She emailed a link to online intake forms that were quick and easy to navigate, including scanning his insurance and ID cards. I never had to go to the office. After the appointment was over, when it was time to call the independent living center's transportation person, my family member was confused, and the Carroll Family Dental front desk made the call for him. They scheduled his 6-month cleaning and sent an email with the appointment information. Later that day, they emailed the very reasonable bill to the relative who handles payments. Dr. Moy was so kind and gave a thorough explanation of what she saw upon examining him and what the possible outcomes were likely to be for our situation. And her staff was very patient and accommodating as I struggled to wrangle a baby and a less-than-cooperative toddler through the office. One staff member even rocked the baby's stroller to calm him for me while I held my toddler for the dentist. To top it off, the bill was not nearly as bad as I'd expected. I highly recommend!

The machine scans your tooth providing a three dimensional image. Since CEREC restorations only take a few minutes, there is no need for a second appointment and no temporary crowns are needed.
