This place was definitely a luxury salon, clean beautiful interior, bright lights, calming music, and friendly service by all the staff. I never had a luxury salon experience before and after hearing about their grand opening special on Facebook I gave it a try with a 50% off coupon. Price is on the higher end, with manicures starting out at $20 and gel being extra $15 on top. If you have the coupon it doesn't apply to dip or gel manicures so you will be paying the extra fee out of pocket. They give the classic cuticle trim and arm massage with a manicure. Unfortunately I didn't notice until later that I got a slight cut in my finger when the nail salonist was trimming my cuticles. I called them back and they politely apologized and offered me a discount the next time I went back. During my manicure the staff was very respectful of keeping my friend and I next to each other, all while joining in the convo at the right times. I can go on and on about how much I love Venetian!! I'm from Los Angeles and it took me about 6-8 months to find the perfect salon, with exceptional customer service & this is IT. Elisa is the sweetest woman ever and she really goes above and beyond! She's made me feel like family and like a good friend :) her technicians are top notch as well! But I specifically go to Elisa for dip nails. What I love about this place is it's clean, feels like a relaxing spa, there's never too many people in here, Elisa is FAST & efficient, the foot massages are amazing! And the customer service is 100% - better than L.A which I know we aren't shocked but all the other nail salons I've been to in Austin have been a 4/10 or 6/10. My nails also last about 3-4 weeks! Today I asked for a French manicure and I was over the moon with the results. They did the almond shape with gel. Jenny was so gentle and checked in with me during the process to make sure I was happy with the progress. She also gave me a very relaxing pedicure. I've also had my nails done by Katie and Paul in the past and they're both wonderful, gave me gorgeous nails, and were very gentle too. The owner is doing a phenomenal job. All of the technicians are top notch. Everone is happy, friendly, and helpful and I know a lot of that is due to her positive and high quality management and expectations. Came back to Venetian 360 yesterday for a GelX mani and luxury pedi before my travel and I was not disappointed. Katie did my pedi and as usual, she took her time to make sure I'm happy with the service. Elisa did my nails and she delivered the perfect skinny almond shape like how I wanted. She took the time to make sure I like the length, the color and the shape before I leave her shop. I used to have square-round nail shape but now, I prefer the skinny almond shape thanks to Elisa. Update: In the spirit of the TRUTH & for you to NOT GASLIGHT your customers... The police were called by me (not you). You abruptly ended the manicure, screamed & told me to "leave immediately!" Apparently, in regard to a previous review. Without pause, you physically chased me off the property (again while screaming for me to leave). You were still screaming when you caught up to me & then you repeatedly HIT MY CAR w/ your fists (my car has marks & hand prints to prove it). The 911 call has you screaming & the sound of your fists hitting my car (I made sure it was recorded). Why would I roll my window down w/out the police present given how irrational, erratic & aggressive you were? ** Elisa: contrary to your response- prior to leaving, I paid you in full. And you know I did as I have the receipt/photo. Also, I'm not sure why you made me hang up w/ 911, which I did to try & calm you down. Also, I was called back by APD, as they were going to speak to you about your aggressive behavior. They told me I did nothing wrong and I had every right to ensure my safety! So, let's not make stuff up. I have the 911 phone calls which are recorded, pictures & receipts. ** This is the review that got me kicked out in the middle of my manicure (after the pedicure): "I'm writing this while I'm at my appt, so hopefully it gets better! First, the front hostess (in green dress, which I found out later was Elisa) does not let you pick your color on the wall. I had to ask 3X to do that as she wants you to sit & pick from their ring samples. She kept insisting, so I sat to choose my color. The problem is that of the 3 colors I picked from the ringed samples, none of them matched the bottle's color. They tried to say they were sun bleached but that is not the case. Two of the bottles had the same named color! Hmmm... I showed Elisa the two bottles & asked if she could find the mis-matched one on the wall but she said, "No". Then she proceeded to sit on the other side of the salon and gossip w/ the other technicians. I ended up w/ a color I didn't like cause I felt so pressured. Second, I did not get to pick the type of pedicure & got a very rushed service which was the basic service. Not sure why they are racing thru the service as I was not late to my appointment." *** Summary: All I did was document my experience & the reaction Elisa had was unhinged & she had me scared for my safety (in addition to her hitting my car w/ her fists). She clearly can't take feedback! Instead, they make stuff up & try to discredit you. I've seen similar experiences on previous V360 "negative reviews". Lesson learned. the owners are argumentative weirdos who can't take any feedback and if you don't do things exactly how they want you to do them you will get banned which is hilarious. There is nothing special about this place. The items used are cheap however the services rendered are expensive. You want to add gel to your pedicure? An extra $20. Other places only charge $5-$15 extra for gel depending on the type of salon. They are clearly adding in a bunch of positive reviews to try to prevent their ratings from going down. Please don't believe a majority of these reviews are real people - you can tell by going to the reviewer. The male owner is creepy and the female owner has just an ugly aura that makes you not want to talk to her. I've never been to a salon where the owners are just all around horrible people. read more

