So place is nice. Not enough employees yet so you wait a bit even if appointment. The employees they do have are very sweet. I will say the discount is false advertising. Make sure you ask for exact pricing when you get there. They said it was 50% off a mani or pedi services. Little do you know its only that. If you want gel color or any other service that pertain to a pedi it is full price and you find out when paying out. The pedi was ok but not worth the price. With discount my pedi came out to a regular priced one at my normal salon which is a great one, but wanted to give this place a chance. Ill stick to my nail salon i always go to from now on. They give the best recommendations and are always able to do fun designs / have the best colors. I was in the area and really needed a pedicure. It was a Monday around 1:15 and V360 came up on my gps as one of the closest nails salons. I came in without an appointment, and thankfully they were able to see me! I got the pearl pedicure with a gel polish, and my whole experience was amazing!!! Hannah did my pedicure and she was so sweet and took her time with each and every step. She cut my nails really short which is how I prefer to have them. She also rounded them out for me, which I had asked her to do, but other salons I've been to I've asked the same thing and they still do them square shaped. I had originally picked out a sparkly blue color, but asked Hannah if I could change it to a sparkly purple. She brought over 4 different colors and I ended up getting one of those one my toes! Great service, every single person in there was so friendly and nice. I feel so bad for some of the people who have had a bad experience here. They just opened on Sunday, and I went last night and they were great! I get a gel basic manicure from Annie and she really cleaned and polished my nails very well! She was very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend! The heart designs were done by Mai, but she told me that she wasn't a permanent manicurist there, and was only there to help for the opening. So so happy I found this place! Today was my first time at Venetian and also probably my favorite nail salon experience so far in my life. Booking through text was a breeze and the person who booked me was super friendly, even over text. No wait when I got there, they had me check in and took me straight back to my nail stylist. DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give zero stars I would... I have NEVER had an experience this bad and/or been spoken to by a manager this way. I came to Venetian for the first time in January and had a great experience; I felt like they did a fantastic job, the place was clean/COVID safe and prices were reasonable. So I booked there again last week. I was told on the phone that their latest appointments they took was 7pm, although their hours list them being open until 8. When I asked for a 7pm appt last week, she told me she only had a 2:30pm. I said that wouldn't work, so she said she could fit me in at 6pm. However when I got there at 6pm, they let me know I was the last client of the day so I could take the SNS colors to my pedicure chair -- confusing; I thought their last appointment was at 7? When I sat in the chair, my manicurist came over and immediately started cutting my SNS nail extensions off without warning or asking how short to go, while my pedicurist used a filing tool (used for acrylic nails) to get my gel toenail polish off "faster". The entire initial 20 minutes was rushed and not relaxing at all, I didn't even have a spare moment to look at the colors I had been seated with. Long story short, my pedicurist "forgot" to do the top coat for gel polish and left the salon for the evening before I had to realize and ask someone else to do it. My fingers were done simultaneously while I say diagonal in the chair by both my manicurist and the front desk woman. It was again uncomfortable and rushed. THE KICKER: the next day I went to Dallas and noticed my hair was getting caught under my nails and hurting me. I waited it out and when it still bothered me I called the salon on Saturday to speak to a manager about what I should do; I was told she wasn't in and that she didn't know when she would be in. I ended up going to a salon in Dallas to ask if they could take a look under my nails (where my hair was getting caught) and maybe file them down a little bit underneath. They told me that what was happening was my OLD plastic nail extension was still under the new one, and my hair was getting caught between. They told me it was a matter of time before water got between the two and caused a fungus, and the only way to fix it would be to START OVER and pay again. Unacceptable. Today I called Venetian again and spoke to both the manager, who offered me a gift card (no thanks!) and later "the boss" who screamed at me and told me she "did not believe me" that my nails were screwed up and causing me pain, that she refused to refund me unless I had a doctor's note claiming I was in pain, that I probably just didn't like the color and to never return to her salon. This place was so pretty inside. We came here because we are visiting Austin on a sisters weekend. We both had the deep sea pedi, it was amazing and both women did such a great job. I wants nail extensions and had no idea they didn't do acrylic nails. They assured me the dip was more natural and that's why the salon had no harsh smell. I had never done dip nails before. I ended up loving it! It was fast and beautiful the woman did a great job. I'm super happy. We don't live there, but I would go back again. read more

I love this salon. I was very nervous the first time I went here. It was the first time I had dipped nails removed and I had heard horror stories of the process but Elisa was very gentle and reassuring. My nails were gorgeous! Never chipped or marred at all and I am very hard on my nails. I went back today to get them removed and a new dip and the only reason I had to do that was because my nails had gotten so long that I could no longer play a musical instrument so I had them re-done and cut much shorter. I've never had any long nails before because my nails always break so this is a new and most positive problem ha ha. The place is very nice. It's very clean. There's free parking and I am so happy that I discovered this place. There are nail salons much closer to me, but this one is worth the drive I highly recommend.! read more

