Due to its high Yelp reviews and low prices I chose Alamo and I believe I made the right decision based on this trip. After you get your luggage, follow the signs and eventually you will end up across the skywalk in the car rental area. There was a bit of a line but eventually we made it to the front and we were given a booklet with our info on it. From there, you proceed into the garage and Alamo is on the 5th floor. We paid about $500 for a 5-day rental and we had selected a standard SUV, which was marked as being a Ford Edge or equivalent. I'm not sure if they were out of the standard SUVs that day or something but they ended up giving us a Ford Explorer instead, which was rather huge but a super nice car; it had adaptive cruise control, navigation, and tons of legroom. To return the car yesterday, we followed the signs off of Post Rd. or you can plug in Alamo's address into your GPS, and you drive the car back into the garage, an employee scans it, and you gather your things from the car and walk back across the skywalk into the terminal. Very easy. Based on this experience I would definitely rent from Alamo again, specifically this location if I was in town.

At this point I wished I had been one of those customers turned away. Now being charged for "damages" that were not there when the car was dropped off. The charges assessed to my account were charged without explanation or any type of warning/communication. When reached out to location the woman stated that I had been called twice. I have no such record of any calls. I have reached out to enterprises customer service line and gotten multiple different answers as to why I was charged. This is shady to say the least. If damage occurred it was to no fault of my own. Regardless, a simple call to let me know almost $500 would be removed from my account would have been nice. Enterprise will probably have fake explanation for their incompetencies doing on of the most simple jobs in the world. Car was returned exactly as I picked it up. A refund is required immediately. Will never be using enterprise again. Beware of the scams the workers of this location will pull.

Despite the late hour, Madeline was friendly, professional, engaging, and genuinely pleasant to work with. She explained everything clearly and invited me to choose from several vehicles in the category I had reserved. The process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Six days later, I returned to drop off the vehicle. To my surprise, the agent checking me in was Madeline. As soon as she approached the car, I recognized her and said, "I remember you." She smiled and replied, "I remember you, too." Then came the moment that truly impressed me. She looked at me and said my name. When I asked if she remembered it, she first jokingly guessed incorrectly and then immediately said, "Jonathan." After six days and countless customers, somehow she remembered me. In a world where so many customer interactions feel rushed and impersonal, that level of attentiveness stood out. It wasn't just impressive--it was genuine. Madeline made me feel like a valued customer, not just another rental agreement. The have cars classified in one class of cars when they are not. Because a car looks big outside when a person sits inside they can tell the difference in size when you're over 6'. Your leg space tells the difference especially when it doesn't have a way to lower the seats. I never got the managers name but the date was 11-29-2025 @ 8:30pm. This is what Enterprises around the country are doing and something really has to be done about this. The man at the front desk (Jamar) was very helpful and telling us he knows we request certain vehicles because he is aware of our job and the distance we travel . The stars given are for Jamar and nothing at all for the service received by the manager Jose.

They had the audacity to claim that a 2 week old brand new Tesla was magically scratched. Luckily I do have recorders of them doing it as the Tesla comes with a DashCam that records its surroundings. After a debate, Sam the owner says okay just find a Tesla certified body shop to fix and I'll pay for it and after the item arrived he basically said screw yourself I wont pay for it lol. Such a scam. This shop is nothing but a bunch of liars who cant keep their word and are terrible at their job and most importantly, they are people who wont own up to them screwing you over.
