Time to get my lash back on, birthday vibes are sticking around till holiday. Ms. Tiffany is a professional beautician and aesthetician, delivering high - quality and accommodating services. My fascination about this place is her shop looks glamorous because it's full of crystals as soon as you step in the front.

I have a trusty nail salon that I frequent but was trying to find a place a little closer to home and a little less pricey for my acrylic overlay. Vacaville nails did the job! I came the day after Thanksgiving and shower up about 1030ish. No one was there so I wasn't sure if they were closed for the holiday. I called and they said they would be right there so I was able to get in about 1045. Cute place with a LOT going in inside. Lots of sparkly glitter and little nicknacks! They have a pretty singing bird, too! Now for my nail service, she did an excellent job quick and efficient with the exact color I wanted. I was in and out in 45 min! It's a very homey feeling type place so if you're bougie you may not like it. For what I need it was perfect. The only problem I see right now is that after a week, the base of my nails seem to be chipping away already. My last set at my old place lasted almost a whole month without doing that. Nonetheless, I will definitely be going back!

Zero stars if i could. I will never come here again. Had they taken care of me, I would have returned but they care more about the quick buck than keeping a customer. Was $30 really worth losing thousands of dollars from a single customer? Plus my friend was with me and she definitely won't be coming here after witnessing the way I was treated. And to think I actually liked this place just to be greatly disappointed. I don't expect my nails to look perfect but I do expect to be treated ethically and as I treat you. So Sunday 6/30/24 I went into Vacaville Nails near the Raley's at 5:15ish pm. I got a mani/pedi which I do every 2-3 weeks but i've been trying new spots trying to find my favorite. Well, this one was by far the worst and I'll tell you why. I should have noticed the signs (her being rude and reserved, taking forever in the back while my fingers sat in acetone for 20 mins but I tend to see the best in people so i have a blind spot. Anyways, i initially said gel, the husband said that they would be weak because i had acrylic on my natural nail. I said I'll let you know once i feel my natural nail. Once i felt them, i said 2 separate times let's put on the acrylic. Either they didn't hear me or just ignored me but either way the wife put on the gel. I'm pretty anti confrontational unless i feel taken advantage of so I didn't say anything because they felt strong enough with the gel in that moment. The next day i was out of town but the entire day my nails were bending basically backwards and i was scared my nails were going to break. I didn't get into town until 10pm so this morning 7/2/2024, I called to see if they could fix my nails. She said come in at 2 and I said that I would pay the difference of what the acrylic cost. (I already paid $40 for my nails and $45 for my toes plus the $10 tip.) I came in, she redid my nails quickly, didn't speak a word to me the entire time. When we finished she said it would be $30 because they took $15 off. As a discount like WTAF. ($45 for the acrylic) i said but i paid $40 2 days before so i should only be playing the difference of FIVE DOLLARS. I lit her up, and rightfully so! I said ill pay it but I'll never be coming here ever again. No apology. She cared more about $30 than making sure a customer left happy so id return and help her business further. Thats $100 id be bringing her business every 2 weeks! Thats $2,400 a year you just lost. AND THE PLACE WAS EMPTY! You clearly need the business. You are in no place to be treating your customers so poorly. I highly recommend you find another salon. Theres a reason the place is empty and they have no worker. Also, lay off the sparkles.. overkill is an understatement. It looks trashy and a complete eye sore. Embarrassing.

I wanted to love this place! The owners and staff were kind and inviting and I had a great conversation with Billy while he prepped my nails. I felt totally comfortable. My nails were finished by someone else, which I didn't mind at all. She was professional and worked quickly and from what I could see my nails looked good. I could see that there were some minor imperfections but nothing I thought, at the time, was going to be a big deal. So I paid and took a closer look when I got to my car. That's when I really noticed just how imperfect they were. The polish was not smooth, the bronze tips were not even, and even the nail shape wasn't that consistent. Very disappointing because I hoped I'd found my new nail salon in Vacaville but I think, for me, the search continues.

