Jose answered and set me up with Rolando. Rolando came on Thursday. He discovered that the Drain Pipe going to the main line was completely clogged. This pipe was underneath the house at the crawlspace. He also discovered that shower was leaking from the top level to the crawlspace. He stated that the grout is cracked causing the water to seep in and out. He quoted me $1700 to fix everything. Meaning changing and replacing the clogged shower drain pipe to the main pipe. Regrouting the shower tiles. I agreed, set up the 2nd schedule for Friday 03.06.2026. Rolando took about 4 to 5 hours to fix everything. He was a young man with experience. Changed drain pipe and regrouted! I dont know much about piping. I am ignorant when it comes to pricing. It just had to get done. I had no time for 2nd quotes. Finger crossed I wasn't overcharged lol. Overall, I would call back for piping service. This is the 2nd time I called this company. First time was my kitchen sink that was clogged. The good thing is I have 90 days of warranty from the time of fix. I really dont know if I still have problems to call back the plumber. I had both my bathrooms changed from the old 3 knob shower to a more modern single knob shower thingy, plus updating the waste disposal piping/internals. Although the base quotes and labor was cheap, I did ask for some custom stuff which cost extra, and I think they put quite a big markup on them. For example, I wanted brushed nickel finish on my shower fixtures and drains and it cost $360. I looked at Home Depot and it was much less than that for that kind of stuff. Other than that, the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. The thing that stands out the most about them was their dedication and their customer service. I was having my shower valves and waste disposal replaced but also wanted to reglaze my tub. Long story short, something happened with that reglazing company that might've flooded my downstairs neighbor and Greg hopped on a call with me late at night and talked me through how to check if everything was ok. This took 40 minutes, and thankfully nothing leaked out of my waste disposal. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the services provided and will be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

He was very responsive, answering the phone when called and fitting me into the schedule to evaluate the problem, gave me two viable options and clear rationale which was his recommendation. He was very willing to work with the leak detection guy I hired separately. He did the repair efficiently and effectively, starting with a small hole to minimize cutting of the existing driveway while he confirmed the actual location of the leak -- which turned out to be a bit off-center to where the leak detection guy had marked; Armando then made an appropriately sized saw cut, enabling access to make the repair while minimizing disruption to access to our garage during the repair. He did a solid job on the concrete patch when it was all done. He completed it in less than the time he allocated, and was a great communicator throughout the process. Finally and importantly, his estimate was one of the lowest of the 4 estimates I received and he stuck with the estimate.