I came in with some of my girlfriends after one of my friends had told me about their promo going on- place was very clean (as it had just opened that week) and they had a great selection to choose from. I have no complaints about my pedicure, everything was done just fine on that part, however when it was time to get my nails done the lady I had was very rough and had seemed to be in a rush, even though there was no one else in the salon, and was coughing carelessly non-stop. I showed the lady a picture of the nails I wanted and she had recommended I get tips with dip nail.. I don't usually get fake nails, but my nails were pretty short so I let it happen. My nails came out very tacky and gradient compared to the picture shown. Not to mention they up-charged me and my friends for every little step including the shape. One of my friends ended up just getting basic nails because she got so annoyed with it. I ended up paying full price for my nails and still tipped well- little to come my nails start chipping on day 3! And then come off on day 6...6! Nails are supposed to last a good 2 weeks... especially getting dip nails and tips? Plus, I am by no means rough with my hands and work from home. Walked in without an appointment on a Tuesday after work, and was just able to squeeze in my pedicure! Make sure to book an appointment a day or two in advance. I got the second tier pedicure (can't remember the name), and it was pretty good! Amazing service from both the man at the front desk and the woman who did my pedicure. It was relaxing, soothing, and exactly what I needed after a very busy month. They were very careful to not mess up my nail polish, and put my shoes on for me. Let me start off by saying that Casey did a fantastic job on my gel manicure. She was thorough and took the time to ensure my nails were evenly shaped since I came in with long natural nails and a badly chipped one. It's only been 3 days, but the gel manicure seems to be holding up perfectly fine (as it should be). I opted for a simple gel mani since I tend to stay very natural/classy for nails. Basic manis start at $20 and a single gel color is an additional $15 which is somewhat typical of many other spots. I would certainly come back to see Casey for a basic gel mani in the future. If I needed extensive nail art or anything aside from my natural nails, I may shop around town. The salon is spacious and clean, and I understand the need for higher prices in this neighborhood. I live nearby, so it's convenient for me to drop in for emergencies too. With that said, it still seems a bit steep considering the pampering portion of it feels lackluster and routine. The massages and scrubs included in the services were pretty basic compared to other places. I didn't exactly feel the urge to book a luxurious pedicure over the basic one when I could go to my typical pedicure place and pay the same price for an upgraded pedi and extended massage. The most basic pedi here starts at $35 and then the next option jumps to $57, etc. They use Dead Sea products so perhaps that explains the jump, but I've never been a big fan of the stuff anyway. I'll come back for a mani, but I'll continue to go to my regular spot for pedis. Also, the massage chairs are brand new, so I noticed they were very squeaky and hilariously loud. I didn't mind, but I felt a bit self-conscious about ruining someone else's peaceful pedicure with my massage chair sounding like latex/leather being tightly kneaded. (Haha) Perhaps with a bit more use, they will break in and you won't feel bad about turning up the power on my back massage. In total, I spent $35 on a single color gel mani + 35 on the basic pedi. They took half off the pedi for the February promo and after the discount, my total came to $54 excluding my 20% tip. This is fairly typical of what I would pay at my other salon without a 50% pedi discount being factored in, so it's hard to say that I was blown away or would come here often. In summary: nail techs are knowledgeable/cool, gel manis are decent, prices are steeper, place is clean and conveniently located (for me), basic pedicures are meh for me here too. read more

I've had decent pedicures here and overall I'd rate it well. But today I came in for a basic pedi - I needed gel removed but I didn't need any polish, I want to give my nails a break. I asked nicely if the $5 charge to remove the gel could be waived since I wasn't getting a full pedi. Applying 2 layers or polish and a top coat is more time and labor. It didn't seem like an unfair request. Fine to pay it, it's only $5, but it was the rude way it was dealt with that prompted this review. It's a really dumb hill to die on when customer service should be top of mind for a small business. The manager was rude, I continued to say I was happy to pay I just found it interesting. He wanted to let me know out loud and rudely that he thought it was unreasonable, that if they had an option to charge less they would. The option would be not to charge for the gel removal, which I pointed out. Overall pretty dumb. read more

Wanted to try this place out since I live right by it. The lady did my dip so fast like she was in a rush. The nail length do not match. I also got a pedicure. She didn't use anything for exfoliating my legs. She said I was good to go and my the nail polish was still wet and now it's messed up. My nail also cracked and thought she would've fixed it but just left it. They also charge $5 to take dip off which I don't agree on especially since I get my nails done every 3-4 weeks. read more

Me and my boyfriend book pedicures for our anniversary and although not being able to start at the same time due to them being booked up we were able to finish at the same time so we didn't have to wait around after which was nice! My pedicure was very nice and detailed only criticism would be I wish my water and hot stones were hotter they were definitely warm but I wish they were hotter. One of my toes is also crooked which isn't super big but I would have preferred them to all be straight or rounded. Elisa and the team at Venetian 360 are the best of the best!! Been going here for about a year and a half and it's the best spot in town. They create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that doesn't feel like you're being rushed or just another person for the day. They pay great attention to detail in ensuring your nails look absolutely perfect and also take the time to get to know you and remember important details about your life.