I called ahead and booked an appointment for 330... I am finally leaving after a mani pedi 3 hours later.. not because of lengthy or luxurious service but because I was left sitting while other customers complained about their service and my technician went to fix said complaints. Massage chairs don't work, and I was left sitting so long my feet went numb at one point. At technicians recommendation I opted for dip powder on my nails, and I hate them. They did no manicure type service - no lotion, no massage, no cuticle maintenance. They just applied the dip powder and sent me on my way (powder is not even TO the cuticle) and not even covering my entire nail. It looks lumpy and thick. Never going back.

I take my wife here to get her nails done, my wife she's very satisfied what they do to her nails. I recommend this place... this was done 2 1/2 weeks ago

I just got a pedicure from Hanna & I am in LOVE w/this color. My moms man who does her toes Billy recommended this ballet slipper color w/ an iridescent top coat. Honorable mention: Billy & Tiffany always deal w/my moms bs so eloquently & her nails & toes are forever on point.

First and only time visit. Went to get pedicure for an upcoming wedding. Place was clean. The pedicurist I was assigned to was nice, spoke very little to almost no English, so couldn't have a conversation. When it came to the part of the leg massage, at first it felt nice, then after a few minutes, I was in pain. Maybe I'm sensitive, but talk about deep tissue massage, the following day or two I had bruises on my legs! Pedicure was satisfactory. read more

This shop has been completely redecorated and it is stunning! The owner is as sweet as pie but they need experienced help quick fast and in a hurry. The first time I went they had just opened, everything was in flux, they had 5 nail girls and the lady who did my pedicure was okay, the foot and leg massage was excellent. The second time was disappointing, an older lady did my hands and feet, manicure first very sloppy but didn't say anything, my fault but after 2 hours I had to go. The pedicure was even worse... I got french and she was off on the white lines and I had to fix it when I got home plus when she put my sandals on the smudged my baby toe. I just left this shop, the older lady is gone seems she had a seeing problem, really? But not everyone can do Gel Manicures, The edges are sloppy and the coverage is uneven. No attention to detail. They only have two people working there now and turning away walk-ins 5 while I was there. read more

My daughter and I went in for -me a pedicure and her a manicure with a full set of acrylic nails. Let me just start off with the water in my pedicure bath was cold and I had to ask for them to warm it up and to get a remote to use my chair. They offered me the more expensive pedicure brochure instead of giving me prices on all of the pedicures and all I wanted was a basic pedicure. The pedicure was Good. And so was my polish. I felt like my 15-year-old daughter was taken advantage of because of her age. They made her nails way too short for what she asked for and When she showed them the color They got the wrong one and then after her telling them it was too orange they came back with the same color. (She wanted red) she told them it was too orange and when I walked up I said the same thing, they assured us that it was going to get darker after the second coat, it didn't. Long story short my daughter who works for $12 an hour had to work three hours for nails that she wasn't even happy with! I'm very disappointed! I used to go here 30 years ago when I was a teenager. We won't be back! What do you think? Is it orange or red? read more

This place was okay. It was a little busy. It's close to me so I wanted to try it out. The woman who started my nails was obviously very good and experienced but seemed overwhelmed and distracted. My nails weren't really buffed or smoothed out enough before applying the polish which had a lot of bubbles in it and dripped to my skin on a couple of my nails. I may try one more time during the week if I'm in a pinch but most likely I wouldn't come back. read more

If I could leave no stars, I would. I went for a fill, and the first thing they said to me was "do you have cash? If you don't, we can't see you cuz I already turned off the card machine." Then I had 2 broken nails and instead of fixing them correctly, he just used powder to try and shape it (I posted a pic). I was in TEARS!!! And all the said was "why are you upset? It looks fine to us" HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! read more

Horrible. I read the reviews of how good they were, walked in and it's empty at 4:30, thought that was pretty lucky for being a great place. We were handed the menus for the expensive pedicures and I asked which one has the callous remover and another menu was pulled out which happened to be cheaper. My mom who doesn't need the callous remover and just needs basically a polish change they won't let her have the basic pedicure and are charging off the expensive menu for less services. I wanted to leave but we are on the way to the hospital for my surgery tomorrow and we drove 20 minutes out of the way to come here because of good reviews. It's filthy too. Stay away read more

