His team also split up some major water-lines between our unit and another unit in the complex. As a 28 yr inspector and contractor, I normally don't recommend contractors. However, having had personal experience with Cosio's yesterday, I can confidently say they are your go to plumber!! I had a 2nd floor leak from my tub, and needed a new water heater installed. The team they sent out were nothing short of rockstars from beginning to end. Cosio's plumbing came through for me and my family when we needed help the most. We had an extremely horrible situation with a plumber before Cosio's plumbing saved the day. A plumber from our home warranty company did a poor job on a repair, and we were left without water to our entire home for over 24 hours. We were desperate and called as many plumbing companies on our own. Plumbing companies, who did show up, were asking for astronomical amounts and suggested re-piping my entire house. However, Cosio's plumbing approached the situation with care and consideration to the issue at hand. The Cosio's team first capped the issue at hand and restored water to the rest of our house on their first visit. They then gave us the option to repair the problem area or to repipe our entire home. They offered very reasonable prices to fix the issue and they also gave a reasonable price to repipe our home. We decided to have the current issue fixed and Cosio's team did an amazing job. We will also be looking to repipe our home and when we do we will definitely go with Cosio's plumbing. The guys from Cosio's came out to clear a blocked toilet and found that the main pipe under the house was blocked, rusted, and split! Eddie showed me video of the damage and I quickly agreed that the decades old pipes needed to go! The gang came back bright and early the next day - got vigorously to work replacing the old iron pipe with new ABS, fixed the shower drain, and re-sealed the toilet. My shower handle broke off the other day just like that. I contacted Cosio's Plumbing. Gabriel responded promptly to my request. I texted him the pictures and he was very patient and explained to me the cartridge might need to be replaced. They will try that first. Unfortunately, the plumber could not pull the cartridge out because it had gotten stuck with the valve. The valve needed to be replaced as well. Wow!!! Truly amazing!! Gabriel and his crew were polite, respectful, professional and super knowledgeable in their work.I got to talk with the crew and saw how passionate they were about their work. I redid my entire drain sewer pipes (on slab ) that took about 4 days. I also had all my incoming water pipes switched out to copper which took another 3 days. As dirty and hard the labor work was, the crew came in everyday with as much energy as the first day and with great attitudes. Even after long 11-13 hour days, they still had the energy to work at another job site. Gabriel is a really good and honest person. His prices out beat everyone else. I was not gonna do all the work at once (obviously because of cost) even though I knew eventually I would need to. Our condo building (12 units) had a unit that was having a major water leak and our building water had to be shut off. It was after hours so we searched for an emergency plumber. We called close to 15 plumbers (if you advertise as 24 hr emergency plumber, our biggest pet peeve is why don't you answer your phone!). Cosio actually picked up and showed up. Seriously, just showing up sometimes is the key to success. We have a lot of elderly people in our building so it was important that the water be turned on as soon as possible. Well, they came out and fixed the situation and we couldn't have been happier. We took a risk with the potential issue at hand, and they went ahead knowing we were ok with the risk, and it turned out the problem wasn't as bad as we thought. Reliability and fast service are the key ingredients for emergency water issues - and if you've had them, you'd agree.
