I specifically asked for a place they trusted (not to be a rip-off) and that did good work. Two people recommended Leonardi's and so I gave them a call. They were able to see me in a few days. I was really impressed by how friendly and professional everyone was. They also took a look at my car and suggested servicing that needed doing in the near future. Their suggestions coincided with the things I saw when I had the car inspected before purchasing it six months prior, so I knew they were not simply making things up. They also provided me with a ride both home and back. Very helpful and money saving. So now I have two go-to automotive services that I like and trust. And I think it's a good idea that we all have that, as when you have a problem with your vehicle you need it seeing to asap and if one place is too booked up, at least the other one might have an earlier opening. I really recommend that Leonardi's be on your list.

The ones I had gotten just a short while ago from a local auto supplier--not Oliver's. My mom patronizes and loves this service business, so I took a chance they could at least diagnose what to do to solve the squeaks. I realized I did *not* want to hear that noise every time the wipers moved for the hour trip to Fairfield and another hour back. Not only did they realize I needed new wiper blades, but had my exact type in stock. Impressive. They installed them for me, and even graciously applied RainX. Both changes fixed the squeak. And I recall paying more at that other place than what Oliver's charged me. All three employees were friendly, smiling, and engaging in chat while doing their part. When I went to pay, the cashier already had the invoice printed. It literally was a minute after I got there. Thank you, team. Not only did you rectify the issue--and expediently, but also I was on my way without making me late to my destination.

On a Thursday night, Mike said that he could check it out Friday morning. We brought the car in and two hours later, he diagnosed the problem (tires and alignment) and suggested where to go for the repair as they don't do tires. My car was there for 2 weeks and the owner never called me to give me an update about my car. I called him 3 times during those 2 weeks and he always said he was working on the car but couldn't fix it and always asked me for more time. I went to the garage twice and they weren't even working on my car. After those 2 weeks I decided to take my car and get it fixed somewhere else. I took my car to the corner next to Arnold's Garage. They fixed my car in 1 hour and a half and even did a smog check on my car. Anyway, I had a horrible experience at Arnold's Garage. I had terrible service there.

I took it back and said that didn't solve the problem. I thought since he misdiagnosed he would continue to work on it at the same price. The 2nd vusit was close to $400. Still wasn't fixed so i tolerate the rattle. For the 2 visits i paid just south of $1000, I do not recommend this shop. BTW I I know. squeaks and rattles are hard to find but the sway bars was WAY over the top...at least I have new sway bars. He should've said he guaranteed nothing. I have gone elsewhere in Novato, so he's not the only crap game in town. The name of my new go-to is a man's name with 4 letters...don't know if Yelp wants me to name it So I'll err on the side of caution.