Sounds silly... but I LOVE that they organize their polish wall for the gel colors to match up with the regular colors. We came in mid-week/mid day and had the entire place to ourselves. Not very welcoming. Pedicure was the most basic (wasnt asked what kind wanted) and low effort ever. It was like they just wanted us to hurry up and leave. I left with very dry feet and still had dead skin. The "lazy scrub" made my feel worse honestly. Ill be back for my refund SOON read more

The gel on my toes was super quick and looks absolutely flawless and Elisa did SNS on my hands and a little french design on them and it was also super quick and flawless! Be very careful when you get your nails done at this salon. If you ask for a full set they will charge extra if you don't get your nails done squared. They charge extra for any other shape. They also charge extra for nail tips ..In most salons the nail tips tips are included in the price for a full set. Ala Carte at this salon is very shady. They obviously are trying to make up for closing right after they opened due to Covid 19. ask lots of questions or they will rip you off. read more

I wanted to like this place so bad, and have come here a few times. First, the gentleman who works the phones and register is super nice and half the reason I starting coming here. Unfortunately, this will be my last time though. I came in for gel x extension which I've gotten here before and really liked. The lady doing my nails cut my cuticle causing it to bleed. Okay, accidents happen, and it stopped bleeding rather quick. However, she then buffed my nail and buffed it so hard it rubbed the spot raw causing it to bleed again and even more. It wouldn't stop so she proceeded to do my entire manicure while waiting for my finger to stop bleeding so she could then go back to it. Well...it didn't stop (and no I'm not on blood thinners or anything of that manner). It almost seemed as if she was trying to hide it, and at least I would've thought she would have apologized for it but nope. Someone else ended up taking over, however at this point my service had been almost 1.5 hours and I really just wanted to be done. Only then did the original girl apologize after I think she was told to. Well, my cuticle is now swollen and red from all the liquid adhesive they tried to put on and messing with it with cotton balls, and they also forgot to put a top coat on my nail next to it (that they had to redo from the cotton ball). I was willing to give this place another chance though and just ask for the tech who ended up taking over, until she kept telling me that she asked the gentleman up front to give me a discount. Given my entire manicure was spent trying to get my finger to stop bleeding, I thought they would at least provide 50% if not a free service. Instead, my discount was $5 off which was almost insulting and I would've rather no discount at all if that's what they offered. Unfortunately, that left a super sour taste in my mouth and don't think I'll be back after that. read more

There is nothing better than a relaxing manicure and pedicure. I love getting a manicure/pedicure and enjoying the massage. This place is nice and new with a beautiful ambiance. Everyone was also very nice. However, I was not impressed by the massage that was suppose to come with my pedicure. It lasted about two minutes on each side (aka just rubbing in the location). I also got a manicure with designs. The design was done very quick so it looks a little sloppy. No one was at the salon but I was guided to sit down in the back row. DO NOT SIT IN THE BACK ROW. You can see everyone doing the laundry, coming in and out of the bathroom, and have to listen to an awful door alarm that beeps every time the door opens and closes. Not very relaxing at all. Unfortunately, looks like I'll be going back to my old salon. read more

Do not go here. I cannot stress that enough. DO NOT GO HERE. First of all, the technician was yanking and throwing my hands around when doing my nails. The way she held my fingers when working was painful. I go to pay... upwards of $80 - twice as much as I usually pay for this elsewhere. 10 days later, THREE of my nails had broken and fallen off. I've been getting my nails done for a decade, a full acrylic set with tip usually lasts me 3+ weeks. I inquired with the salon about getting a new set, as there was obviously issues with the set I was given. Each nail had started to crack at the sides, and then eventually broken off. They were far too thin. The technician only put 1 layer of substance on each nail, and then grinded it down to nothing. The secretary had the audacity to tell me "sometimes people jam their nails in a door and asked to get it fixed" ... they saw me same day and fixed the broken nails for free, only thanks to me and my persuasion skills. This satisfied me for the 4 days they lasted... a nail that was fixed broke off while I was making my bed. I called to inquire again about getting a new set, the secretary made an appointment for me and stated "we'll take a look at it, but we can't promise anything." I explained several times that the broken nail was just fixed not even 5 days ago. I get a call shortly after making the appointment telling me I'll have to PAY to get the nail fixed. I made it clear I would take my business elsewhere now and in the future. Absolutely ridiculous service and shittiest nails I've ever paid for. Paid TOO much for. DO NOT GO HERE. The manager below is trying to justify what happened - hilarious. You call kindness and respect throwing a customer's hands around, yanking them, squeezing them? You say you don't need convincing, but I just told you I had to convince them. My nails are not short, nor did the technicians say anything about my nails being short to me at all. The nail that needed repair was done 4 DAYS PRIOR. THE NAIL LASTED 4 DAYS. And you tell me I have to pay to get that repaired? AND I was NOT made aware of the price before you began work. I had no idea what the service cost. What you are saying below are lies in hopes of justifying my review. Now THAT really says something about the way you run your business. read more
