Waited 45 minutes this morning for one person to fix, who refused to add the top cost of gel until I demanded I stay until it was fixed. I will never be returning. I had a great experience. The technician was professional, nice and did a great job on my nails. I scheduled an appointment and I was accommodated as soon as I chose my nail polish color (extensive selection!). My nails were filed into stubs and the nail tech wanted to charge me $55 for extensions to fix her bad filing job. I left before it got worse. Asked for OVAL/almond shaped nails (twice) and was given SHORT SQUARE, even after pointing it out.. still ended up very square . Also cut my nails sooooo short compared to what they were...was just looking for a little trim and file and they didn't really check in to make sure it was what I wanted. I've only tried this location but was very disappointed and would not try another QQ. Nail tech was not very friendly and almost seemed annoyed to be asked for a basic manicure/pedicure, which were mediocre at best. Nail tech would not respond to questions, so i needed to ask another employee. At least three other clients walked in and left after being told it would only be a 10 min wait, but waited twice as long or longer. Manager appeared to be waiting for other nail techs to arrive but did not show for over 30 mins...all during busy mid-day rush. Seemed very disorganized and disinterested in accommodating customers with or without appointments. Please go elsewhere read more

Really poor service and unqualified technicians who cannot speak to you when you ask a question so they just say nothing. The 'manager' explained away any issue with inane excuses...could not make them understand that you should not file wet nails, even after I pulled it up on google. They used callous remover twice resulting in some irritation. The first tech could not wrap correctly, so had to have a second tech redo. Pretty place but I will never return. read more

I'll keep this short. I got an infection from the pedicure. My gel manicure is already chipping 5 days later.

The massage I got was so rough and I actually spoke up multiple time to ask for a softer touch but the masseuse did not listen or change her pressure at all. I spent most of the massage either wincing from pain or asking her for lighter pressure. I left the salon more tense than when I sat in the chair. read more

I used to frequent another QQ in the neighborhood and now that I've tried this one, I remember why I stopped! I came for a regular pedicure and while the spa is clean, the tech cut the nail on the side of one of my big toes so low, almost to the nail bed, and it began bleeding. It still hurts and I will undoubtedly now have an ingrown nail due this. My toe was bleeding, which she didn't acknowledge and even after I said something, it was brushed off. Also, she did not bother to apply a base coat. Beyond strange. Was rushed and sloppy at best. I won't be returning! read more

I've been going to various QQ locations for over 10 years. It has always been a reasonably priced fine quality experience. Today I had an unpleasant, bad experience. It started with a manicurist moving way too quickly resulting in multiple errors- on several occasions I said "ouch" or had to ask her politely to be careful. She didn't offer water and skipped over the normal niceties such as helping me wrap my toes in Saran Wrap at the end. Then, the salon began construction work in the middle of a massage in the back area where the massages happen. Drilling ensued for the remainder of the time. When I went to dry my nails already itching to leave but knowing I didn't want to ruin my nails on top of everything else I was sitting under a ladder with a construction worker drilling curtains into the wall with dust spilling over me. At the end i decided to politely let the manager know how disappointed I was - it's a relatively new shop so was hoping to give constructive feedback. The manager just made excuses. read more
