They just moved to a new location and as i was sitting in my pedicure chair they had guys trying to do ceiling work / lights above me and things were falling all over. I also tried to use the washroom and one of the was one of the male workers (who was doing the ceiling work) with the door wide opening and peeing. They saw this and once he left the bathroom they told me to "ahead and use the washroom now that it's free" and when i went it it was very unsanitary. So much so i didn't even use it. My pedicure turned out okay, but the environment was so uncomfortable that i will never be back. read more

JEWELRY WAS STOLEN. If you do decide to give your money to this place - Secure your belongings and take your purse everywhere you go in this shop! A young girl I hadn't seen before did my pedicure and manicure. I could not find my watch after the visit there. I put it in my side pocket in my purse but my rings she suggested putting in the dish on the table. I stepped away to wash my hands during the manicure and it was an opportunity for her to snag it. When a call was placed later that day to question if a watch was found, an employee passed the phone over to the girl that had done my nails and she even specified the brand of watch! and said, "oh, no it's not here, she put it in her purse". Hmmm. Shady. It is unfortunate to not trust going to a place I had frequented in the past. I called the next day to ask to speak with a manager which wasn't there at the time. And asked who I could speak to about a lost piece of jewelry and they said they were busy. UNBELIEVEABLE! They don't have cameras. Very disappointed! Thou shalt not steal. I'm sorry, but this place is a dirty dump. There is dust on the window sills, the floor is dirty with clipped nails, the nail stations are dirty (the girl actually tried to get me to put my hands on the same towel used for the customer before me), the polish display is dirty, the drying station was dirty with spilled coffee and even the pay station had dust all over it and under it. No way I'm putting my feet into a tub dozens of other people have used because I'm not certain it gets the proper cleaning if they can't even clean their stations well. There was nothing enjoyable about the 45 minutes I spent here getting a mani. Well, aside from the girl who did my nails - I mean, she was plenty nice, but I can't say she did a job unlike I could do on my own. I've been to several dozen nail salons in my lifetime and this ranks the bottom quarter. In fact, it's probably second to last. A reviewer said this place got a new paint job this summer - but I wouldn't say the paint job is something to brag about. Green and maroon aren't spa like colors if you ask me, but they could have hired someone who used tape so it at least didn't look like an amateur job. I'd never come back here, which is a real shame because it's so conveniently close. read more

Not a good place. I used to go here a lot but after moving out of the area and then moving back I was in need of getting my nails done. Staff is not friendly, I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there. The guy also charged me extra for "white tips" on my acyrilic nails. How can you not have the white tip? Isn;t that what an acryic nail is?! Also the nails began to peel away within three days. They are look terrible. I have never had this happen, here or any where else. Needless to say, I won't be returning here and I suggest you do the same. read more

Just got my eyebrows done by Davi. She was so gentle and amazing! I use acne treatment Ziana and normally if I were to get my eyebrows done, it would rip my skin off with the hair because of how thin the acne treatment makes my skin. She used a different type of wax and said that people who normally have reactions or their skin rips off have no problem with her wax, and i found that true! She didn't thin my eyebrows either, they look so naturally beautiful! I highly recommend going there and asking for Davi for your eyebrows. It was way less painful than normal and my Brows look fantastic for my upcoming school dance! read more

My fill in for Gels lasted 3 days. the fills were pulling away from the sides and the top coat shrunk from being under the setting light for 10 minutes when it should have been no more than 3 minutes. I called to speak to the manager so I could make sure I could get them fixed and the man who did the fill hung up on me twice!!! I drove over there he offfered to "fix" them, omg it was worse than before. They do not display any operator or business license's. I think they used old products and do not know what they are doing.