Pros: decor and friendliness, price Cons: the guys that work there have no idea what they are doing. AND the guy who was doing my toes kept wiping off the tools as if they were used prior to me! As a new business, they should have the guys no where near the hands and feet of customers. I don't care how cheap it was($44 gel manicure/pedicure), I will not be returning! read more

This is BY FAR the worst nail salon in vacaville. The salon its self was cluttered and the desks were very dirty. DO NOT let them fool you when they say they can do ombre, it's pathetic. My nail tech redid my (acrylic) nails 3 times in the beginning because she could not do ombre and the shapes of my nails still turned out uneven. When i asked if she could remove them she gave me so many excuses to the point where i just gave up. The nails were so thick i had to ask multiple times if she could sand them down to make them thinner and less bubbly. I got them done yesterday and they are already lifting and the paint is chipping off of the acrylic!! Do not recommend!!! Not even worth one star!! read more

Today I went to Vacaville Nails for the first time and I'm a happy customer. I went in for a fill to fix a nail job that I got at another nail salon in Vacaville, and I can say for certain that I will go to them from now on. I like my nails to look natural as possible and be as short as they can make. They were able to do just that for me. I'm giving them a 4/5 because they did a good job but it definitely was not the best manicure I have received. I called and booked an appointment for my friend and I, and reserved special manicurists because I've seen poor reviews about a male so I made an appointment with two females. They were able to get us in same day at the appointment time I requested which was very helpful! When we arrived we picked out dip colors from the actual dip collection bc it seemed like the model nails they had did not seem to have all their colors (or even close). A man started to file my friends nails and I waited for about 10 mins for woman who was very sweet. The woman I had talked me through nail shape, and was very delicate but precise. She actually finished my manicure before my friends was done. My friend never said anything bad about her manicurist so that was good! Both of our manicures came out pretty well and we're happy. 4/5 came from not having the women I booked the appointment with do our nails, and the manicurist did not touch my cuticles or anything like that. It seemed strictly a nail manicure which thankfully my cuticles aren't bad but it would've been nice for a little touch up. I also had a little bit of polish on the bottom side of my nails/skin as you can see in the picture. I'd probably go again because I think $35 was reasonable for a dip manicure and my nails still look good. I hope my review was helpful! read more

Found this place on yelp. Omg amazing!!! So nice so friendly!! I have found my new nail salon!!!! You want an appointment even though walk ins are welcome you also want to get there early. The guy that did my nails acted like it was a huge inconvenience and was by no means gentle. He sanded my skin.... not my nail... my skin... and my acrylics look bad... really bad. Sadly not impressed. I came in with my mom to get my nails done for something extremely special. The nail tech was watching a tv show on her phone while shaping and buffing my nails, there's air bubbles everywhere on my nails, they are uneven, and when I asked for any extra hand treatments they said they didn't have any. read more

I have recently started coming to this establishment and I have to say they are one of the best nail salons I have encountered in Solano County! The lady who has done my nails twice always asks if I am happy and to let her know if something needs to be fixed. Most nail salons don't want you to critique their style, but these are my nails and I have to look at them the next two weeks! But all 3 times I've gone I've left happy and will continue to go back!! read more

Found my new nail salon in Vacaville! I had a full set done two weeks ago by Tiffany and she did a nice job. See photo with coral gel polish. When you walk in everyone is nice and kind, very attentive and there's not a long wait. Lily did my pedicure and did an amazing job. I highly recommend her. She is super sweet and gentle. My second visit for a fill was just a day ago and Kim took care of me. See photo of taupe and glitter detail gel polish. I wanted something fun with a cool glitter design. I showed Kim a photo I had found online and she did an amazing job recreating the look!! She was super nice, gentle, and fast! I highly recommend this nail salon if you are looking for a shop with a nice atmosphere that's super chill! I also love that their shop is very clean. They even use plastic over their pedicure foot soaks :) read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I took 3 teen girls here for manicures and the nail shop staff talked me into getting gel polish for them, as they promised "it would last 2-3 WEEKS vs. traditional polish which lasts 2-3 days". I paid the much higher price for the gel polish and all 3 girls had chipped nails in 3 days! I went back and asked for some sort of refund and was denied... I was told they can repaint them, I explained we don't have the time get them repainted as we are moving out of town this week and askex again for a refund...but nope, they denied it! So I wasted $90! read more

