Cons (in my opinion): The business only offers Gel-X / Hard Gel and doesn't offer acrylic full set. Otherwise ask for Kenny! I'm really particular when it comes to my nail tech - he did my gel mani pedi and I'm super happy with both. I usually have to point out corrections but I didn't have to with Kenny. He's attentive to detail and not aggressive with filing, trimming (so no stinging cuticles!) I usually get acrylic nails so I haven't seen my real nails OR had short nails in years. I can here yesterday and honestly would say this is my go to spot to do nails now. It's been a very long time since I had extensions and decided to come here to do it. The technician was super sweet and did almond shape with a gel brown color (I believe shade 144 haha) and it was so cute and very neutral to go with everything. They removed my gels, cut and shaped my nails, applied oil, and gave me a hand massage. I made an appointment for a Wednesday at 6:30. It was crowded at the time but I was seated with a nail tech right away. I got a cat's eye manicure and they did switch out the nail tech for someone who knew how to do it. Sammi did my nails and they are amazing! Polish was even and never missed a spot in my nails. My family is in the nail salon business so I've always been picky about getting them done. After 3 weeks, none of the nails have chipped. this review is based on two visits. during my first visit, i did a gel manicure. i sadly didn't ask for her name, but the technician was super attentive, and i loved how my nails turned out. i was debating between two colors (like i always do), and she tried both on me to let me decide. note this indecisiveness will become quite troublesome. but this was a FIVE-STAR visit. my nails grow really fast, so a little less than a month later, i wanted to remove them and get a regular manicure. the technician told me the total would be $29, only a few dollars away from getting a new gel manicure set. i knew the prices already, but coming in, i was set on getting a regular one so my nails could rest for a bit. definitely, if you know, you know. another technician took over my session, which is where this became a FOUR-STAR review. her tone throughout the session was a bit rude. i was again being indecisive and had trouble deciding between two colors. i tried on both and went with one, but after painting (not even) 1.5 nails, i told her immediately that i wanted the other color instead. she mumbled a comment about having to redo them which she didn't. from that point on, she barely talked to me or made eye contact with me. when i was drying my nails, she didn't check up on me at all, so i wasn't aware of how long i had to wait. my nails looked too square and would scratch me because the filing was not done nicely. even worse, i found a speck of dust in one nail, and a few others needed to be painted thoroughly. two days later, i walked by and decided to get a few nails fixed. this time, the technician was amazing even though it was late and they were about to close. the quality is better, and since i enjoyed my first time here, i will return. read more

It looked impeccably clean and it's very comfortable to sit in, compared to lots of other smaller/cramped nail salons in the area. They have a 7-day gel manicure guarantee that if a nail chips in less than a week, they'll touch it up for free. This is the reason I didn't give the place 5 stars. Went in today for a new Gel X set- Landy was my nail tech and she was fabulous! Precise, gentle, thorough yet quick. I had a picture of what I wanted (a nude pink with a chrome topper) and she and another tech were super helpful in choosing the right color and chrome to achieve the look. They have a TON of colors to choose from so I was grateful for the helpThe length and shape are perfect, and she finished it off with an amazing little neck and hand massage followed by a hot towel. My set came out amazing! However, the longevity of the manicure only lasted a week. Then, the nails slowly started popping off. I contacted the owner, and she was kind enough to basically fix and redo the whole thing. However, despite getting the gel x fixed/re-done, the manicure only lasted 5 days. Very disappointed in this salon- I visited here because it seemed reasonably priced and had good quality services but I don't think the price is worth it. I asked in advance if they could do a design, they said yes, so I paid $25 extra for an air brush effect only for it to be barely visible at all. Second, I had to come back here twice in two weeks to get my nails fixed because my extensions kept breaking off. I've been getting UV gel extensions/acrylics for YEARS and this is the first time I've had my nails just break off like this for no reason. I asked them to do medium length but they kept doing it too long so I had to ask several times for them to cut it down, but it still kept snapping off. Even after coming here to get my nail fixed, they told me I should just walk in but I've ended up having to wait over an hour both times just to get one nail fixed (alongside several other people waiting). Not sure why they keep taking walk-ins if they can't handle the influx of customers. Some of the workers are pretty nice, but I wouldn't come back here based on the quality of services. read more

Honestly I had a really great experience here! I came in with dark green get polish that was so hard to take off from three weeks ago... and they got it out! The nail technician (Alex) I think... did a phenomenal job. I ended up getting a regular pedi first, I literally fell asleep in the massage chair, he was so caring and gentle when providing the services to me! I was literally on cloud 9.
