Overall she cleaned my bathroom extremely well and scrubbed a lot of the scruff marks out on my apartment wall. I had a pet, and so making sure the smell was out was important and everything smelled so clean. i think they missed 1 spot because their height, but the window sills had a deep clean and they went above and beyond for cleaning in the time span they had. service was terrific and they did a good walk through and let me bring up any issues. would book again read more

I have used this service seven or eight times at this point. I am very impressed. The key is to be very clear and specific about what you want and don't want them to clean. Given that information, their cleaners are very thorough in my experience. The owner Vanessa is very responsive and helpful. She always gets back to me immediately. The company's cleaners bring their own supplies, which simplifies the process. Also, you can pay a little extra to get a "deep clean." I have used V&V twice now and am blown away by the amount of care and attention to detail they provide! I walked in to an aromatic clean smell in the apartment. All the notoriously dusty spots, such as under shelves and behind cabinets were cleaned; the snug spots in the entertainment center, and even under the couch! Also, to my pleasant surprise, persistent spots where some moisture stains had developed were not only eradicated, but left shiny and squeaky clean, as if it was brand new! This was especially noticed in the kitchen sink where there is usually grease residue and in the showers where there is slight calcium build up and soap residue and moisture stains. All gone and shiny clean! The last little touch of care that was the cherry on top was the way they made the beds! I almost did not recognize my room as they changed my sheets and made the bed with a hotel style finish! I felt like I was on a staycation! Updating to one star because of the business owners response below is bull. I did in fact tell you I couldn't accommodate an 11am though she could come sooner or later than that. So yes, I was very specific. I was in the middle of work when she left, so distracted and unable to thoroughly check her work. And yes, those pictures are REAL so you have some nerve implying otherwise. And lastly, I did pay you. Albeit late. But I wanted to be sure to report my experience and issues to you BEFORE paying you so that you could do the right thing. And you didn't. And still haven't. I was glad to see such great reviews and thought maybe I finally found a decent cleaning service in LA. But despite the prompt and professional replies and reasonably quoted price, the cleaning was mediocre at best and expectations were certainly not met. Only one cleaner showed up for a deep clean, despite two being in the quote. She showed up exactly the time I told them she could NOT show up because it was the one work phone call I needed to take. So, she got started before I could talk to her. She stayed for probably 4-5 hours but started packing up before checking in. I asked if she did the windows - she said yes - to which I went to the guest room and checked. They weren't done so I pointed it out. She did those but obviously neglected the living room windows. The master bathroom wasn't where I wanted it either as you can see by the picture. Long story short, I ended up cleaning for hours in the days that followed and didn't fully understand how non deep the cleaning was until days later. They had plenty of options, and I was able to text Christian leading up to the appointment for any change of plans. He was super responsive, and the cleaning team showed up on time (in masks)! Our cleaner was such a hard worker - she even went and gave a courtesy light clean of the kitchen! The bathroom was spotless and smelled amazing. The bedroom was left very clean, and great for someone to come in and move in. She literally vacuumed everything. For such short notice (scheduled for next day cleaning) she was phenomenal! She was even mopping as she was leaving on her way out and set the bar so high for other cleaners.