The first time I went I got acrylics and she filed my nail so hard she cut my cuticle and this time I got a pedicure and the lady filed my foot so hard I now have cuts on my foot and a open wound plus an ingrown toe nail. I absolutely love this nail shop. I come here to get my eyelashes and pedicure done they do an amazing job and they're very friendly. My eyelash set was only $95, they came out full and long, and still look new after 2 weeks. No lashes fell off yet and my fill is in 2 weeks ! Love it read more

I am a regular here and they are always open to my new ideas, and they stay up to date on current nail trends. The store owner Tiffany is so caring and sweet to every customer. I asked for removing my nails. The lady licked that much my nail that it became to bleed. They don't even said "I am sorry" ... just nothing.... I had to pay the same and my nail got a big hole .... please don't go there!!! Terrible costumer service!!!! read more

I couldn't provide 5 stars because of the unnecessary back and forth to pay for my service. The woman at the counter attempted to redirect me to the ATM to avoid using my debit card. She tells me that they prefer cash payments (I paid debit last time without an issue). Not wanting to pay for an ATM fee, I scanned the shop's Venmo code and paid. Once I told the woman that I'm not sure if my payment went through because of the slow internet connection, then she offered to take my card. Right at that moment,, my Venmo payment went through. I will visit again and I will bring my debit card right along with me again to pay for my service. :D

I only took off one star because my mom and I did have one experience with a staff member who wasn't very pleasant, and my mom's pedicure felt extremely rushed and lacked the care we expected. She paid $70 for the service and unfortunately didn't feel like it was worth the price. That being said, maybe the staff member was just having an off day. Aside from that experience, I've had a great experience here, especially with Vanessa, and I'll definitely keep coming back to her.

I followed my nail technician Tham from another salon to House of Hue. I liked Thams attention to…read moredetail, her work is impeccable, but she was always very rough. Cutting my nail beds in my fingers on two different occasions and also my toes on other occasions. She cut my friend's fingers too! I still went back to her, because I've had so many bad experiences with technicians doing awful work. . The last straw was on two occasions she stopped my pedicure to started another one's nails turned me over to another technician! ; I had an appointment both times and once the other customer missed her appointment and she still left me and took her! I always tip well, so I was surprised, I had to sit in the chair for a basic pedicure for 90 minutes one time and two hours another. In addition, I had noticed that Tham took out what looks like used tools from the drawer. They were not in their normal cellophane coverings or in a disinfected jar with liquid. Honestly, I never paid attention before. I'm hoping this was a one off, I called her the next day to tell her the technician did not do a good job. The first time she repaired the job and apologized it The second time when I brought it up on both occasions I texted Tham and she fixed the other nail technician mistakes. When I came in for the repair, I noticed she took out nail tools from the drawer, The second time she turned me over to the other technician I texted her again to have my toes fixed, and I mentioned that she did not use clean tools the previous time, and to make sure that they were disinfected before I come in for the repair. She sent me a text saying that , she did not have time to repair my toes. Then later on that she day, she sent me a text saying that she could repair my toes so I came in and she did not apologize and honestly, she was downright rude and she bought the tools out of their cellophane bag and said "See they they are clean ", in a contentious and considering way. She was dismissive and didn't apologize for my inconvenience but instead acted like I was the inconvenience! I know my friend had a horrible experience with her and she just didn't complain, not sure how many other people had rough cut fingers as well. Now I'm wondering if that's why she left the previous nail salon in which she was employed. I hope Than reads this and makes some adjustments in her attitude and technique. The last time the toenails were uneven, and my ingrown toenail was not removed. You can see my toe was red and inflamed. Also, my calluses were not removed on the side side of my toenail beds.
