First time here at the Valducci's pizza truck. Trying the square pie I walk by every day. Got a meatball slice with mozzarella as she was out of ricotta. Very good. Nice crust sauce was slightly sweet and I liked it. Sausage was covered in Parmesan which had I known I would not have ordered it. I hate Parmesan so to me this slice was inedible. Lady on truck was nice and gave me a free zeppole. For me I'm done with the truck over the parm issue.

Not the worst $5 I've ever spent, but probably the worst $5 I spent that day

Did I pay $5 for a slice that looked like public school lunch? Yes. Was it worth it? No. At least the crust was crispy, but no real discernible taste otherwise.

*Overall 3.5 Stars* I saw this truck sitting outside of Trader Joe's on 14th and figured why not. There were six different choices: -Sicilian -Meatballs -Sausage & onion -Mushroom, potatoes, mozzarella -Eggplant -Ricotta -I went with the mushrooms, potatoes, mozzarella, onions & garlic slice for $4 at roughly 8 inches. I waited about 60 seconds for the pizza to be heated in the oven. I was asked if I wanted sauce on top and i figured why not. -Turns out the tomato sauce was cold and the pizza was lukewarm. Don't get me wrong, the pizza tasted good but could have been much better hot. -The crust was definitely crispy though Somewhat comparable in price to Artichoke and taste is almost on par.

Ricotta & meatball Grandma slice and Sicilian eggplant slice. $9

Found the truck at 50 & 6 Ave. The line was 12 deep and took 20 minutes. Why? There was only one worker manning the truck. Come on, this is midtown! I feel sorry for this guy cooking, handling money, taking orders all by himself. Go around the corner to the Neopolitano truck and they have 3 or 4 workers during the lunch rush. Everyone on line kept saying "for a wait this long, this better be good". Well it wasn't and it wasn't worth the wait or the money. Paid $9 for two Sicilian slices, eggplant slice and ricotta and meatball slice. Way overpriced, but again - hey! This is midtown! I was on line for the vodka slice. Got to the front of the line only to find there is no vodka slice today. Well buddy, walk outside your truck and put a grease pencil or sticker over the offering on the menu to indicate to everyone passing and waiting on line what is truly available. Actually, all the other food trucks in the neighborhood have the courtesy to do this. The eggplant slice was disgusting. Overcooked. Burnt. The crust is too dense, not flavorful, the sauce too sweet. The ricotta and meatball slice is not bad. It only had two little squirts of ricotta on it, and the ricotta smelled like dirty socks - was it unrefrigerated or something? But it tasted good, if you ignore the fact that the crust was too dense, and overcooked as well. They do not display the slices, so you can see what it good or fresh. They also do not list prices anywhere. Stick to Little Italy or Harry's Italian. Don't waste your time or money at Valducci's. I know I never will again.

Vaducci's tomato sauce is absolutely delcious. It is chunky, fresh and extremey generous! It's much sweeter than the standard pizza sauce, which I really like. The crust is crunchy while the dough stays soft. The only problem is that it's very inconsistent. Some days the slices are small, and the next they are large, one day hot the other cool, etc. For $3 you can't really go wrong, as it's a pretty filling slice. Just make sure to tell them you want it hot! And grab lots of napkins :)

It's a delicious potato croquette it's delicious mozzarella inside and fried to crispy perfection. It is a must try item. IT IS A MUST TRY ITEM! This is a food truck so there is no dining area other than a small table but I got the ambiance of a real street vendor in Italy. Aldo himself is a joy to talk to and his head chef Pedro is a consumate professional. I got a snap shot of the sausage and peppers. The sausage is made by a special butcher just for Bubla Panzerotti. I also orders the meatball Parmesan sub and it's remarkably great!!! The bread is next level and you won't find it locally. They have a great menu of Naplitano pizza and Italian sandwiches along with these unique Panzerotti gems. If you are reading this and you are anywhere near Hazlet you have to try Bubla Panzerotti. Since I'm…read morenotoriously picky when it comes to restaurants and food spots, I arrived with high expectations--and I'm happy to report that this place exceeded them. First, the wait was completely worth it. If you get there early, you can probably avoid the line, but even if you can't, don't let that discourage you. Good food is worth a few extra minutes of patience. As someone who pays attention to the details, I always take a quick look inside food trucks and kitchens when I can. I was genuinely impressed by how clean, organized, and professional everything looked. It's clear they take pride in what they do. Now, let's talk about the food. The fries were fresh and clearly made in-house--not the typical pre-packaged fries you find everywhere else. The steak portions were generous (they definitely don't believe in counting pieces), and the combination of flavors and sauces came together perfectly. Every bite was better than the last. By the time I finished, I was already planning my next visit. There are still several items on the menu I want to try, and if they're anything like what I had, my diet may be in serious trouble. Highly recommended!
