Unfortunately I'm downgrading it to 3 stars because quality and service are inconsistent. The pedicures start at $27 and no chip manicures are $32. Pedicures are generally good. The nails -- depends on who you get and how busy they are. When folks call, they say there's no wait but there is. I have been doing my nails here for a few years and it's disappointing that today I was asked if I wanted to get my cuticles trimmed when I did a full set with a no chip! I was NEVER asked this before and today the man told me it would be $10 if I wanted to get it done. I mean isn't that what I am paying you for in the first place to get everything done to include my cuticles! Not only are we paying a lot already to pamper our nails, then we are asked this BS just to pull another $10 out! I have had these services so many times and the women there would always make sure to do my cuticles with the buffer to include cutting down any loose skin. I have been here a couple times pre-quarantine and I was always happy although I never made it my regular spot. So I came here for my first fill and second pedicure post quarantine since it is in my neighborhood. I'm so glad I decided to come here! I called at about 9 AM and made a 10 AM appointment. (In this time of Coronavirus appointments are a must!) *Don't forget your mask!* they have sneeze guards at all manicure stations and everyone was masked. They have hand sanitizer, 2 hand washing stations and spray cleaners ready to go. When I walked in they politely instructed me to wash my hands right away, great. I sat down for my pedicure and it was delightful. No chip spa pedicure $47 For my pink and white fill I got Alica, she was so great. I got my full set at another place 10 days ago and I was not happy, and she did my pink and white perfectly off of what I told her I liked. I picked a sparkly one and the nail tech asked if I wanted a 3rd coat to make it darker. Yes!! Thank you! My first no chip from here only lasted one week. My second one is on day 5 and is holding up much better. My first visit was on a weekend morning and the store was 20 minutes late in opening. On my second visit I was offered a delicious cup of jasmine tea. The nail techs are friendly and efficient. They play Brittney Spears and Katy Perry music videos on the TV which I surprisingly got pretty sucked into! Fancy Nails is the cleanest salon I have been to in the area. Additionally, the entire staff is kind, professional and make you feel like you are having a day at the spa. They mentioned other services but were not pushy about them, nor did they attempt to bring up the same service repeatedly as if that persistence would cause me to change my mind. I walked in because I was in the area. Never again because this place is nothing fancy . Pedicure was horrible. Iitterly lasted 20 mins. The guy never scrubbed dead skin of my feet. No scrub salt was used . Basicly soaked my feet in water he pushed back cuticles then washed my feet. Put some oil massaged my legs for 3 mins and polished done. And the funniest thing was they use paper towel to separate toes to apply nail polish. They are very strange here. Never again I am going here and I do not recommend it. If I could put 0 stars I would, the lady was RUDEEE and finished my full set before my friend had her fill done. I told her shape I wanted she did it but I wanted her to fix and file down just a little, she then finished after I told her to fix them, she did not. I went to pay with the guy who did my friends fill and told him I was very unhappy with my nails, she comes to the front and starts screaming for no reason, says she'll fix them, I go back to her chair and she starts filing, she then starts saying the girl next to me also didn't hear me say anything to her, the girl next to me was confused cause she did not say anything, I even asked her if she said anything and she's like "no", well when the nail tech is done filing she says wash hands, I do and she asks for payment! She didn't even paint what she filed off!!! I told her, she paints and finally finishes, the nails still look HORRIBLE,. I go to pay and see she charged me more than I was told by the guy and she says cause she fixed.. YOUR MISTAKE .. YOU FIXED YOUR MISTAKE. She begins to argue again about how she had to fix it, yet it was her mess up. She was super rude and was constantly pulling my arm and just was screaming for no reason. They did a good job on my nails and feet. I was a new customer needing to get my nails done as I couldn't make it to where I normally go. I am taking one star off because I was not offered anything to drink but the customer that came in right after me was. I think you should be consistent with every customer. Had Very Horrible experience with the Owner of the salon, (she usually pick up the phone to make appointment) it was started with her attitude at the beginning when I arrived. Though it was not busy she started to rush me to remove colors of my nails without even giving me a chance to choose the color....when I asked for the colors she just dropped them on the table and immediately started to work with nails so I had to chose color with one hand ....When she started to work with my nails I realized that she uses same supplies for every customer cause files were worn out so much and the clippers were open who knows how many people she cut with them before .....when I asked her she was very Rude, Upset and stated:" If you dont like my work find another one...", which I immediately asked her to give me someone else....after waiting 30 min another girl came and finished her job who was very nice and polite. While watching the Owner how she served another customer and seeing same that she used same old supplies never had metal plate to bring sterilized supplies on the table or placed any towels when file nails, all was done on her table and she even used same brush to clean the table and dust from the nails......Wou...though another girl had everything set in professional manner and used clean techniques...so I guess The Owner of the company thinks that she can do what ever she wants and no one can say anything....Sorry this does not work this way, and may be the Owner of Fancy Nail Salon need to learn from people who work there who are generally always smile and nice and have way better manicure procedure technique then the Owner herself, which are cleaner and safer... I've been having this family take care of my nails for YEARS! They are so good, I've been following them around to each location they have had. Sina does an amazing job with my nails. She's professional, friendly, and really cares about her customers. She learns her customers and makes color suggestions based on what they like. I always get compliments on my nails and I refuse to go anywhere else to have my nails done. I suggest getting the no chip. It lasts at least a month. Highly recommended giving them a try! read more

I had to leave a review for this place, it's that good. It was a Sunday afternoon around 1pm and it was a good time for me. They took me right away for my no chip manicure and pedicure. The pedicurist (her name is Date) took me right away and asked if I wanted something to drink. I got settled in the pedicure chair and she asked if I mind to have my nails done at the same time. I did not mind, in fact I felt like royalty lol! It was fast and convienent for me since I don't like waiting long, I get antsy lol. Anyways both of the ladies doing my hands and feet were very meticulous and detailed. I forgot to asked the manicurist. We talked about TV shows and tattoos. I did notice that they use brand new nail clippers and tools for every customer. Even if they've sanitized them, they're all individually wrapped and cleaned. To begin, this was my first time getting my nails done here and the lady who did my nails told me she was the manager, if that's true then the management is TERRIBLE. After she finished my nails I was not satisfied, but I felt bad and still payed for the service of an acrylic full set which she charged me 45 dollars for. She finished my full set in about 25 minutes and as I was about to leave and I asked her to please fix a few of my nails that were uneven. She began to YELL at me saying that it was my fault that I didn't like my nails and that It was too late to fix because I had already paid. She said "I should have been paying more attention". NOT ONCE while she was doing my nails did she ask me if I liked the shape of my nails, or even if I liked them at all. This woman was completely unprofessional, she began to raise her voice at me until she was yelling. I tried to remain as quiet and respectful as possible until she started to yell at me saying that I was trying to get out of paying. Obviously if I had paid for the service already I HAD THE MONEY TO AFFORD GETTING THEM DONE. And if I "wanted to get out of paying I wouldn't have asked them to REMOVE the embarrassing nails. I asked for a refund and that I would pay to have the nails soaked off because the nails were crooked, completely different lengths, and not the shape I asked for. The customer service the manager provided was SO DISRESPECTFUL. She refused to give me ANY of my money back or remove my nails and she called the police on me. Once they arrived I explained to them the situation and they completely understood but they told me they could not force her to refund me my money. Finally the police officer talked her down into letting me get the nails removed for free. The girl who removed my nails was very nice. Finally I would like to say that I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE ANYWHERE THAT TERRIBLE. It was a complete nightmare and I got ripped off. I wasted 4 hours of my day and I'm now at home with no Acrylics and 45 dollars short.
