Worst experience, charged me 200 extra and I found out last minute when car was about to be delivered. They claimed because of the load but I was never told about and wasn't in the contract, they blame all on broker and trashed the broker who sat me up with them and said they screwed you. I couldn't talk to dispatcher and when driver called his boss or the owner, he was very rude. His name is Ali .. he yelled and raised his voice and said to the driver, if doesn't give you the extra 200, drop the car in a junk yard or bring to LA with you and he can pick it up from here ( I was shipping from Denver to Phoenix) they just don't care and refused to contact my broker and said you deal with it .. Larry, our truck driver, was extremely helpful, communicative and quick. Be aware that you need to pay cash upon delivery, no credit cards accepted (which is pretty standard I hear). In a nutshell, this review is a result of poor communication as a result of customer service being outsourced to a foreign country, someone making promises the driver had no way to live up to. I hired this company to transport my car from Cheyenne. WY to Marysville, WA. I was initially told that my car would be picked up on Monday and arrive at my home on Friday. Which I was perfectly ok with. I received an e-mail on Wednesday that the car would actually be arriving Thursday at noon, which I was thrilled to hear. Thursday at around 11 a.m. I emailed the company to check if the driver was still on track to deliver by noon. I was then told it would be late afternoon. So, was mildly annoyed with the delay and that I had to contact them to find this out. Around 4 p.m. I get a call from the delivery driver saying that he would not be in town until "late tonight" and that it would be delivered "in the morning." At about 10 a.m. Friday morning, I checked in with the driver and asked about his eta. He told me it would be "no later than 3 p.m." Shockingly...he finally arrived, at about 4:45 p.m. read more

Uz transport was contracted to transport my newly purchased vehicle. Prior to the transport they told me my vehicle would be fully insured. I incorrectly believed them as I thought they were a reputable company especially since the dealership endorsed them. During the transport, my vehicle sustained significant hail damage which certainly was not the fault of the driver. When contacting UZ's Transport office and their claims department the following day they told me they would not cover ANY of the damage. They made no effort to offer any assistance even though they stated and assured me prior to the transport and at the pick up the vehicle would be insured and fully covered. They came 3 days late for pickup, they said their truck broke down in Dallas, another truck broke down in Denver so they car arrived almost 2 weeks later when they said it would take 4-5 days. They were not the cheapest so I was trying to avoid problems and it did not work out that way. They text me that they were going to send a check for a discount which I haven't received. I moved from Atlanta to Boston and the bottom line is the driver's (Sher) communication was unacceptable and the timeframes he gave kept changing. Upon arrival, he was very unpleasant to deal with. The driver was not helpful and did not give accurate times he would arrive to pick up my car and then when he would deliver it. It ended up arriving later than he said it would and there. It was arranged that he'd pick up my car on Monday 12/4. On Sunday he called and wanted to pick it up that afternoon (like 2 hours after he called). I couldn't do that and said that if he must pick it up on Sunday (which it sounded like he did), I said he could come after 7. Didn't hear from him. Called him back he said he'd be there at 8a on Monday. He pushed that out and then he pushed it out again to 12.30 and he was late. On arrival (he said he'd deliver on Wed 12/6 but did not) on 12/7, he said he could be here at 7a but that didn't work for me so he said he'd come at 8a. At 7.49a when I texted to check in with him, he said 30-35 minutes. When he didn't arrive, I called him and he gave me another time, and then another. It was really frustrating. And I kept having to call him to get the ETA on delivery. Once he arrived, he was very unpleasant to deal with. I'll never use this company again. These people transported my son's car from Fla to Denver back & forth and they were great! The drivers that picked up the car were super professional and pleasant to work with. The car's return from Denver was with a woman driver that was incredible to watch doing her job. We had an issue with the car stalling when she had to get it on the truck and she was super helpful and nice. The gentleman working in the office in Denver was very nice also helping us get the car started to mount it on the truck. Their prices were super reasonable and the service was fantastic. Both the driver taking car to Denver and the one bringing it back to Fla fully documented with pictures my son's car's condition, and car arrived at both destinations on time as promised and in perfect condition with no hidden extra costs. They have yet to deliver my car. It was supposed to be here Tuesday, then they said yesterday between 2-3 and then last night between 6-8 and then this morning 830-9. It was picked up on the was coast 10 days ago. I have shipped cars 3x this year and I know exact times/dates are difficult, but this is ridiculous. To top it off the "customer service" people don't care and give you incorrect information. i need to ship cars a couple times a year and will never use them again. read more

