I drove 30 minutes to come here and waited another 30 minutes only for them to tell me they couldn't help me. I'm getting my engagement photos done and I needed a design removed from my nails, but they were going to charge me for an entirely new full set, instead of removing the top coat from my nails. The woman I dealt with was not kind and did not give me any other suggestions other than to go to a different salon or remove it myself. Not a place I suggest. read more

This was one of the worst pedicures I have ever gotten in my life it was over priced, the paint on my toes looks aweful I had to take it off. I do not recommend anyone to go here she didnt do half of the things that is supposed to be done in a pedicure treatment. Im not attaching pictures it that bad!!! went there today foe a powder removal about 2:15 was told the moment I walked in the door it would be a 30 minute wait I said ok and went & wrote my name on the list flew to kroger's & was back in 25 minutes hung around another 15 minutes & asked how much longer the lady said you left & I said after saying ok and putting my name on the list & running through the grocery to get back five minutes before i was told to be. You never said anything about id have to wait there the 30 minutes. All this for a 15 minute job, took my business somewhere that was appreciated & I won't be back or certainly won't recommend them but evidently they don't care if you do or not!! read more

As a mani/pedi snob, I have super high expectations. I love that I can walk in or set an appointment with V-Spa and am always treated professionally. Their instruments and foot tubs are always sterilized and clean (and that is HUGE) and the staff is tremendous. I never feel like I have to wait too long to get helped, yet I never feel rushed when I am the one getting work done. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they regularly will offer discounts when you have multiple services. Highly recommend for anyone in the area. read more

Not Theresa but the other girl is a real b*tch. shes never nice. Complained about my feet duh that's why I'm here. For pedi! She talked to Theresa about me on their language it was obvious. I almost cried. So disrespectfu!!!! Not relaxing at all. She tells you to move your foot rudely too. very rough. Acts annoyed with you. Henry is the only sweet soul honestly. Don't go to this place knowing it may be a disaster. Unless you put down Henry he's usually busy because everyone knows he's the only one with manners and friendly. worst pedicure ever. Not worth the money or rudeness you receive. Them talking in their language Im going to do google translate and let everyone know how bad it gets there! Called for an appointment on a Tuesday night. I was greeted by a nail tech as soon as I walked in. Even better, 2 of my associates from work were there getting their nails done, which upped my confidence level. Those girls don't do junk! My appointment was with Henry, I wasn't sure if I just wanted to take off the bad gel nails I got on vacation, or redo them. He checked out my nails and said he could fix them. He did. My cuticles look great, my nails look much more natural. I also noticed that, of customers who signed in with a tech preference, it was always Henry. He asked me if I also wanted a pedicure. It took me about 2 seconds to agree as my feet are so dry from a summer of sandals. A different person did my pedi, but she took her time and did a great job. I've had a better massage, but she took great care in removing the dead skin. The polish looks great. The real test will be in how long the mani/pedi hold up......but did I mention they only charged me $50 for both? I don't know if that was a new customer special, or what it would be separately. Nevertheless, I left pretty happy, and if the nails hold up will be a regular customer. The only downside (-1 *) is the entire staff spoke to each other in their language, which was not English. They did not converse much with the customers, which did not provide of an inclusive feeling. I would have preferred English so that I could understand and perhaps join in a conversation. Henry was the only person who made the effort, and I did appreciate that. read more

I have been to V Spa Nails two times since it is conveniently located on the way to and from work. Both times, the technician that was working on my nails smelled like cigarette smoke and as I was walking in, I see a gentleman smoking outside in front of the salon. Inside looks fairly well lit, but disorganized and unkept. The French that the technician did for me was not good at all. I believe she rushed through since they were busy. I began using this nail salon practically on the day they opened. Over the years, I've had various types of artificial nails and have used various technicians and they all did great work. I eventually ended up with Henry, at the time I was doing pink and whites and he was the expert in those. Henry has never done a pedicure for me - always one of the other technicians, and I love them all. I winter in Florida and I miss this salon so much although I've tried at least 5 in Florida. Most of the techs speak good, understandable English, but they do use their native language to speak to each other, as I have found in virtually every nail shop I have tried. You won't go wrong with VSpa Nails - hard working people who care about their clients. read more
