me look fly. The salon has a great vibe, everyone is friendly and fun. The lobby was comfortable. I was offered something to drink by the friendly person working the front desk who greeted me as soon as I walked in. The vibe was great. I hadn't had a professional haircut in years. My hair is very long and I was a little nervous but needed an updated style. I have been coming to Utopia for 7 years now, ever since my father treated me to their full day of pampering. Now I come for the manicures and pedicures, won't go anywhere else. In seven years I've never had a bad experience. I love that they use the copper tubs - no worries about infection here. My only complaint? They only can take two people at a time! My daughter, daughter-in-law, daughter-in-law's mother, and I all want to go - but we can't go here at the same time!