No communication worth a damn. failed to show up at any of the appointed times; when I called, handed a crock about their brand new 200K truck (yesterday in Johnstown and today in Butler; and their problems with lights going on on the dashboard. I am surprised they didn't snow me with a death in the family. You have a better shot asking the post office to mail your car. GO ELSEWHERE. UZ Auto Transport and Towing arrived at my house at the time we discussed over the phone, about 3 hours after my initial call. That worked fine for me, as the car had sat in the garage for the better part of 3 years. The tow truck driver, John, was simply awesome. Navigating backwards down a narrow alley, pulling my car out from a odd angle in my garage, and getting it loaded up onto the bed of the tow truck, cobwebs and all! I called what I assume was a broker Thursday morning asking how soon they could transport a car from Florida to New Jersey. They said maybe that day or Friday. I agreed to Friday because I needed the car to do a few things. I got a call late Thursday saying he was ready to go and after a brief conversation with Dave we agreed on a pick up for Friday at 8:30 am. He took several pictures of the cars condition and told me he would be there this weekend. True to his word the car arrived at 7:30 Sunday morning in perfect condition. In addition they allowed me to put a few things in the trunk which saved me some money in UPS costs. read more

Our NEW 2020 Cadillac XT6 was delivered with a hole in the AC line which runs under the car just above the rail on the transport. There was no way to know it was damaged until we got in the car to drive it home. The Cadillac Service Manager confirmed it was from the transport and sent UZ pictures and spoke with them too as he has seen similar transport damage before. When we called to get their insurance information we were told they were "self insured" and they refused to pay the $1587.00 repair bill. Ask for a certificate of insurance before you do any business with them and don't sign the bill of lading unless you can physically get under the car or get it up on a rack to check for damage. read more

Their driver towed my car and managed to pretty much destroy my exhaust system and front bumper that was 3 weeks ago I'm still dealing w this I've been in a rental car this whole time which I expect them to pay for as they should! I have gotten the run around and been called a liar by them which is pretty awesome hoping to get this resolved today wish me luck as I don't have a ton of faith in them which is why my attorney is on standby! UZ assisted me in moving a Porsche 911 from Colorado to Texas. It was a breeze! Pickup on a flatbed was very fast and easy in Colorado. Arrival was early in Texas and car was dropped off in perfect condition. Very nice pickup and delivery driver too. EXCELLENT!!! I do have a few tips. First off, confirm with them that they receive your paperwork back once you send it to them via email just in case it goes into the spam filter. Secondly, realize that these guys deliver cars and you probably won't hear much from them while that's happening. The contact I had was first scheduling the original pickup, and then a call from the pickup driver that he was a few minutes away. Lastly, the semi-truck driver called to tell me that the car was in town, ready for delivery the next morning. Fortunately I read a review that mentioned something along these lines so I wasn't concerned at all. I feel like they are very good at moving vehicles with minimal oversight and no real need to update me. I was cool with that and things went very smoothly. One final tip... I'm not sure if they will always let you know but the delivery was cod. I assumed as much but I'm not sure everyone will, so be prepared to have the cash ready. I did pay a tip to the pickup and drop-off driver as a sign of my appreciation which I really think they really liked. All in all, a very good experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

I had my 2004 Ford Ranger dropped off today. Driver had me sign papers before I received keyes. My mistake. When I started car the emergency brake light was on. Pulled release amd nothing happened . Checked pedal and there was no tension. Called customer service and explained I just had the car inspected by Goodyear services before shipping it from Mass to Colorado and it just passed the Mass inspection two weeks ago. The customer service rep and driver both said these things can happen anytime. I told them it happened only when they had possession of the car. All I got was a run around about how these things can happen and theres nothing they can do. Would never use again. Im hoping the Chips transport in Mass who inspected the car before shipping will stand up for me. read more

The WORST COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WARNING. I initially went with this company because they were inexpensive compared to other car transports. Now I learned why they are so cheap- THEY BEAT UP MY CAR. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BE WARNED When the driver delivered my car there were scratches all over the hood, drivers seat, top and rear. The driver said trees fell and scratched my car. In addition the center console was ripped and beat up with dirt everywhere. They were not even supposed to go in my car and they even removed the antenna off the rear exterior and I found it logged in the seat and my center console ripped 5 inches. I called Kevin and he said that I should get an estimate and that they would fix the car. I got two estimates from two autobody shops that both estimated between $3,500 and $4,700 to fix. Then Kevin said I could only use his preferred autobody shop APB Motors which gave an estimate of $4,500 to fix the car. I took my car to APB and they never even called me about my car. I left APB 5 messages over the course of a week asking about my car and when it would be fixed. They receptionist said they would call back. They never called back, then when I called a 6th time they said my car was ready and told me to come get it. They didn't even have the professionalism to call me and tell me my car was ready. I had to check up on them until it was ready. They were ridiculous. They had THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Apparently APB and UZ work together as their locations are right next to each other. They decided what should happen to my car and ignored their original estimate. APB only buffed out the scratches, ignoring scratches that needed to be painted and they did nothing to fix the 5inch rip in my center console. They spent $450 to fix the car- very different from the $4,500 estimate. They said I needed to talk to Kevin. Then I took my car for Kevin to look over and pointed out that they did not buff out all the scratches nor did they fix the interior console that was ripped. He said they wouldn't pay for it. Then Kevin talked to APB motors in Russian so that I couldn't understand what they were saying. Then APB told me that wear and tear obviously scratched my car and that the center console rip and tears were not Kevin and UZ's fault. They said if I wanted it fix I would have to pay $1,600. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY. I write this review to warn others. Be very careful before you consider using this car. read more

Pretty bad customer service. It seems like they have a real problem with returning people's phone calls and messages. The only time that they returned my car was before pick up. After that, I got no notification of pick up, no notification of an ETA of delivery, or even a call of delivery. I had to always call myself. The staff isnt necessarily rude, but very inattentive. I was constantly ignored or given a run-around. Also one annoying thing is the unwillingness of the driver to work with the drop-off schedule. As I work 9-6, I couldnt be there to accept the car. Luckily my friend had the day off and he was able to pick it up himself, but had this been any other day, I would have been screwed. On a positive note, the transport was fast. I had this company dispatched to me thru a dispatcher. The pick up process was easy and nice, its when I went to get the vehicle from the pick up location this is when everything has gone downhill. They told me that the ONLY KEY I had been broken in the ignition and I couldn't pick it up on the time I had agreed upon originally. I had drove THREE hours to get the vehicle without any communication that my vehicle was unable to be picked up. Then when I went to confirm it was my classic BMW, the mechanics has it sitting by their shop not in the storage location using it as a table for their jackets and tools and I wish I had gotten a picture of it because that infuriated me. I live in the Rocky Mountains and I expressed to them that because it is winter time and my fiance works for a ski resort that I did not know when the next time I could get the vehicle and that it was really unprofessional for them not to even call me about the key so I could have made other plans. Since that time, it has snowed and Colorado has laws against rear wheel drive vehicles being driven in adverse conditions again preventing me from picking up the vehicle which I communicated to them. Every time I've tried to come get it, I've let them know ahead of time via phone and they said they remember the conversation we had in person and that we could get it for the 800 we agreed up on because they said in person they would not charge storage but it has snowed preventing me from getting the vehicle. Now as I go to pick it up because weather has dried out the mountain pass they are asking for 300 more additional dollars for the storage they said they would wave and did not tell me about until I can actually get the vehicle now. When I called them out on that, the manager Jay Yuhichiyev hung up on me and would not acknowlege their agreement and would not allow me to speak to the owner he supposedly talked to. They are liars and crooks. If you make any agreements in person, you need to get it in writing or they will try to screw you. I havent even gotten a chance to see if they damaged anything besides my only key. STAY AWAY DO NOT USE!! I also informed the dispatcher to no longer do business with them as well. read more
